Workers are rude and snarky. I asked a simple question and got complete attitude. Never going back. 10/10 won’t recommend to anyone else either.

Have been to this location a couple of times. Staff was friendly enough, not intrusive but offered assistance if needed. Good selection, reasonably priced.However, tonight that was NOT the case. My partner and I walked in, with our masks on as per their requirement, just behind a woman. There were a few other couples in the lobby and one couple at the counter. The cashier hollered over the counter for my partner and I to leave stating wed have to come back there are to many people in here already. Extremely embarrassing as the other patrons all, and I do mean all, turned to look at us.As we were leaving another gentleman went in and did not come out.The girl was rude to say the least and I will be searching for a new location to pick up the items we were intent on purchasing.

This place is a joke. They need to learn customer service! The young lady working was rude and very unprofessional. Been to this store before but will never go back.

Clean store and ok selection, but staff rude and watch you too closely while picking out stuff and made us feel weird. Would not shop there again; Ill stick to online or the victorian.

We came in town and lovers playground was supose to be open till 2 am the only adult store that said it would be open however at 12:15 am it was closed and there was a employee sitting in a car with someone in front . Horrible experience

I did a positive review and it was positive. I had to retract it. I called for a product and they had it I paid for it and looked at it and it was wrong. The right product was there so I went to exchange it and the manager wasnt there so left the product I purchased and the one I wanted with a phone number to call me. Its been 2 months no call. I lost 40 dollars. Please dont go here. I wont ever again and I went once every to weeks was very loyal. Not anymore this is one customer you cant get back

Said i ripped an outfit i didnt rip and made me pay for it when it was ripped before i tried it on. Most outfits were garbage.

A very nice place with a staff that helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory. In fact, for the first time ever (Im 55) I was so comfortable that I openly told them about being no-sexual. (🎊)

Well lit, clean store with a large selection of items and friendly, knowlegable staff. The prices are very reasonable, and the lingerie for women goes up to a 4XL (sometimes larger) so we larger women can actually feel sexy too! 🖤
