Mr Bucky was GREAT ! But I waited an hour and a half for a set of rotors for my pickup truck. I was there and then they had four five other customers come and they got through all those other people plus I had a two year old child with me that I had to keep checking on in my vehicle thats not right. And nobody wanted to take responsibility for that. I appreciate Mr Bucky but I wont be back.

Under normal circumstances as Ive had experience in the past I, meaning myself would have given them a five star. Just like I do with any business. It only takes one bad time to get a bad review. Knowing the parts that I needed from them was to be exactly what I needed and therefore. Based on the person I dealt with could not and would and continuously recognize that I did know all the facts. As I have had explained to him that I did my research before I had called back for the same part I needed was and still is compatible. I drove 126 mile one way to pick up a engine that I was told was there... Not one time, but 3 different times I called making sure it was the engine i needed and was there. Needless to say when i get there,WRONG ENGINE!!!😡 I will never do business with these people again.
