I was greeted at the door by Mark Townsend. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the inventory at Keating Furniture and Mattress. I was interested in buying a recliner and a couch. He listened to what I was thinking of and really tried to connect me with the right product. I’m very excited for my new furniture to come. I would shop here again.

The sales lady that helped me answered my questions, was not a pressure sales person, but knowledgeable about power chair features. We agreed to a price and she gave me a realistic time frame for shipping and delivery that would work for both of us. I would give her and Keating Furniture 5 stars but I haven’t received power chair yet.

The people that work at this store are all so wonderful. Ryan was so helpful at helping me find the perfect recliner for me! No pushing, no making me feel rushed towards a purchase. The store is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Stewart provided just the kind of service I look for from any business. He was helpful but not pushy. When we told him what we were looking for he pointed us on the right direction, then stood back and let us browse. When we had a question he was quick to respond, then left us to keep looking. When he saw us trying to compare the color of two items that were no where near each other he snatched up the end table and carried it to the other piece so we could see them in the same light and side by side. Others could take lessons. Later when we called the store after returning home to do some measurementsStewart was off work so Steve helped us and he was of the same cut, very helpful and pleasant.

A couple of weeks ago I was in the Keating store and ended up purchasing 2 lazy boy recliner chairs. After getting them home realized they werent the color I had chosen. I called and visited with Travis. I havent had this great of customer service in a very long time. He and Shamai were so.helpful in making sure I get what I want while making me feel comfortable sending chairs back. Mark was also very helpful. I would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone who wants GREAT customer service to visit this store.

Nice store work a good selection of furniture. Mark was a good salesman, available to answer questions or make suggestions, but he didnt hover. I described what we were looking for, which was not in stock, she immediately knew which manufacturer made what we wanted. She wrote up a custom order and our chairs should be ready in 8 weeks. I was impressed with the large and varied selection of furniture in inventory in the store. We will be return customers.

My wife and I were shopping for a coffee table and end tables and we found a line that we liked in a competitors store but decided to check Keating Furniture to see what they had. They had the same pieces of this furniture in their store but it was priced a little more expensively. Mark was the salesperson who was very good at meeting our needs and took an interest in what we were shopping for. When we pointed out the price difference in the pieces that we liked, he not only price matched the competitors price, but he discounted them a little more. Keating has a nice store with quality furniture and in our case, Mark worked diligently to meet our needs and our budget.

We were greeted with a friendly hello, then left to browse a bit with no pressure. Mark stepped in when we had questions and offered very helpful tips and suggestions. He had solid answers to our questions and patiently guided us through our decision making process. He was always available but by no means hovering. All in all a very delightful buying experience. When I walked in they have a sales person to greet you. My first thought was I just want to look with someone looking over my shoulder. Mark let me walk in, I said I just wanted to look for an off white couch. He said most of our stuff is customizable. I walked in sat a few places he approached me at the perfect time gave me the perfect amount of help but let me walk around I NEVER had to look for him but he also wasn’t under my feet bothering me. Wonderful service! I told her I was looking for a recliner and she showed me what they had. I needed it ASAP as I have knee surgery in a few days. I asked if they had delivery and they did. I found the one that I wanted and we went to set up the delivery. The trucks were all full but one of the other salesman said he could handle it in his personal truck and it was delivered to me within the hour! WOREST EXPERIENCE buying from this store! Picked out dining room set from show room. Said they had in stock except for chairs. So we took chairs from showroom. Table was in stock in warehouse in Billings they said. This was Friday. Would be back to pickup dining set on following Monday. Arrived on Monday, they said table and chairs would have to be ordered as error in inventory in Billings. NO Phone call prior to showing up. Drove 90 miles for nothing. Said it should arrive in a week. I called them a week later, and they said truck broke down and would be another week. Again, no phone calls! A week later, I finally received a call that my furniture was available for pickup. She had NO notes that the manager approved free delivery and setup for their foul ups. Finally will receive dining set this Tuesday, almost a MONTH LATER!I could go into more detail about no manager call, no follow up, but you get the point!!!
