Ive only had one experience there, it lasted about 14min. Honestly. I can say they have some of the best Customer Service. Maxwell served me well. He was quick, efficient, and very kind. I had a phone that the screen was not working whatsoever. Apple couldnt even help me. I gave this phone 1 last chance. He knew his stuff. Fixed it in like 5min. It was a small issue, but nonetheless that takes skill to KNOW what is wrong, and right with phones these days. I was so impressed! That guy needs a raise, because I will be coming back with any other needs that relate to their store and Ill be recommending this place, and maxwell from here on out. Try these guys out!

Easy to order online, good customer service coming in to pick up my battery. Only battery/place I found in town offering a 12 month warranty on a motorcycle battery, the rest only had a 3 month.

Very knowledgeable staff, massive inventory, definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a more obscure variety of battery.

Great selection of batteries and would have given 5 stars but the employee tried to pet a battery in my watch and after about 10 minutes he came back and said his vice was broke and couldnt replace the battery. Ive used this company in the past putting lifetime batteries in my Invicta watches so thats why they get 3 stars

Max helped me rebuild the 20 year old battery cable ends on my 2001 ford excursion with the 7.3 diesel. I had concerns my starter was getting weak, but it was just the old cable ends that had corroded in the cable just a little. Max cut off the bad and replaced with the new. Now my 7.3 spins over better than new.The weather was cold and snowy, but Max stayed with it as a true professional. Max did a great job and is also new friend.

Kim at the Central store took excellent care of me today. He went over and above and helped me big time. Hubby was out of town, my car was in the shop, and the truck battery died. He was so helpful and gave great customer service! Explained everything to me, replaced the battery and even an extra part and got our truck back into tip top shape. Big shout out to Kim and BP!! 🙂

I needed a new key fob made for my 4Runner. I checked with the dealership first. It wouldve cost me over $300 to have one made. At Batteries Plus (BP) it cost me $125.99. The customer service I received at BP was excellent.

This is a very unique store and has more than just batteries. They also help you with whatever you need.

I usually by my computer backup power batteries here, they last as long as the originals. Also a great place to get aftermarket tool batteries, battery chargers and jump packs.

I took my car in to have the battery tested and learned it needed to be replaced as many recent headaches had been caused by it. After some research, I found a low-cost option and was able to purchase online from Batteries Plus Bulbs and have the battery installed the same day at the stores location. My experience was a very quick, easy, and friendly visit and I highly recommend this store for all battery needs!

Took my phone in for repair. Everything was working great. Later that day I realize I couldn’t log into my email, bank, and other apps. Kinda got the feeling they tried to hack my phone while they had it but have no proof. Just some wonky confirmation and reentering passwords to confirm myself when I tried logging into things again after getting my phone back. Shout out to gmail and stockman for their security measures.Regardless the sketchy “coincidence” they did do a good job of repairing said phone.

Bought a battery for our old Jeep. The guys went above and beyond helping remove the old battery as it was rusted into place. I was very appreciative of their help.

We needed a very specific watch battery that we had already been frustrated trying to find at Walmart and Target, but when we walked into the silent, well-lit room, the lone worker behind the counter asked what we needed, and found exactly right type for the right price (which happened to be the last in the store) and quickly had us on our way in a polite, professional, and efficient manner.

Ordered the battery for my husband and he went and had it done at batteries plus, didnt charge him to change out his battery, he says that they were courteous and quick. Excellent service.

Wow, these people are fast. But if you have 24 watches like I do it can get a bit spendy. So I just pick my favs now. I love that they have not just batteries( and every kind you need) but every kind of bulbs, accessories for cars, phones, you name it they got it. I was very impressed. Oh, you Otterbox lovers out there that need one for your expensive phones the people that are hard on their phones these people have them. I cant say enough about this great place. Everything was great except Im not happy with the arrangement involving exchanging old cores. During the transaction, I was charged as if I was not exchanging old cores, never given the option to indicate that I was going to be bringing in the old cores for exchange. When I arrived for pick up, I was made to produce the credit card used to make the purchase online so that my money could be refunded (charge taken off card). To me, this arrangement was inconvenient and did not make sense.

Visited this establishment to have a car battery load tested - service was friendly and proffesional, even though I didnt make a purchase.

These guys are great. One of the only places in Billings you can buy a car battery and have it installed after 6 pm. Thank you.

GREAT service fair prices

I had a Subaru battery replacement done here. After the replacement was done, the Check Engine light came on. I took it in to the Subaru service center and they confirmed that whoever had replaced the battery had blown some fuses, usually caused by the positive battery cable being shorted to the ground. They said there was really no other way for it to happen than during the battery replacement.Fixing the fuse problem cost me $120. I contacted Batteries Plus and discussed it with the store manager, who then took a look at my invoice and agreed that they were likely the cause. They covered the cost for fixing the fuse issue, which I consider excellent customer service.

Authorized dealer for Square Trade cell phone insurance...they did a great job helping me get my cracked phone screen insurance claim settled. Replaced my screen in a few hours and were very helpful and friendly.

I ordered a battery online and received a call that they did not have that battery in stock. The clerk did substitute a different Battery. He was shoet on the phone with me as well, but since he did provide another battery i give him a 2. My son and husband arrived at the store and both report to me that the gentleman that took care of them was rude and a**hole to them. My son tried to show email of confirmation per directions from the online and the clerk was rude to him. My husband said we will never shop their again. I would never shop here. I made an appointment. The man behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Even when he found a place that could help me he said there was no one in town that could be a help. Luckily I overheard his phone conversation and called CPR phone repair myself. I drove to the heights in Billings and they had me fixed and on my way in a short amount of time.

Great customer service! Checking website for the right battery that I needed was confusing and we were given excellent service and they made it easy to get what I needed.

It was cold and miserable but the gentleman was courteous and did a through job. I had ordered the wrong one and he noticed immediately and got the right one.

Ordered online, battery was ready when I got there. Only complaint, and it is a minor one, is the employee installing the battery could at least smile. I felt like I was putting him out by having my battery put in. Again, no big deal, but maybe his day would be better if he at least smiled.

I will now come here when my car dies and need a new battery. I didnt have to make an appointment, had great quality of batteries in stock, and didnt have to wait 3 hours like I would have if i went to Wal-Mart. Thank you for taking care of me so quickly.

Ordered online to get a 10% discount while I was physically in the store and it didnt give me the $9.00 off on my battery purchase and they could not override in the store. Seems like a scam that you dont know you were ripped off until after they have taken your credit card order. And that the stores have no way of dealing with it.
