Had a problem with our Electronic Eye acting like it was not receiving power (No LEDs at all) causing the Garage Door to fail to shut. Called them Tuesday Afternoon and they had Dale at my place Wednesday the next day to troubleshoot the problem at the time promised (great service!).Ended up being some drywall work we had done a few months back that caused pressure on the wiring, that would have eventually affected the other garage door as well.Dale efficiently and professionally identified the problem, fixed both doors, and then lubed the hardware on both doors in less than an hour.Price was incredibly fair $125/hr + $8 to lube the hardware.

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Billings Overheard Door Monday morning and they had two very polite, professional young men at my house within two hours. It was replaced in half an hour with no fuss and no mess. Very impressed.

Our garage door was making a terrible noise when it was going up or down. It was always very quiet up until then. My wife called the office at 5:10 pm and the boss was still there. The next day he was here and at 2:00 that afternoon we had a very quiet door again! Thank you for the prompt and courteous service!

They have the perfect door for my home, but the salesman Reece is a (to keep it rated G) small pointy object. I wont go with them just because of his pretentious attitude. Its too bad, its a nice door.

Very impressed with the customer service at this company! The staff is great and well knowledgeable with their products they have for sale! You can call with any question concerning a garage door, parts or motors and they can help you no matter the problem! Open Monday through Friday 7:30 - 5 and if an emergency occurs theyre super reasonable, understanding and easy to work with! Some may complain about Reeces attitude or personality but there is others to talk to if you cant handle his humor! (dont take it to heart) The installers and field technicians are all very friendly and work well together as well as solo. If you are having any troubles with your door/s, motor or equipment I would highly recommend calling Billings Overhead Doors! I give them 5 stars out of 5!
