Greatly appreciated my time with Dr Massey. He was very thorough and explained my diagnosis well. Initial tech was hard to understand and I wish they would introduce themselves when dealing with a patient. I was in the medical field for forty years and always introduced myself and my title and what I was involving myself with the patient. But in all my visit was successful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with assistance people on the sign in table. I like going there, because the assistant and doctor take the time out to explain each eye exams. I find the doctor a people person. The staff was efficient and friendly. My appointment time was kept with a very short wait time. The digital check in process makes sense and the lady at reception cleaned to iPad before I used it. Dr. Jay Fuller and his team were very professional and efficient. The young man that filled my prescription for new glasses was gracious, knowledgeable and patient.

Absolutely unprofessional behavior from the scribe at the Biloxi location, her name is Karen. Mumbles as she’s reading important information to my wife, and when my wife tries to repeat what she thought she heard, Karen goes: “repeat what you just said, and listen to yourself…” in a very demeaning and condescending manner.When my wife complained to the doctor and nurse later, it was obvious Karen was talked to about her behavior. Even more obvious when my wife was approached by Karen in the parking lot to talk about it’d saying, “[my wife] didn’t understand [what she was trying to say]”You don’t act so stupid and rude to a patient, and then approach the patient outside of the business once a complaint was raised. That’s harassment.

The staff at Tri-County Eye Clinic are caring and helpful. The front desk staff make all the administrative transactions simple and assist with any discrepancies quickly. The eyecare technicians are well trained, efficient and perform their examinations with great care for the patient. I am working with Dr. Massey, who has a great bedside manner and is well skilled in his field. The Optical shop has a great team that ensures your glasses and lens are fitted properly to make your vision as near perfect as possible. I am very happy we chose Tri-County Eye Clinic as our optical provider!

I wish I could give one rating for the staff and one for the doctor. The staff would get 5 stars. Everyone I encountered were friendly, professional and efficient. I was totally impressed even though it took a little while for me to get into the rooms. That didn’t bother me as it seems most doctors offices run behind normally.Then came the doctor Phillip Bertucci. He’s not even deserving of one star. I am 62 and have been to many doctors throughout my life. NEVER have I met a more arrogant, obnoxious, impatient person in my entire life. He was obviously annoyed and totally took it out on me. His very first statement upon walking in the room was “new patient! Why am I seeing a new patient I don’t have time for my old ones”! Wow nice way to greet a new patient. He never let me finish an answer to his questions unless it was a yes or no answer. He literally threw his pens and iPad styles around the desk and was constantly sighing. Sorry Phil, I’ll get my cheap glasses that I most likely don’t need but I’ll definitely be going somewhere else.

My appt. apparently was late in the day. After waiting for a while, I had the glaucoma test, and the color blind test. Then they took me to an exam room. They seemed quite rushed. One of the girls attempted to do an exam, however, she did not put my prescription into the machine. She wanted me to read the chart with no glasses. I could not read anything on the chart. Didnt she realize what she did wrong. Then the doctor got peeved because the drops had not administered. Later he looked at my dilated eyes and said to come back in a few months. For this--I paid $162.00. This was not my first experience with this clinic. However, it was the first time I had been treated carelessly. I am now making an appt with another doctor. You have lost my business but also my familys business.

Patient here for 6 years. Left recently because of poor customer service and nasty attitudes of clerical staff. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Had a 2:40 appointment to get some stitches checked out for my physician who sent me here. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby. Got sent back got checked for an eye exam when I didn’t need it. After the exam I waited another 30 minutes In the smaller lobby. Got sent in a room finally to only wait for another 30-45 minutes. A yes or no question about a bump under my eye turned into a 2 and a half hour wait. I had to get out of my room and talk to the staff just to make sure no one forgot about me. Doctor comes in finally and answers my yes or no question in about 5 minutes. A 2 and a half hour wait for an answer that took 5 minutes. When I go to pay, they messed up my paperwork and increased the cost after they originally told me it would be a certain amount. Raquel was very helpful and nice but the other lady’s did not seem to care that I was very flustered and extremely upset. They changed the price and I had to pay more after they knew I was very upset. Cant speak for others but from my experience I will never return or recommend anyone to this 80s themed eye clinic.

She took time to explain everything I needed to know, double checked everything on my frames to ensure their quality. she was very attentive and although she needed to multi task to help everyone, she still was able to make sure I got awesome quality care. She told me if I had any questions after my appointment to call.. and she actually returned my calls in a timely manner! I have been coming here for years with my nursing home resident but what made me feel like family and a warm feeling when I walk in this establishment was this one lady who always greeted me with a pleasant smile and always willing to help me and my residents with all our needs and her name is sunshine no but really her name is Allyssa Cook. Mrs. Cook can fix a pair of glasses in 2 seconds but overall her customer service was awesome. These days you dont meet to many people who love what they do. I went for a routine eye exam. I waited 40 minutes in the lobby before they called me back to be seen. The tech was quick and did the first eye exam part just fine. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor. A 9:40, routine eye exam (and I do not have glasses and did not need dialation), was a two hour appointment, with an hour of that just waiting. The doctor did not listen and kept speaking over me and interrupting me. I would not recommend.

Alyssa was super helpful when helping me pick the perfect pair of glasses. She has excellent customer service skills and professionality. And Im a very picky person so Im glad she had the patience to deal with me that day. Would definitely recommend her!

