My experience has been amazing. Everything I purchased has been Brand New out the box. When they didn’t have it in the store The Lady Associate made sure she got it for me. Don’t know how to spell her name but she’s the only lady there at the Roebuck Bestway.

This company has nice furniture. Some people can’t afford what they get, that’s why it is bad reviews. They deliver on time and work with you when times get hard. They charged my card without authorization.. do not give them your card number they store it and will fraudulently charge it

These ppl are crooks i asked for a gaming computer they gave me a low grade. went in to trade for another they told me they was out. i walked over and found an i7 gaming pc lol and told them tht it was the one i wanted the lady told me to come back. went back next they now they elling me the i7 was on hold and that i couldnt trade.these ppl know nothing bout computers lol. they have nasty attitudes and didnt wanna give refund.

Steer clear of this Lying store. Lied to us from the beginning. Told us that the supports for the mattresses was included it was not. Then told us $10 a month for both sports total . Now say no it’s $10 every two weeks or support. Refuse to hook up the icemaker when bringing out fridge . Very very rude people. Nothing but a scam.

Do not purchase anything from this company.Ive had two unauthorized charges from them had to get my bank to reimburse the charges.If you use a card to put a initial payment down they write your number down and will charge charges on it .My card was never used for reoccurring payments.Now Ive had to file a polce report.The first time the lady charged my card she apologized and said she would remove my card number.She no longer works there so now another employee is using my card.!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I hate rental places like ygese bevause they always overcharge you times three for yhe products that tgey have.

Dont use auto debit with them. They will take too much out and wont give it back. They have attitudes.

It was pathetic. Same day delivery is a joke, been waiting 3 days just to verify employment and still couldnt do their job. Very lazy and unmotivated and unprofessional. I do not suggest shopping here if youd like your stuff hassle free.

They take your money turn you down and then claim they dont have the money at the moment to give you your refund back going on the 3rd day now and keep getting the run around they have $158.00 of mine i did not get my items and now i am having my lawyer handle this this is not away to run a business please dont get anything from them if you do they most likely will do this to you as well i do have other complaints about the way some of the workers treated the other workers but thats up to the worker to file a complaint about all i care is about the way they do the customers and its very very wrong,

Dont rent here!!!They are crooks.They get your money then want a payment in two weeks.Then when you go on to pay they want their stuff back and refuse payment.They are very unprofessional the man in the back is always eating every time you go there like he needs to.What happened to the customer is always right ??
