Ive been getting my eye exams and glasses here for almost two decades. The staff is always professional, personable and knowledgeable. Dr. LePrad did my cataract surgery. I am a very satisfied customer. I noticed that it is taking a little longer to get my new glasses this time, but that falls in line with the supply issue everyone is having due to Covid-19.

My daughter has a sensitivity to touch of any kind. The staff is always helpful and gentle with her condition. As well the doctor and nurse make the exam fun for her.

Very satisfied with all the services I have received over the years at the Eye Associates of the South. From annual eye exams, contact fittings to cataract surgeries and touch ups. The staff is very professional and courteous and The doctors are superb.

Everything was great the staff and Dr. The only thing I didnt like is that I had to be directed thru the optical store to pick up my prescription. That is not right. I was told that it was because the printer was located in there. Hogwash! You printed my receipt at the check out desk. My time is very valuable I did not need to browse the glasses or wait for someone to try to sell me some glasses. It made me uncomfortable.

The STAFF is awesome. Its not a Dental Office but EVERY Staff member has a large SMILE. They are excited to HELP and that goes a Long way with the Patient.

Dr. Benigno is always very helpful an patient as I have quite interesting issues with my eyes. It is nice to have a Dr listen and understand what is going on even as unusual as my condition is. The new office bldg in Ocean Springs is a Major Bonus!!! It’s nice, clean and the staff are very helpful with the newly automated check in process.

Dr Benigo was very through with my exam and the optical department has a great selection of frames to choose from.

I am a relatively new patient. I am always impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the entire staff. I have recently moved a good bit away, but plan to make the trip in order to see Dr Bahadur. I have more confidence in her than in any eye Dr I have seen before.

When I leave Dr. Beningos office I REALLY feel like I have had a full and comprehensive eye examine. I would and have told my friends and family that if and when they need an eye doctor, Dr. Beningo is who I trust with my eyes and my eye health.

I always receive great service at Eye Associates. I’ve never had to wait too long, and both doctors I see treat me respectfully. They listen to my complaint and give me great advice. Everyone is very pleasant.

Everyone there are very professional and kind. The receptionist was sweet and patient with everyone she came in contact with. The nurse and Dr. Benigno listened to what I had going on and took the time to explain to me my options and throughly explained why I given those options. I can see better than ever before. They were very thorough. Lori at the optical center took her time as well with me on finding the right glasses and their prices fit my budget.

Everyone was so very kind. I did not have to wait long at all before being taken back to the exam room. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Benigno was fantastic. She was very thorough and explained everything I had questions about. The on-site optical was a plus. The lady in there was very helpful with assisting me in selecting frames. The only negative is I felt the glasses were a bit pricey.

For my first visit i was impressed with the whole staff. I felt like a human. The doc I was seeing (a prominent doctor on the coast) went about my visit as if I werent there, that I was perhaps a lump of stone he would not engage me directly. With doctor Bahadur she conferred with me directly. I believe she actually treated ME. The staff was available, well trained and courteous. I am happy to have found this practice. 5 stars.

The hand sanitizer at the front counter was empty. We all sign the same iPad. Also, the iPad was used by several people to update information. With the spread of this delta variant, I think other methods could have been used.

La Prad is an excellent doctor. That’s probably why the wait time in the office is so long. But I trust her and am willing to wait two hours from arrival to departure from the office.

Dr. Eustis, the nurses and office staff were all very friendly, which I feel made my 3 year old less nervous with the overall experience. Dr Knight had taken care of my eyes for over 25 years. He suggested I see Dr. LaPrad after his retirement. The transition could not have been smoother. She and the staff handled all of my concerns and thoroughly checked my eyes.

This was my first visit and I couldnt be more pleased. This doctors office valued my time. They called me back at my appointment time and started seeing me immediately. Michelle was very pleasant and proficient in her job. Dr. Bahadur then treated me and was very personable and thorough. Dr. Laprad and staff are always fantastic. The care they provide is superb. My appointments have always been on time and as quick as possible to provide very thorough care. They seem to care about me as a person and not just another patient passing through the office. Dr. Laprad has gone above and beyond to make sure I have received the best care around and even worked to make sure I was seen by another provider that I was referred to quickly.

I have been going here for years and see Dr Beningo and she, and her staff, are wonderful. My mother and my grandmother also go to this same clinic. Dr Beningo takes her time and gives you a through eye examination. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Employees and the doctor were very friendly and professional. All my questions were thoroughly addressed. I spent time with the doctors assistant, Michelle, was given a special test, and saw Dr. Badahur...all in a reasonable amount of time. My husband & I both had eye exams with Autumn & Dr LaPrad, were impressed with both - very knowledgeable and personable. We also used the optical shop and both gals there were very helpful, especially with my husbands complicated three pairs of glasses (some new frames, some reused, all complicated etc.). Office staff remained friendly, helpful and on track even during what appeared to be a very busy morning.

Wonderful staff! I arrived 10 mins late and was checked in with no problem. After seeing the doctor, I am walked up to the check out window and realize my flex spending card was expired. Without a problem the nice lady informed me that she could mail me a bill.

First time there and I am definitely going back. Very professional, clean facilities, caring staff. All the newest technologies to make eye exams less of a hassle. The doctor and nurses took time to explain everything from beginning to end. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I would say that at the beginning of the appointment it was great service but from the physician to the payment window, the service was horrible. I will NOT be going back there. Id rather go to Mobile or Jackson if the service is going to better! I will definitely start paying more attention to customer reviews as well, however this visit was a referral from her pediatrician.

This is the best place to go for you or your familys eye problems - big or small. We love our eye doctors and actually enjoy getting new glasses (me) or a followup on my husband H.s very successful eye surgery (fixing a chronic problem). My children also have gone here, including for LASIK. We all recommend doctors here. A+

Looks like this is great place to take tired eyes for a little rehabilitation! I appreciate the array of doctors available for me to choose from as I have multiple issues.
