My favorite store in the mall and the customer service is awesome theyve always called me by name when going in and buying or looking and because I bought a one of a kind diamond ring 15 minutes after it was in the display case they always bring that day up especially when there is other shoppers or workers that havent seen it yet it gets past around every time and I love that lol๐โคand I will never buy from anyone else or let my future husband if I ever find one ๐โค
Not impressive with her attitude. Just go somewhere else that have better customer care. But if you have very high budget to spend, she might treated you differently.

Im so disappointed. I turned in a necklace to get the chain repaired. They told me 2 weeks. Its been almost 3 weeks so I called them just to receive very poor customer service. I was concerned that they did not have my phone number to let me know when its ready so I thought Id call. But instead I received a irrated employee. She might just be having a bad day or maybe the phones are hard to hear from but it was a disappointing phone call. I hope her day gets better but this was a unprofessional phone call. So if your curious about your repairs maybe dont call them.
Love my ring, but they are overpriced and dont stand behind their work.Lots of miscommunication between local stores and corporate that leave the customer eating the price of the companys mistakes.Wont be buying anything from them again.

Very Disappointed. My daughters bought me a necklace less than a year ago and I only wore it two or three times and the clasp broke. they wouldnt do anything about it except to charge me almost half of the cost of the necklace to fix it.
The Manager is the best here! He really made my experience awesome!
Horrible customer service. On five separate occasions I requested an ETA for our special order arrival and they said theyd call me back but never did. I always had to call them and they could never give me a straight answer. Go somewhere else.
