2 Stars, only cause I got my oil change complete.Visiting beautiful Biloxi MS. Purchased items online with store pickup. All items were in-stock according to the online store. Go to pick-up, and yup...not everything was in-stock and the order was not ready 3 hours after purchase (oil and filter for a F250 diesel). So, had to get a more expensive brand. Wasted time shopping around on-line, wasted money could have purchased items cheaper elsewhere. Asked if they match prices; told not WalMart ($13.99 compare to $15.99 per gallon, 4 gallons needed; BTW the stuff I wanted was $13.99 a gallon). But I purchased the items anyway since I was standing there in the Pass Road store. Oil change done, time to recycle. Walked in the store with 4 gallons of used oil, told to empty it myself and take the used containers with me. I have never had to empty my own oil or take the containers at any of their competitors. Inaccurate inventory and shady service.

I am a delivery driver for Advance Auto Parts. I really like my job and the company I work for. I suggest everyone check out AAP for their auto needs. The online store is a great way to shop when life is too hectic to go to the store. If you want to shop the store too you have the choice to pick up your online purchase there and that gives you all the ease of online shopping but no waiting for the postal service to deliver. Its fabulous! Stop by and see what I am talking about!

Thank u Larry & Eddy for ur helpful advice n help.. always a friendly pleasure to do business with u too.. cant say anything else about it because no one helps like u too.. thats the ONLY REASON for the 4 starts.. otherwise they wouldnt even deserve 1 star.. Called before i went, stated part was in stock. Got there it was not there. Drive time 3 minutes. They wanted me to go to the next store half hour away. This always happen at their stores. Please physical check before starting the part is in stock.

I give this store location employees kudos. The employees where very knowledgeable and helpful. A true blessing.

Stopped here while on vacation from Savannah Georgia. Realized I had no brake lights. I went in and borrowed a Philips screwdriver from Mack at the counter, hard to believe I didnt have a Philips in the truck. Found both bulbs burned out replaced them and returned the screwdriver. Thanks Mack I appreciate your help and the loan of the tool. People like Mack make Advance Auto Parts the go to store that it is.

Always receive friendly knowledgeable service at this location. The manager and staff go the extra mile to help make sure I am getting the correct parts and everything I need for a repair to avoid those annoying return trips for that one thing that is missing to finish up.

Offers good parking for when you go to the methadone clinic

Friendly staff, easy getting parts, got a battery from them, they helped me take the old one out, swapped out the core charge on site, helped me install the new battery in a few minutes, easy operation, it was about the same as Walmart, but much quicker process. They had all the parts. Good job

Not Robert not grech they are always helpful and theres another guy I think he is and assnt but cool but who ever taught your people phone etiquette needs to be fired I had about 400$ in parts I was wanting to order I get put on hold 4 different times today for at least 20-30 minutes or they never come back then they will come back ty for choosing the store like you havent been on hold for damn near a hour closest to my home always go to this store but the way people answer the phone is horrible#thatsall

Look, I get that you cant expect everyone working for a standard retail wage is going to be an expert in every situation you may bring to them, but I cant knock these guys for their service:This is the most convenient auto parts place for me, and every time I go here, Im always treated decently, and the guys really do put an effort towards making sure you have a good experience here.Face it, if youre a DIY-er, buying parts to do your own repairs, you need to know what youre in there for and need to rely on your yourself for getting the correct specific parts you need.Service here really is great. They always make an effort towards helping me, and know when to back off when I know specifically what I need. They even do the curb-side battery checks that some other places/locations have stopped providing. My battery was near-dead, they checked it out, and pointed it that I still have a few months po-rata warranty left on it from a competitors brand. I appreciate stuff like that, and will likely return for a new battery there just because of the honestly.Bottom line: Good customer service, courteous, helpful, informed, but not know-it-alls. Recommended.

Brians amazing customer service will keep me a returning loyal customer despite part malfunction. I purchased and installed a serpentine belt and tensioner assembly for my wifes Honda van but the belt kept slipping off (3 attempts). Brian suggested a clever tip which was placing a crayon on the running belt to help clear out any possible gunk on the pulleys. Unfortunately, the belt still fell off. After purchasing and installing Honda original parts, the belt stayed on suggesting the issue was either the belt or tensioner assembly purchased from Advanced. Brian was present when I went to return the parts. He pulled up my receipt with my phone number and processed the return without incident. Brian was knowledgeable, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. I learned that not all aftermarket parts are going to be as consistent or function as well as manufacture original parts. Such is life. But despite the extra hassle and time of this experience, I will continue to make Advanced Auto Parts my number one stop for repairs and replacements because of the excellent customer service. Well done Brian!!*PS: I didnt mention how great it was to be able to check out (w/ refundable deposit) the special tensioner assembly tool which they had in stock.
