DONT GO!!!! What a joke! Went for a screen replacement and these jokes said it was a mother board that they “fixed” returned the phone with more problems then it was dropped off with! THEN goes onto our data they backed up and called our contacts, because they uploaded our iCloud to someone ELSES PHONE!!!! DONT GO TO WIRELESS WIZARD!!! Trust me!!!!!! If you want to drop a phone off for a cracked screen get quoted $300 worth of fake damage and get your phone backed destroyed then go ahead.

I was looking at buy a new iPhone because my iPhone 8 Plus wouldn’t charge properly, for the last few months, and I didn’t have the money to replace my phone at the time, so I called Wireless Wizard, at Edgewater mall and in less then a hour my iPhone 8plus was repaired,and charging through the lightning port and I’m using it now to post this review. James, Chase, and Wally, were helpful and knowledgeable, and willing to fully repair my iPhone.It’s been a few days now, I’m thankful for the time you spent to replace my lightning port. It’s still working like a champ.I paid $64.20 for a new lightning port.THANK YOU GUYS.

James took time to have an actual informative conversation with me about my devices that had been hacked. I lost six devices - two laptops, two tablets, and two phones. He was very frank about the prognosis of my devices, and gave me good tips om how to keep my new ones safe and clean from intruders and malware. I love tech people that will explain to you what you need to know so its a learning experience, instead of freezing you out of the details as though you wouldnt understand anyway. Im pretty tech savvy, so the latter is like taking your child to the doctor and treating him, but not telling you what was wrong or how he made him better. Our devices must work for us, and we cant run to a computer tech for every little thing. Ive been on personal computers since 1995, and I usually troubleshoot my own devices, but theres always more to learn. Im so glad I finally found a tech guy on the Coast I can trust! He came on high recommendations, and Im passing those on to you! I feel very welcome to come back if I have any further issues, and I will.

I have taken a couple devices here for repairs and they have always communicated with me well, worked with me to get the lowest price, and I completely trust their judgment when it comes to taking care of my devices. Ive witnessed them tell other customers a repair is unnecessary, they are not out to make money at the customers expense. Genuinely helpful service.

Great service 30 mins tops and phone is like brand new

Been here twice. Once for an iPhone battery replacement. The entire front screen was lifted. $30 later no issues. Second time I had a Galaxy Note that exploded on a flight. It didnt catch fire but the battery had swelled to 3x its normal size and completely pushed the top glass off. I got it back today. I havent tested it out yet but its back to its normal shape and size. $40 because I was a return customer and it wasnt as expensive as a new tablet. Every one there is friendly and willing to help. They also sell otter boxes and other phone protectors.

Honest and reliable work. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are in a great location as well, I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 6 and after they got my info they went right to work. Since they are in edgewater mall I went and grabbed lunch from the food court and about 30 minutes later it was ready. They also have warranties on the work they do so if anything is messed up that wasn’t brought on by myself ie dropping it again and cracking the screen I can bring it back and they will make adjustments. They have earned a loyal customer out of me.

When I dropped my phone in water I thought there was no hope, but wireless wizard was able to get it functioning again! It wasnt as good as new but it was better than expected considering it was water damaged. :)

Ive brought my phone to James at wireless wizard a couple times now and each time I’ve been happy with the service.

I went and got my screen fixed today and as I got home I realized I could see light behind my screen which means the new screen is not pressed all the way down. Secondly my front camera is not working so no selfies can be taken which means I can’t be seen on FaceTime. I would give half a star if possible. Going back tomorrow to see what I can do.

My iPhone 6s plus was having screen problems and the shell was bent, so I took it to Wireless Wizard and they replaced the shell and the screen for me, and a shell replacement is a big job. They did perfectly. Would recommend.

Chase Kennedy was awesome took my iPad to my phone store they told me that I needed to go to a phone repair shop . Then I called apple they told me to take and go on a computer and take it to factory settings. So I took it to Chase and it took him maybe a minute to fix my iPad. This was a blessing because this iPad is my boyfriends and he uses it a lot . Thanks so much Chase awesome job.

Trash booth at the mall ... they broke my home button and wouldent do anything about it on my iPhone 7 Plus and the screen is super bad quility ... going to some booth is the worst thing to do ... know nothing about phones ... don’t go there !!

This place is ridiculous!! Im out state went to get my phone fix!! First they got the screen fix and next day was glitchin took it back!! They put a new screen and they broke my front cámara!! And not even enough they dint not wanted to give to give a new screen protector!! They wanted to switch the one on the other screen to my new one!! No wonder they cheAp

I have been there a couple of times, once for a cracked screen, the second for a new phone. The service was great and the manager, helped me with everything I needed.

Went in with a screen that wasnt actin right (laggy unresponsive and spazzy) and i have no idea what he did but he took it and tweaked it and within 20 minutes it was fixed. Honestly i thought id need a new one but for little time and reasonable price, i left happy without the hassle and pricetag of a new phone.

Took my phone to these Wizards to get the screen repaired (it was cracked and would not turn on) they said I had to pay half up front or leave my phone with them as they had to order the part. After a week with no contact I go see them to figure out what is taking so long and they hadnt even ordered the part yet... if I could rate half a star I would. These guys displayed 0 business ethic or respect or responsibility or anything else that professionals should display.

My son had got his iPhone 6s fix charged us 80 dollars and his screen started messing up then his battery dies fast then he got a new battery and then a couple of days later his phone cut off
