Everyone has been kind, but we ordered our lamps July 6, 2021 And they just came today, August 10, 2021. So they came actually pretty late. I think they forgot to order them at one point because they said we ordered them two weeks after we went into the store and told them what we wanted. But otherwise everyone has obviously been kind again and the lamps are great.

We moved to Billings with a National moving company who packed and shipped everything. In packing an old sentimental lamp we had for 50 years was damaged. We called Rimrock to see if they knew of a local repair. They said bring it in. What first class service these folks provide. It was repaired on the spot with a embarrassing minimal charge..... the cost of a light bulb. Best experience in service in a long time. We don’t need any more lamps but Rimrock will get my business forever even if just buying a light bulb

My mother and I were in town helping my brother get his home ready to sell. We needed a small part to a glass light shade to finish off the bathroom. No one had this part, not Home Depot, not Lowes. But, the guys at Rimrock were awesome. They knew just what we were talking about and actually had a few of them to choose from. This is the place for customer service and kindness.
