Terrible company to be with service is okay internet is slow regardless of when you pay your bill no kind of customer loyalty programs or anything like that no grace period at ALL!!!!! I’ve been with cricket for 5 years and I’ve paid my bill on time all the time and I get nothing for it ATT Verizon and ect big name company have loyalty programs or some kind of reward and you get nothing with this company but representatives who know less than you do about the products and services they offer and a smirk when they’re wrong but want to try to know more than you do I only switched to a smaller company because I got tired of paying 200 dollars for a phone bill but I’ll just pay that instead of being treated like my service doesn’t matter switching and won’t be back

Their service is great but the owner has an attitude and does not honor his product therefore I wont be doing business with that particular Cricket anymore but I will find a local crickets cuz their service is great it reaches all the way out to VanCleave

Bad business the owner does not know how to conduct business at all and employee gave me the wrong case it would not give me another one the owner wouldnt I wouldnt even give him a one-star cuz they dont deserve that you dont treat people like that especially our veterans and people that take care of our veterans

I had an issue with my phone and the woman did help me out but she connected me to a man on the phone who didnt know his job and dindu nuffin to fix my phone
