I ran into an employee from this company doing work on a house. I got his information as I had hit a stucco wall and needed it repaired. He told me to give him a call later. I called and gave him the information and he assured me he would be out there that day or the next to look at it and get me an estimate and also informed me he could get the wall done fairly quick if it was just a small repair. I waited 4 or 5 days and called the number again. The man told me he needed to check with the office to get the bid information and he would call me right back. He asked me to text him the information so that he had it available. I texted him my information and did not receive a call back. I called a third time with the exact same result as the second call. I just got off the phone for the fourth time and I was told that they probably didnt get back to me because they were so busy. I said that happens in business but why not just tell me that they were too busy instead of continually promising me information and work to be performed. When I called the fourth time I was told that I had never spoken with I was told that the phone number was a landline and the office phone number. I told him I had texted him the address and information on that phone number and it showed delivered and read. He said his office phone receives text messages. I snickered and said, only if it is a cell phone, to which he then admitted it was a cell phone. I asked him if I was going to get the estimate and the work done or if I needed to go another direction; the man told me he didnt want to do business with me and to find another company. I was amazed at his lack of understanding or care for what had happened to me or any inclination to rectify the mistake. I asked to speak to the owner and he told me that he was the owners son and the owner was not available. I said, OK and hung up the phone. I know nothing of the quality of work, but I can say the customer service I received was very poor, especially from the owners son.
