My husband had called a competitors company the week prior, and upon arriving at our home they did not have the right garage door springs, and told us that the office would call to reschedule once they had the springs. Well, no one ever called us back.I decided to call Alpha because the problem still needed to be fixed, and I was tired of waiting on the other guys. They showed up the next day! They were quick and prompt to replace both of the garage door springs, and the tech (Andrew) made sure to lube everything up and provide a full inspection as well. Very good and professional service. We came home to a non-functioning garage door opener. Mariah was able to get us on the schedule within 2 days (very much appreciated). Andrew showed up earlier than expected for our appointment (which we also really appreciated) and did a great job replacing our opener! We would definitely us Alpha again!

Andrew did a great job installing our new garage door. He programmed our new opener and hooked it up correctly with our current security system. This is the second time I have used Alpha Overhead Door, Inc in the last few months. Both Mariah and Andrew were stellar! Mariah was friendly and helpful on the phone. Andrew was able to get to my service call that day. He was friendly and took the time to explain everything. He was knowledgable and very efficient. I will be using them again!

My garage door broke on April 25, 2021. They were quick to come out and give me a price estimate the same day I called. Scheduled my appointment for June 9. Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment, then proceeded to call to figure out what was going on. I was told they didnt know and they will call back. When they called back they said they had a a miscommunication and will show up the next day to install my door. June 10, waited over an hour for them to show up, missing work for the second day in a row and another no show. So I went to work and waited for them to call me. They were 2 hours late to the scheduled appointment and the installer said its not my fault I just show up to work and then go home. Frustrated I call the office and they said they will make it up to me by upgrading my door. Even though I mentioned it will not do me any good to upgrade my door if you dont keep the appointment. Scheduled my appointment July 12. Get a reminder call about my appointment the day before saying they are ready to go and will be on time. July 12 comes around and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment I get a call from the installed saying my door isnt in. Even though my appointment was confirmed the day before by the receptionist. So they said they would reschedule me again. Never got a call back from them so I had to call them 2 days later to make another appointment for July 28th. Amazed that they showed up on time for this appointment and installed the door. Then received the bill, and they charged me for the upgrade they offered to me for missing previous appointments. They also did not include disposal fees on the original price estimate. Terrible communication within their company for this many errors to have occurred. Will never recommend or use this company again.

We have had problems with overhead door companies in the past. We were lucky to get Mark. He absolutely went out of his way to bring us samples, and he had the answers to our questions. Of course we purchased 2 large commercial doors and 2 oversize doors for our house garage. Andrew Weber installed our house garage doors. So polite, neat, and skilled. Andrew answered concerns we have had in the past. The doors are beautiful and installation was perfect. I need more commercial doors in the future and will never buy an overhead door from anyone else.

Came out supposedly fixed torsion springs on our door. Opened one time the. Wouldnt close. I immediately called and they said to close it by hand and theyd send someone back. Whwn closing by hand the cable supporting one side of door came undone because the installer did it incorrectly and the left side of door slammed to the ground and the right side stayed up. A week later they call me and had the nerve to tell me it may not be a warranty issue. Wanted to charge me again to send the same tech out who screwed up the first time. No thanks alpha Ill hire another company and see you in court to cover the costs

Alpha Overhead Door recently installed new garage doors for our house and shop. They are amazing. The doors are great quality and the men that did the installation are polite and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable. Andrew came out right away when my door wouldn’t shut. He made a slight adjustment on the eye and it worked right away. FIRST CLASS JOB!! I needed an entire 16 garage door replaced as the previous homeowner had not installed the components correctly. First impressions are important and Alpha was professional from the beginning. Samantha arrived at my home the same day I called. She was knowledgeable, articulate and had a positive attitude; her demeanor was superlative! Within 3-days I had a brand new door that there would have been no way I could have replaced it myself at the price I was quoted. I received a follow-up call the day before installation and Devon install the door the very next morning. Devon was punctual and well engaged in his work. I am pretty speculative of anyone in my home, but I can say without question that they were both sober and focused at their task. I cant say enough good things about this company. They do what they say theyre going to do and they are honest. I would highly recommend them for any future business.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! First off, I was very impressed with Samantha when she first came over and reviewed the issues and determined what needed to be done. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She followed up with us, which I think is great service!We were scheduled quickly, and within two weeks the technicians were here and replaced the door. The technicians, Ryno and Tyson, were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We have now had the door for approximately one month And are extremely impressed with the door itself. Previous doors we have had, were very noisy During wind storms, plus the seal at the bottom was poor. The new door is so sturdy and does not make any noise or wiggle around during high wind storms, not to mention it is very nice looking! there was some slight damage to the door, so the panel was immediately re-ordered and within two weeks, Ryno came back and installed the panel quickly and efficiently. I will be passing along this information to all my friends. I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied we are with the product and the service!!!!

We had problem with our garage door. I called Alpha Overhead doors on a Sunday afternoon and they answered and then I called again on Monday morning. Their office personnel was incredible, friendly, and outstanding customer service. They dispatched a technician within 30 minutes. Isaac the technician arrived and was outstanding. He fixed the problem promptly and was incredibly professional.

A cable on our overhead door broke making it difficult to open the door and not able to close completely. Called Alpha and an repairman was scheduled for the first thing the next morning. Right on schedule Isaak called to say he was on his way. He completed the repair and pointed out a couple of other weaknesses including the second cable that was frayed and broken brackets which obviously needed to be replaced thus saving us future breakdowns and additional expenses. Isaak was very professional, pleasant and completed quality work. I highly recommend Alpha Overhead Door and will use them in the future when needed.
