Good store, decent selection. Really heavy on white label Cinch jeans, a few in green label. Ariat jeans seemed heavy on slim fit and straight leg options, but also had a good selection of low rise boot cut (M4) options. Lots of boots as you would expect, a lot of womens western fashion, and womens FR jeans if you can believe it. It seems to be a relatively healthy mix of function, fashion, mens, womens, and childrens. The girls working there were nice and knew what was going on. They also gave me the vibe that they actually wanted to help us, not do the bare minimum to get a paycheck and go home. You see that a lot these days, but not here. Good experience.

First time shopper at this store. Was greeted promptly and courteously. Not knowing the work boots that were available the young man who helped me showed me several options and the advantages of each boot. He made recommendations based on his experience and those who shopped there frequently. I chose a middle priced pair and after wearing them a week everyday on concrete I am very happy with my purchase. I wished I remembered the guys name who waited on me but he was a Marine Corp vet. Would recommend him and the store.

Great store- Emily literally showed me the best insulated boots they had and they fit perfectly. In addition, she even gave me some advice on properly preserving my boots. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

I found some items I liked, but.... they dont he a lot of selection in my size, which is a wide size, which is very common for my size of foot. Seems like most of the items they sell are made in China and I wonder why anyone would by Western wear that was made in China? Seriously? Things were priced a little on the high side, and they work on commission sales, so there was a bit of slight pushing and pressure to buy this or that. I found a very nice shirt, but otherwise wasnt really impressed.

Excellent staff, the girls helped me find a few Xmas presents. Super friendly, awesome selections of everything. (Boots- clothes- jewelry). Out of the way location, but semi easy to find.

Called and they had the vest I wanted. I asked them to hold it and they were happy to do so. When I arrived I wasnt happy with the cmvest after all and they were more then happy to help me pick out a new one. Very happy and will go back time and time again!

This was my first time spending good money on boots i felt they were helpful and not pushing at all I 100 recommend people going there again

Traveled to Billings today just to purchase a pair of mens boots from Boot Barn. Knew the exact pair we were after and knew that we were going to get a better deal here than in North Dakota. We walked in the unlocked door at exactly 8:58 on this Wednesday morning and were immediately stopped by the female employee behind the counter who informed us that they were not yet open. As we walked away I looked at the time on my phone vs. their opening hour (9am) and was instantly displeased.. as was my honey, who decided right then and there, that we would never return to this establishment. We are currently on our way to conduct our business elsewhere.

The gal who helped me was awesome, but come to find out they dont carry very many plus sizes in store. Heard that the central manager said it was degrading. What is degrading is not having clothes in my size that are cute and fashionable.

Aboustley TERRIBLE SERIVCE!!!!!!!! I went in and a gal named Sarah “helped” me out and she was beyond rude. I asked her multiple times where things were... (I hardly ever shop here).... and she ignored me MULTIPLE times. I proceeded to get closer and ask her one more time. She raised her voice at me and told me “ITS OVER THERE”. There was a lot more to this store as well, but due to the fact this lady could possibly lose her job because of things that were said to me personally, I will not disclose that online. This Sarah girl did NOT care about customer service in the slightest. I really hope after this post and the many other posts about Sarah, Boot Barn would get a grip on this lady and either show her some customer service or fire her. You guys are going to lose so many customers just because of this lady alone.

Boot Barn does customer service like no other - professional, prompt, & friendly. Ill definitely visit them again.

Staff was friendly I suppose, however the prices vary greatly from what they quote online and what this store has their footwear listed. I asked about this and they said they would price match as long as the online price and the in store price are within $10. The problem is the store prices are $50-$60 more than what they are listed online. And when I asked her about a particular pair of Ariat boots. That were listed for $124 online, and $199 in the store. She said that they were somehow different boots. But of course they are identical in appearance, name etc. And of course she wouldnt honor the cheaper price. Right then I looked up the SKU number a, and what do you know. They were the same boots.. Really dissapointed..
