The customer service, costs of repairs, professionalism, and education received is second to NO ONE!! If I could list 10 stars on this review I would. Very knowledgeable guys, know how to diagnose issues and get your problem solved quickly.Went to Rogers after UbreakIfix on HWY 49 told me to bring it in, free diagnosis; then they told me they had no idea how to diagnose, their tech said they couldnt tell what was wrong with computer, and it was given back in more broken state then left with them. Lot of good that free diagnosis did.Anyway, good guys over at Rodgers, give em a try.

We were in town from New Orleans from Hurricane Ida when I cracked my phone screen and needed to get it fixed on the fly. We called Rogers (who were the only cell phone repair company to actually answer the phone), they told us to come on down and they could fix my phone in less than an hour. We dropped off the phone with Chris who was super sweet and helpful and went to eat lunch while waiting for my phone to be fixed. Within 20 minutes they called me to let me know my phone was all ready. I’ve unfortunately broken many phone screens in my time and the price I was charged was very reasonable. It was the cheapest I’ve ever paid to get an iPhone screen replaced. They were very professional, helpful, and a great value. I would highly recommend them

The purpose for my visit was to pickup some hair extensions I ordered on the Wish app. This is a nice hub to pickup products for a lowered shipping cost. I was able to make my handcrafted wig and saved money as well! I will have more items shipped, it was great and my products secure.

I would highly recommend Rogers four iPhone repair. 15 while in Mississippi on vacation I broke my iPhone 11 and lost all the data. I called them and they were able to repair it completely and replace the glass in a few hours.

After my laptop made some updates I lost everything that was on it that I needed for my business. I was in need of data recovery services. Initially, I went to the Geek Squad out of Best Buy and they tried to SCAM me with a price of $200 and it would take them 4 days just to get to it. So, I immediately went on Google and found Rogers Technology Solutions. I called them and they said to bring it in that same day. I dropped it off late that evening and literally had it back the very next day with all of my data recovered for less than half the price of what the Geek Squad wanted to charge me!! I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as kept me updated. They are depenendable and honest people that proved to me they are experts in their field. I left a happy customer and will definitely use them again in the future for any of my Technological needs. As their prices are better than fair, their work is high quality and faster than expected! Give them the opportunity and they will not let you down!

These guys truly set the standard for quality service. Diagnostic was $39. And the part needed plus installation was $150 and TV is working like a charm. Much better than spending $400 for a new TV. Will definitely go back if ever needed.

Cheapest screen replacement for my Samsung phone I could find out of five other repair facilities. They said it could take up to 3 to 5 days for a new screen, but it came in the next day...so one day turnaround. I would recommend Rogers Technology Solutions for any phone repair!

Wouldn’t get phone fixed from here. They do not fix it correctly then when they are called out about the issue they pretend it is not your fault && will make you pay full price to have their mistake fixed.

Had a element tv volume go out after 5 months of purchase didnt get the extra warranty. Found them online and had a great experience with them. Let me know what was wrong and how they would take care of it. My tv was in and out within days and very affordable.

I’ve been looking for a good reliable place to work on my electronics and now I have found that place . I had 2 Samsung tables that didn’t charge anymore and they changed the batteries and charging ports and the main one has a problem with the motherboard but it had the last pictures of my mother before she passed away and the transfered them off of my tablet for me just out of kindness. I would highly recommend them and will only go to them for now on

USE THEM FOR YOUR WISH ITEMS!!!! I was using tutti frutti because they less than a mile from me. But if you have to call to make sure someone is there to give you your stuff, useless!!! With Rogers, they open certain hours and there is someone always there during those hours!! No calling, no if, or maybes. Oh and going into the tutti frutti nail salon when she has a customer? You are s - o - l. Come back later she tells you. Rogers 5 star, tutti frutti nail spa O stars.

I had seen the offer roger technology had going on, $50 to fix a cracked phone screen. I brought my Iphone 7 plus in got it fixed. Now my phone won’t charge, it cuts off in the middle of doing anything. I called and let them know what the phone was doing & was told it had to be a coincidence the phone won’t work after they “fixed” it. I was told i could bring the phone in to get looked at but would have to pay AGAIN for them to fix what they broke. I would not recommend them. Spend the little extra and go to someone who knows what there doing!

Had some awful luck, dropped my iPhone 8 Plus with a glass screen protector x decent otter box case.. landed on two rocks that hit in between where screen protector lays and the case, cracked my screen pretty bad all throughout.Brought it in, great prices and had it fixed in like 30-45minutes. Looks brand new, flawless job and got a new protector put on as well. Highly recommend for the price, timeliness, and quality of work! These guys are amazing! They can fix almost anything at a awesome price. Probably the cheapest on the coast and the fastest. I have been to them multiple times and every time their customer service is epic. They get your equipment back to you fast and totally to the standard I was looking for. I have even went in one time to have a iPad fixed and it was so messed up (and old) they told me it would just be cheaper to buy a new one. They are not for price gorging or hurting their customers. Consider Rodgers for your Apple products and most likely there is no need to travel to the New Orleans area for service.This place specializes on iPads that are locked. The iPad was efficiently diagnosed. The service includes text messages with updates on your particular machine. Consider this place when your portable device is an issue with your life.

Quick, proffessional and affordable.After my desktop died i called a few places to feel out my options. The folks at Rogers did some light troubleshooting over the phone (other places didnt bother), were professional over the phone and in person, and were able to see my equipment right away. I was in and out with a working machine in under an hour, and for what was definately a fair price. They also explained the most likely cause of failure so i could monitor it and prevent it in the future.All said, the guy was very helpful, super proficient, and i will be bringing my business back there if i ever have problems in the future.

Incredible service! Brought a tower to them with an integrated video system that wasnt working. The tower had been customized by the seller but it originally came with a video card. Rogers was able to tell me that the video card slot was still there & could be used in about 5 seconds. (UbreakIfix had it for 2 days and couldnt tell me) Id already purchased a new tower so Rogers transferred all of the data from the old tower to the new for an amazingly reasonable price. They repair cell phones, laptops and a lot of other things. I havent had a need to use their other services but when I do, Ill drive from Diamondhead to Biloxi without hesitation because of their outstanding technical & customer service.
