A little expensive but man we had fun

My granddaughter has the best time building a bear.

Went into this amazing shop in the mall in Montana. Im from Wyoming going on a trip. As soon as I entered this tall employee with curlyish hair and a big happy smile even seen through his mask asked us to come in and feel the magic and love. So me and my girlfriend came in. After picking out my Pikachu and my gf pickied out the girl nightfurry the lady stuffing our stuffed animals was super.sweet and showed alot of love. And the gentleman as we were cashing out still had his big happy smile. Asked us if we were.happy with our stuffed animals. And thanked us for coming. My first experience was amazing thanks yo these amazing employees I wish I could have gotten their names!

Great place to visit ONCE. We had never been there so we took our granddaughter. She picked out her little stuffy skipped the noise and smells inserts. We got her 2 dresses and shoes and little backpack to put it in. Then went to the checkout and were pretty shocked with the total. Lets say once was more than enough at $100.

I enjoy getting to make a bear and doing it as a mid afternoon date. Lots to choose from

This was my kids first time at BAB we were very disappointed. The kids cant help do anything, no adoption certificates for the bears. Couldnt dress our bears in the store. In my opinion they have went to far with the restrictions. Its a kids place and they were told if you touch it you buy it! Thats hard for a small child... 😟

Ive gotten four or five stuffed loveable from different stores. They help you pick out the stuffed loveable, help you pick out clothes and accessories, and theyll put a heartbeat and recorded voice box in your loveable so loved ones will hear your voice with the push of a button inside the paws. Really fun, great experience for adults and/or kids...and the staff are wonderful in their knowledge and customer service.

Took my 3 yr old there and he loved it! Got his bday bear for $3. Made it easier to spend money on extras.

Fun for the kids!

Its always good to remember this is gonna be the most expensive stuffed animal ever but the kids always like it. Just be prepared to say no little Susie your stuffed animal doesnt need a $40 car. The staff is very friendly and energetic I was just a little disappointed but not as disappointed as my son when his bears noise maker stopped working within one day of getting it

Took my kids here for the first time. The safety procedures are over the top and frankly ruined the entire experience for my children. I get wearing masks and distancing but the measures they have put into place are way excessive and the way the employees act is unreasonable, especially when dealing with children.

The kids really enjoyed the experience and loooved the stuffed animals that we made for them. The clothes for the bears are waaay overpriced and i would never buy clothes for them but the experience is great for the kids

What happened to Build-A-Bear. It’s been 7 years since we took our kids and they now charge for their boxes. You’d think after dropping $40 on a Bear you’d get a box.
