I just want to Thank Mr. Fred Shoemaker for all the help he gave me while I was on vacation when my car overheated. He wasnt able to get me the part I needed but he came outside and fixed my line and I was able to make it back home safe. He has exceptional customer service skills and I couldnt be more pleased by they way he showed them by helping me.

Helpful staff. I am down here for Crusin the Coast and the battery went bad in my car. I had a agm duralast battery that was still under warranty, but they didnt have it in stock. Their associates saved the day and made it right. Im back on the road and my week is saved!

I went in there today 2/8/2021 to buy a Simple Key! I could have gotten one in Gautier just a couple blocks from my house, but the guy was so rude to me. This one here had the nicest gentleman and he advised me he was happy to take care of me!!! Kudos to you store 0213

I usually am not the person to send in ratings, but I was compelled after my recent experience at the Beauvoir location. Management is responsible for setting the tone for subordinates to adhere when greeting customers and establishing rapport. The incident occurredon Saturday, Sep 19 at 2.30. I was immediately responded to in a very harsh, abrasive manner by an employee as I was attempting to return an item which was unopened and purchased yesterday, exactly yesterday Sept 18th. I had the receipt and the worker refused to give me a refund from a purchase I made yesterday, The receipt was in hand but I was refused unless I had the card in which the purchase had been made. I too indeed had the card as I was ready to hastily leave the location. The manager, my assumptions, Loni appeared and also validated the worker that I would need the card even though I had my receipt from the previous day. I was told this change had been implemented yesterday. This is not the policy as long as there is a valid receipt refunds are given within a designated time parameter. I was profiled and violated and I will tell others of my experience and never patronize this location. I truly hope that this location has not started implementing assumptions based on perception as this would be a bad business move. As a consumer as Iong as I follow protocol of an establishment personal assumptions or biased judgement should never occur.R Blake

They like to overcharge at certain locations if they dont have the part/parts that they have to order. We were overcharged at one store almost $50.00 for wires n plugs but luckily my brother knows a guy that works at a different store. Yea, he was mortified that the other store wanted to overcharge for parts we needed for my antique truck. (Jealous much dude!) Overall, Ill go to the Gulfport store. Not Biloxis.

I have no idea what to do with my Car. I am literally clueless. These kind angels of auto parts and engine oil came down and took care of everything. My poor car battery died and the entirety of my vehicle was deceased this morning. I had to jump start my car and book it across the bridge 15 minutes away to Take5. They told me they couldnt help me out with my problem. My brake lights had been,on for god only knows how long-and it eventually murdered the battery. My 2006 honda civic is spitting and wheezing at this point fully prepared to die in the middle of morning traffic. At long last I made it to Autozone and explained my dilemma. Not even a week-not even 24 hours. No, it only took late morning-early afternoon for them to have everything I need. Not only did they solve the problem of my ancient vehicle, but they were kind enough to help install my battery as well. May the blessings of all the gods favor autozone for their chivalry in aiding a clueless Millenial. Thank you and you will certainly be having my business again.

So I called 3 different times and today I called and asked if Robbie was in and a gentleman said he was and I asked to talk to him. He said ok and put me on hold. Then a lady answered and said he was at lunch. If I didnt get the job please have enough professional courtesy to tell me the truth instead of avoiding me. These old way need to change. Its hard getting a job with this covid-19 I could have been putting in applications other places in the last week. Not professional at all.

After countless hours searching the world wide web for the location of a place that would value my old battery monetarily, I stumbled upon this Auto Zone. So its immaculate floors and neatly organized displays were filled with all manner of accessories each varying in price. This store is right. Clean andv efficient.Suddenly the respectful shift lead told me the price of a quite large bluetooth speaker packed with features. Under $3 was almost a joke it seemed. Its my favorite wireless speaker ive bought.Thanks AZAP 😎

The guys at the Auto Zone on Beauvoir Road in Biloxi were amazing! I couldnt have asked for better customer service Yorel specifically was very helpful in regards to helping me find and install a new battery! Although they had a lot of customers there they were able to multitask and get the job done. I will be visiting this auto zone if needed in the future! Robert was awesome too he offered help multiple times !

I went to Autozone to get some butt connectors...I walked in saw a worker talking to who I assumed was a customer...Wasnt even acknowledged...went to look for what Ineeded..could find them went up and stood behind the young man I thought was a customer...then I saw another worker walk behind the other worker...he looked at me and looked away...I thought ok hes busy...went back to look again...It has now been 15 min...so I thought I would give it one more try to get someone to help me...walked back up to the front..Now all 3 of them are talking...the one I thought was a customer turned and looked at me...heck!!!...he was a worker also!!! I looked at all three of them and walked my happy butt out...went down the street to pep boys...in and out in 3 min..I will never go back to that Autozone again..nor will my husband...as I am the mechanic in the family...

Nice store. Parking is a bit of a hassle if you park near the roadway entrance.
Garbage. Walk in to have them help with my check engine light. One employee offers to help, but cant walk outside with other customers in the building. Meanwhile there are two other employees talking behind their plug wire wall. Then a 4th guy walks in and goes straight to the back. Been here 15 minutes with no help
