I bought a new phone via upgrade. Pretty lady helped me very professionally. She informed me of information I never knew about before today. Her mission was not to sell me just any phone. I asked questions about almost every phone. She wasnt aggravated or worried. It took awhile to activate and theres a store full waiting to pay bills. I told her go head while we wait for my phone. Everybody paid and left. Finally phone is ready. She kept apologizing and smiling. I told her no worries and keep smiling. These Latina ladies working here speak good English and Spanish as well. Excellent Service...💯

Worst service i have ever had.I cant even use my phone at home but to make a call..or text.I cant send or receive photos and no data works at all.I would not recommend this company unless someone lives in town.

If you have Boost Mobile service for cell phone I highly suggest you get a new carrier asap. I was a customer of Boost for 8 years and never had an issue till now. I bought my daughter a iPhone 7 from their website for $220. We recieved it and the touch screen does not work. Boost is refusing to give me my money back. They transferred me over to some company for Apple who is also refusing to help me. I now have a $220 paper weight. If you want to keep your service them I hope you never have an issue they will give you the run around and I highly recommend never buy a phone from them get one from Walmart or Best Buy so at least if the phone doesnt work you can bring it back.

Con artists. Got 3 phones to switch over from another carrier. All 3 phones wouldnt charge. Took them back the next day and they replaced them with 3 more phones of the same model that wouldnt charge. They claim you can refund them but refuseed to refund the 150 but would only give 50 back.

Very broken english. Could not understand rep and after paying $25 per phone to set up, its not done. I lost all my pictures, half of my apps, and all my voicemails. This location usually does a nice job but this was a horrible experience. Leaving on vacation and dont know how to use the phone.
