Mazer is awesome. They have scratch and dent appliances. Most of them you cant even tell where its messed up. Ive bought a refrigerator and a microwave from them. They have a super friendly and helpful staff. They bring your stuff out and load it for you. Definitely check them out before you buy your next appliance.

I cant say enough good things about Mazer. We furnished our new kitchen from Mazer in 2007 and now that we are replacing some appliances, we immediately went back. The selection is incredible but you must act quickly because things dont stay in stock long. The prices are between 30% and 40% below retail. Customer service is helpful and knowledgeable.I had an issue with an appliance I bought last week. I took it back and with almost no questions asked, they replaced it. The replacement appliance worked great! All in all this is a great place with lots of years of service to Birmingham. We will certainly continue to return for new appliances!

Dont order online from them if they make a mistake on their website instead of contacting the customer they just cancel your order and thats that. Poor customer service. Will never shop with this company.

I have bought two window air conditioners and a dishwasher plus a washer and dryer in the last few years and they have all been great items. The people there are friendly and helpful.

Walked in spoke and no one acknowledged me and my husband. We were in the store for 25 to 30 minutes. No one approached us, ask if we needed help or anything. Was there to purchase a refrigerator and stove. Everyone seemed to be busy, so we sat on the bench in the front of the store, hoping to get someones attention. We sat for ten minutes, nothing, no looks, no one came or said may I help you or anything. We left, like we never entered the store. Very frustrating to be judged when you enter the door. I ended up going back to home depot to purchase my appliances. It may have been higher in price, but I wasnt overlooked!

Bad customer service

We have bought our washing machine and chest freezer from here. We are happy with both. The bent and dent prices are a steal. The sales team is friendly and help full. They also are able to take you to exactly what you are looking for. If you are in the market for any appliance I would highly recommend this store.

Mazer was great, but be wary if you are ordering from somewhere far from them. The delivery company they used for me, Estes, was terrible and lost my fridge for a week. Mazer was great and refunded some of my shipping because of the inconvenience, and I love the fridge now that it is here.

Pretty much self-serve till you decide to ask questions or make a purchase. You find what you find, but they have lots. Certainly worth a visit if youre in the market for appliances.

Locating the product was fairly easy. Setting up delivery was a breeze... Delivery staff was not professional. These guys set up my Dishwasher wrong (hooking it up where it didn’t drain). They broke a picture on my wall during the install and scraped my walls and floors. They were moving so fast and trying to get to the next job, no care was taken while they maneuvered... horrible experience..

Ordered a Scratch and Dent LG Top of the line Refrigerator. It was shipped to me from Birmingham to Brevard, NC the next day and arrived locally at the terminal the next morning. The shipping cost was only $125.00. Purchased a great Five Year warranty for $299.00. The refrigerator arrived as represented with a couple of minor dents in the door that can easily be covered with refrigerator door magnets. Saved $2,000.00 verses purchasing at Best Buy or Lowes. Very happy with the service and professionalism of the Mazer team.

Mazers has been my go-to for appliances for years. I was very disappointed when they closed a few years back and Im delighted to see they are back. This is the GE scratch and dent sales outlet and I have found the prices are greatl. This is the very first place I check when I need to purchase an appliance. My entire kitchen is filled with GE products from Mazer. They even come with a warranty.

OK so, i love the appliances from Mazer. We got a stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The washing machine wouldnt start but they got their tech guy, who was extremely nice and patient with me, out and he fixed it and it works great. Now my problem with Mazer is that when they delivered everything to my house, I told them to be careful with the linoleum. The deliver guys had a small problem getting the frig though the door and I told them please try not to slide the appliances sideways on the floor. Well, they got all the appliances in and they look great and everything. However, the next day I noticed a tear in my floor. Then my Grandma noticed another, then I noticed a complete rip in my floor (3 places in total). So I called mazer and they gave me the number to a Mr. Wenn who is over the deliver team. We talked and he said he would get someone out LAST Tuesday to come take pictures of the floor. Now when the tech guy came out to fix the washer, he took pictures of the floor and was on the phone with someone when he emailed them the pictures of the floor to whoever.....a week had passed and me and my fiancee had tried numerous times to get in contact with Mr. Wenn to see when they where coming over since they clearly didnt come out Tuesday. We finally get in contact with him yesterday and he said I am going to have to get a professional over to your house and take pictures and make sure it was our fault because my deliver guys said the floor was not secured and that the floor wasnt put down properly and it was unstable..........excuse me? First off my fiancee used a ton of glue on the floor and made sure things where stable since im pregnant. Second a refrigerator being dragged across linoleum was bound to move the flooring at some point. Mr Wenn did not say any of that a week ago when we first spoke about my floor. On top of that he didnt even try to contacts us to reschedule before. Now I am 29 weeks pregnant. This is mine and my fiancees first house we bought. We have been in it maybe 3 weeks now. When we purchased the house they had carpet in the kitchen and that was the first thing we fixed. MY fiancee worked on the floor for over a week. They had carpet, then sticky tile underneath and it was clearly old so it took him forever to scrape everything up and sand the floor. He worked his butt off and even hurt both of his hands in the process of fixing our floor. Now I told Mr. Wenn that I had all the receipts from Lowes showing the floor was brand new and that when the appliances where delivered, the floor was just a week old. Mr Wenn then told me I cant go by what receipts say mam. At this point Im crying because I only want my floor fixed that my fiancee slaved over trying to make pretty for me and the baby that is due in July. Mr Wen told me the first time we spoke it would get fixed. Nothing has happened. I even told him I UNDERSTAND accidents happen. I really get that. However your delivery team ruined my brand new floor and all Im asking is that you guys fix it. But with Mr Wenn saying hes gonna have to get all the people out to my house to evaluate everything I finally said (while still crying) just forget about it. I thought this was gonna simple, not being dragged out to where it would only cause me more stress. I will get on my hands and knees, a 29 week pregnant women and fix my own floor since you dont want to and are procrastinating about fixing it and that again I understand accidents happens but what I was taught was if you break it you either buy it for fix it. So thank you Mr Wenn for making a pregnant women cry and for ruining my floor my fiancee put down for me. I then hung up the phone. So i would give them a better rating, shoot I would have given them a 5 star rating because again the appliances are great and the people in the store where so helpful. But because of their delivery team, I cant do it. They literally made me cry and ruined my fiancees hard work. But I will fix my own floor. Thats OK.
