I called Device Child 2 yrs ago and asked Warren if he had a new or almost new IPhone for sale.Warren took my cell # & told me that he would call back if he did. Warren called back right away and said that he had an 11 pro max. It was barely used.I went in and bought my phone from Warren….almost new, and at a discountI was scared that there may be something wrong with the phone, and that if be out a lot of $. I had no guarantee from apple. The guarantee was from Warren.Two yrs later…..I have not had one problem with my phone. I love it. He is a younger business owner, but he is honest and good at what he does. Thanks Warren!

I brought in my iPad since a part of the charger had broken off in the charging port & I was unable to get it out. It only took him a couple of minutes to remove & he didnt charge me for the visit. Definitely 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Warren went above and beyond to fix my phone. He was not only professional and his prices were reasonable. Hopefully I dont break another phone but if I do, he will be the only that I trust my phone to! He is a super star!

Family run business that does a great job. Lowest prices in town but with the service and expertise they offer, I would still go if they were the highest priced in town. They give realistic timeframes for repairs and I have never been disappointed.

As an online seller, I was harassed and called inappropriate names and even told to shut down my website due to their patience and inability to read. If they treat people this way, I doubt they care about their customers. Id think about the way they treat their suppliers before going here for repairs. They might just call you a f**ker too.

Warren has been amazing to work with. We have a retail store in Billings and he went above and beyond to get our computer system back up and running quickly, even putting in extra hours over the weekend and after store hours so we didnt inconvenience our customers. Thank you!!!

Does terrific work! Ive gotten a few screen protectors here that are good quality and the cheapest in town. Had my Note 8 screen replaced for less than anyone else would quote. Work is fast and flawless. Highly recommend for electronic repair

Watch out for a guy named Chris. Unprofessional, mentally unstable. Yells at you when you tell him hes made a mistake. Taking my business elsewhere.

If you broke it, its electronic and you need it fixed yesterday, Device Child is where you need to be. As one of the few truly independent repair shops left, Warren and company obsess on customer service and making sure the job is done correctly the first time.Most of the time choosing local means paying more, but Device Child is definitely the exception. Fair prices, speedy turnaround and absolulute professionalism make it a good experience, the fact that they will remember your name a year later is what makes them great.

As a fellow technician in the phone technologies and repair business for the past 4 years . I have seen the quality of work and expertise Warren and his crew express in every repair. I myself have done secondary repair on devices he has previously repaired ( screens broken again or other issues not previously repaired). I can easily say that Device child can and will repair your device correctly, the first time, at the lowest possible cost to the customer.

Had screen replaced was the wrong screen and when the right screen came in it was broke now wont even respond after he told me he would check supplier not very happy. Got screen in finally, but now were waiting on a power button.

Replaced a screen on a used iPad...BY FAR, best price and customer service in town. Plus 1 year warranty, liquid screen protector AND tempered glass protector...was a no-brainer..the other businesses didnt make an effort like that! Owner very responsive and personable! :)

Great service, knowledgeable and professional staff.It feels good to support and be able to reccomend a local business with zero reservation. I even have sent my grandmother there because I know that she wont get taken advantage of and sold a bunch of services she doesnt need.Warren (the owner) is a straight shooter. If he cant fix it, or if it isnt worth fixing due to the cost of parts (TVs come to mind), he will tell a person immediately.Also, the pricing is the best I have found and he uses OEM or equivalent parts always. Lots of shops use cheap 2nd quality screens and there is a huge difference in picture and color quality from the one that came in the device originally. Not so with device child!They repair everything from Cell phones, computers, tablets and stereos.

Completely impressed. We broke the cord off inside our computer and two people recommended his business to me to have him fix it. He did a great job, was fast, and had a great price. Sounds like he can repair a wide variety of items including phones and computers. Ill return again if we have another problem. I also had a friend say his prices for used phones were great, and I did witness an iphone for sale there for $100. I cant attest to anything beyond my own computer but Id go back again if I have a phone or computer in need of repair!

I found out about Warren and his Crew about a year and a half ago. He helped fix my grand daughters phone, while talking to him realized he fixed computers.I brought my computer in to him on a second visit, he took 2 days to clean it up and get it working in top condition (charged me $60). While he was at it, he helped show me the ropes of my new computer, and even guided me while I opened my facebook account at his counter!Because of him I am now able to create my own accounts and here I just started my new google account, and I decided I would give him a review as my first of many to come!!You will not go wrong seeking Device Childs knowledge and expertise in your broken stuff.

Owner goes online and complains if you dont give him the price he wants for your items for sale. Then has some of his friends come help him say nasty things hoping to bully people people into giving him stuff for cheap? Not a great practice as a business owner.
