Bought a barrel saddle here and Dave was absolutely wonderful came out to the ranch and fit it to my horse! Made sure the fit was perfect to me and my horse!! It was a perfect experience I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for the perfect saddle! I love my new saddle. The fit and look is exactly what I wanted and Dave was so much to work with!!!

About a year ago me and my mother decided to try the Oregon trail; which brings us to Billings and Connolys western wear and tack. I admit when I walked in I didnt know a good cowboy hat costed as much as it did and again I admit to being a bit flummoxed. This store has THE BEST EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER TALKED TO IN ANY STORE EVER. She immediately saw I was over my head and to me a hat was a hat. Seriously this kind cowgirl spent at least 2 HOURS telling me the ins and outs of hats. Why some were priced how they were and led me to uh something in my price range. Was honest but VERY KIND about different shapes of heads and which shape looks best with what kind of rise as well as curve. THAN was nice enough to size the hat custom to me. Offer me different bands.... This is not a complaint but for about a year I have been looking for this store for hours to give it this 5 star review (PUT THE NAME OF YOUR STORE SOMEWHERE ON THE HAT, YOU HAVE A SPECIAL ATMOSPHERE.). When I walked in that store I was treated like Willie Nelson even though she saw the way I flinched at the prices originally. She also helped my mom for about another hour picking out a pair of Tony Lama boots that had been refurbished. I could go on forever...