I was very impressed on how great the experience was with Tri-County Eye Clinic! The front desk was very professional but yet didn’t give off any negative or robot type expressions. The work up tech was very helpful and patient. It did take a while on the device that they put on your face and you read the board. The scribe Desiree’ was a pleasure to talk to! She had a personal approach and it couldn’t of been any better! Next up was my experience with Dr. JT McCullough OD and it was also an amazing experience. I love how the staff was very friendly and kind. There was no one that was rude. I got the results I wanted and then some! I would easily comeback.

I recently visited Tri-county for an eye exam, overall, the visit was great. I was well taken care of and the staff was super nice. I didn’t have a long wait but white I waited, I chose to look at frames. ( I advise anyone waiting or with some spare time to go look and have a conversation with Ms Allyssa. She’s great at her job and great with people. I asked her all sorts of questions and she provided me with answers that I could understand easily.) my exam was relatively quick and I’d just as quickly recommend this clinic to anyone who’s in need of it.

Having moved here from out of state an eye specialist recommended Dr. Fuller at this location. He was outstanding and soft spoken. He spent time to explain and answer all questions that I had. This was very helpful to myself and husband who had a stroke a few years before that effected his eyesight. Thereafter I took our two grandaughters also. Great doctor as well as the staff there.Most rewarding experience was to meet Allyssa in the optical area where the glasses are chosen. Ive been going to this location for my eye exam and glasses since I was a kid. Unfortunately because my husband is in the military i had my last visit with them. It was always a very pleasant experience. Usually I dread picking frames because there is just so many choices. My last visit i was helped by a lovely women named Allyssa. She helped me pick a gorgeous pair of vera wang frames within my budget that complimented my face shape. She gave me an accurate estimate on when they would be ready. I highly recommend going here.

I have been coming to Tri county for years! Everyone is nice and welcoming specially Allyssa in the glasses department! She is very knowledgeable, always willing to recommend and help. In fact I moved to Florida and visited an eye specialist here, but did not purchase my glasses from them, instead I will be going to see Allyssa when I travel in a few weeks for the holidays as there is no one better to help me pick my glasses.

I’m not even sure they deserve a full star. I randomly chose them because they accept Tricare, and I will never be back. I do not recommend the clinic. During check in, it was clear everyone was just running around like chicken with their heads cut off. The receptionist was interrupted multiple times and abruptly got up to have a conversation with a nurse regarding a patient who needed to be checked in... while in the process of handling mine. I was taken back fairly quickly by a nurse who took me to a room to check my glasses, then to another room for a pre exam and pressure test. Then I had to wait in the lobby for a room for the doctor to become available. It seemed as though he was running around between patients. At least three. He finally saw me and barely had time to shake my hand, but not before pausing in the doorway to have a conversation about visiting Thailand with a patient. He saw I had glasses on, wanted me to put in contacts. He heard me say my previous ones were a certain script and type. He said “there ya go!” And walked out. Leaving me with a nurse. I asked if he was just going to put in that prescription and she mumbled “They don’t always change,” and also walked out. They kept leaving and coming back without explaining themselves. He asked me if I needed to have my eyes dilated for a certain part of the exam... I’m not the doctor. He forgot I had glasses with me. He at one point announced to the office “I’m losing it!” And afterwards the nurse said to follow her to order contacts. The doc remained seated. I asked twice because he didn’t hear me ask if I should stay and finish with him or go with her. He mumbled to go. I said “thanks...?” And he said, oh yes, thank you, thank you. Too busy to be bothered. The nurse didn’t explain I needed contacts order to the next receptionist, so that was also fun.I’m explaining in detail so hopefully no one else has to deal with this quizzical show for two hours.

Very PleasedI came to Tri-Care Eye Clinic without an appointment because I had severe pain in my eye and my regular ophthalmologist is closed on Fridays. They worked me in and took good care of me. They treated the pain and gave me simple steps to prevent future occurrences.Later, I came to get my glasses prescription filled. I had very specific needs in mind for the new glasses and Allyssa could not have been more patient. She found me exactly what I needed.All in all, Im very pleased and would recommend Tri-Care unreservedly.

Its quite rare to have good customer service representatives anywhere nowadays. But Tri-County Eye Clinic has a jewel in Allyssa Cook! She is personable, patient, gentle, and truly cares about the people and the product that they purchase. My two teenage daughters and I went to find some frames. My teenagers felt at ease explaining what they wanted and Allyssa helped them find not only what looked good on them but what also fit well in our budget. I was interested in a particular style of frames. Allyssa took her time and helped me go through several pairs. We didnt find a pair for me that day but when I returned, Allyssa already pulled several of the styles and had them waiting for me. Allyssa Cook is such an asset. People come for the product but stay because of customer service and Allyssa has a way with people!

I visited for a routine contact exam Friday....Tuesday I get symptoms of an eye infection. They won’t call in a script or waive my co-pay for the infection I got in their office. Then was asked by the front office staff how this was their fault. UNREAL customer service by the front staff and overall bad business by the doctor for not taking care of a patients problem that was clearly caused by a dirty office.

Ive known Allyssa outside of Tri-County for many years. I was sad when i found out that they didnt accept my insurance. When i went to a different doctor the glasses were not working for me. I told Allyssa about the issues and within minutes she had fixed them for me. She has always been a pleasure to have around. And i HIGHLY recommend her for all of your glasses needs. I will continue to come here as long as she continues to work here and will refer all my friends, coworkers, and associates to come to tri-county and ask for Allyssa!
