It took 40 weeks for the windows to come in. But I guess it was worth the wait. We still have to wait another 7 weeks for the correct window of the 8 windows that were put in. Happy with the workers. Very nice guys. Pleased with the finished product. Thanks. The Crocketts

Darrin and Dalton were on time, very polite and very courteous. Their professionalism and perseverance to get the job done and GET IT RIGHT was above reproach! They knew what they were doing from the git go and things went along without a hitch. My wife and I are very satisfied. Our window installers did great work, and they did not mess around. They got to work right away, kept everything neat and clean during the process, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Our job was two smaller windows, so they did it in a little less than 5 hours.During one part of the job, they had to cut back a little bit of the wood in order to fit the window in the hole, and one of the installers was on the inside of the house with a shop vac, following the other guy that was cutting the wood, in order to keep the dust from going everywhere. Again, they do great work!!

Lynnrich provided great quality work and their experienced crew was a pleasure to work with. It is evident that Lynnrich empowers their crew to do all they can to meet customer needs. The communication from the office and the work crew was outstanding and made the whole job run smoothly. Dont make the mistake of searching for cut-rate companies like I initially did. In the long run, quality materials, expert installation, and stellar customer service proved to set our minds at ease.

Wonderful company. They listened to our concerns and provided us with lots of options. We chose to upgrade to steel gutters and that saved us from having to replace again after the 2016 storm. We also purchased a front door it was a fantastic addition to our home and looks great. They took the time to match our trim and fit was perfect no more air leaks. The crew worked quickly and when they were finished nothing was out of place. Great service from the office, the estimator and the install crew.

The windows look amazing! It took a little longer than I anticipated. During the wait (while windows were made) I never heard any updates or anything but once I called and spoke with them about it they were awesome to update me on the progress at least once a week. The installers were the BEST! Cleaned up everything and really explained what they were doing....they look beautiful!!! Thank you Lynnrich team for all you do!

I had some leaf guard installed on my gutters. The men that came to do the install were on time, looked over the house to make sure they had everything they needed and were ready to go to work. It took about an hour and a half and when finished it looked quite nice. The two guys were very pleasant as I asked a few questions while they worked. It was a good experience.

The windows and doors turned out beautiful. The crew was very professional and courteous. Could have been a little more careful with shoes in the house and covering up things a little better. They were always on time and stuck to the job. Everything turned out very nice.

After a Hail storm we need to repair the damage to out siding and windows. After talking to the sales rep we decided to replace the siding and the windows on the whole house. Tyler was an exceptional rep of the company, he gave us a time frame and they have stuck to that. The window crew were also exceptional! Very efficient, clean and very courteous. They made sure they got all screws and metal cleaned up and even hauled off their own garbage instead of using our dumpster even after I told them they could. I would definitely recommend LynnRich to any and all my friends. Thank you for making my home look beautiful again after that horrible storm.

Quality products. Took 6 months to install. Was told a 1 day install starting at 8am, installers didn’t arrive until 1pm which turned into a 2 day install.

NEVER have I been so impressed with a home improvement crew! EVER. If you need siding, windows, doors, gutters, GO TO LYNNRICH!!! The Lynnrich guys were so amazing today! Im usually really nervous to have construction crews work on my house. Ive paid for jobs before, that EVEN I COULD TELL werent quite right. But I felt like I couldnt speak up to have it fixed.This is NOT the case at Lynnrich!!! This crew stayed and made sure every inch was PERFECT. Then they even asked me How do you like it? Do you see anything you want us to fix?Who does that now-a-days??THEY DO. ☺️These guys were so polite, kind, and professional! I watched the process like a HAWK. This is my front window, the first impression for my home, this is where I watch my kids from EVERYDAY. So I wanted to to look good. They wanted it to LOOK GREAT. As they worked, there were teeny imperfections I didnt even notice--and they fixed them. These guys were so professional & meticulous! Like they were working on their OWN window!! ☺️They cut, and re-cut parts, that needed a little more TLC (thanks to this 30 yr old house), they went over it, fixing, prodding, trimming and re-trimming, it until is was PERFECT. Love the siding. Very unhappy with the service after the fact. Gutters not sloped properly, down spouts do not match the rest of gutters. Color apparently discontinued after 4 years. Hopefully company will make right with me

DO NOT HIRE LYNNRICH!!!At first, the salesmen, Cheney and Joey, were just great. When the workers came, They put the new high school kid, Joe, on the front of my house. I didn’t like the cuts that joe made at the water spigot and the front door. Caulking needed to fill in bad cuts.Always noticeable. When I complained, Cheney said “that’s gathering way they do It.”Also the rain gutters do not drain correctly and always overflow. This is my biggest problem. BAD JOB WITH RAIN GUTTERS!!! Had leaf relief applied and do not recommend, it causes ice jams in winter and I requested it tremoved after about 6 months . No credits given (OVER $2000 PROJECT) and I did not expect any.credits, only to get my problems solved. I was totally ignored by Lynnrich.However I continued to call and sent photos of the leaks from rain gutters. Cheney put me off with rain gutter problem, telling me to give them another chance with less torrential rain storms. When problems continued they never returned my calls.supposedly due to fire in warehouse . I am a 67 yr old lady and am up on a ladder trying to fix problem myself. DO NOT HIRE LYNNRICH. GREAT AT FIRST BUT NO FOLLOWUP. I am not a complainer. But wish I had hired ABC as their colors do not change and they are always available to fix problems. Very unhappy with Lynnrich and started out as the “nicest client ever”:

When there was not communication and he had to reach out to them they treated him like he was nothing. The phone conversation was disturbing. Joey Godwin is a true anti-veteran. They wrapped my house in seamless siding. The workers were friendly and worked with all my requests. When they started the project they gave me a detailed rundown of how the project would go and a time for finishing up. They cleaned up every night making sure things were put away, picked up and my yard was usable for my dogs. Would strongly recommend this company to friends and family.
