I go to every store in Billings looking for boots and always end up buying from bighorn. Great people and great selection of not only boots but workwear and Wyoming traders. Fair prices. I’ve bought many pairs of boots and other items here on many occasions and have yet to have a bad experience.

Very unprofessional!!! I called to ask a question about a pair of boots and THE MANAGER (she said she was) asked what do you need in a very rude voice!!! I do not recommend this place!! My husband stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help him and the employees just kept walking by when he asked a question! You lost our business and wanting to buy a $400 pair of shoes!

Big Horn Boots is a hidden treasure in Billings for FR clothing, workwear, western clothing, and of course, boots. From western to steel toes with many choices in between. Prices are very reasonable, with many choices in all price ranges. Excellent customer service to boot! So, Im telling you this as a favor, but keep it to yourself, okay...

Every time I visit Billings I just have to visit, which is every 4 years or so. Same helpful staff and goods at comparable prices to the big outlets and so friendly. So many products in here hard to leave without buying so much, no pressure sales.

This place was amazing. My husband needed a new pair of work boots. The gal working (wish i knew her name) was so friendly. She knew all the product and was honest with my husband as to what boot was gonna last or not last. I made small talk with her while my husband shopped. She told him to take his time even tho they were closing in ten mins. She ended up letting us stay a couple mins after closing even so i could change my 2 boys diapers since we were 2 hours away from home. The owner was super friendly as well. We will go back for work boots when needed!

Ive been buying boots, boot care items, Kevlar boot laces ( they last a good while and they dont catch on fire when walking through one), gloves ect. since 1991 from Big Horn Boots. Theres a brand and type of boot I really like that they sell there. Well I was working very remotely up at 10,000 and my pair was wearing out. So I ordered a pair when I got down to some cell service. Had them box them up and ship them to a little town in Colorado that was close to the job I was on. Sure no problem we can do that. Well they showed up and I had happy feet once again. This is the kinda folks these guys are. Ive never had to wait for help. They will fit a boot to your foot and it will be right. They are very knowledgeable, and helpful. Truth is its rare that I do much serious boot shopping anywhere else. Dont get me wrong I have and do from time to time I must. Never do I get the care that I have come to expect. So when its a new fit in a different boot I make certain I make Big Horn Boots my stop. Today I bought a high quality wool vest there for a reasonable price. They sell F.R.s, pants, working clothes, safety gear, socks, hats, and gloves. Stop in, get treated like a king, buy a pair of boots that actually fit, and smile when your wallet isnt as light as it should be when you walk out.
