Needed 3 bids on 3 different windows. Carl made it happen. Custom windows are 4 weeks out to manufacture them. That is fine by myself and the clients.

I called Perla for a quote and to set an appointment on a Tuesday morning. They did not return my call until late Friday afternoon to set up the appt for Saturday morn. This is poor business practice. They must not need the business if it takes 4 days to return calls.

They pushed out nails through the wall so there are holes along bottom of window. I had to pay quite a bit more to get outside done. I think for the price, they should completely finish the job.I have the blinds between the glass and dont like the sun shining through all the gaps. I wish I had gotten a plain window and bought my own blind. The window itself is perfect
