Very wide selection of QUALITY DISCOUNTED furniture. Not super high-end stuff, but also not cheaply made, or put-it-together-yourself stuff either. Also a very helpful, flexible staff and very reasonable delivery & setup fees ($137 for 2 separate deliveries/setups for me, compared to Furniture Rows $250 each time!). They also have a vast selection of recliners, at least double any other store I shopped and I shopped several.I didnt shop beds, but they had a TON to choose from, again probably double the selection of any other store I visited.

The salesman, Trent, was very friendly and helpful. Slumberland has a great selection of recliners although we were very specific about what we wanted. Fortunately, they had the brand and style we were looking for on the floor for my husband to sit on. On top of that, the color we wanted is in their warehouse so we can have the recliner delivered in less than a month!

We were referred to Brandy at Slumberland by our sales person Joey in the first store we looked at lift chairs for my Dad at. There options were too big for him. He couldnt have given us better advice, as she was very patient and spent a lot of time explaining many things to my aging parents! She was exceptional. We had purchased this Sleep Inc 8” memory foam mattress 7 days ago. But because of my work schedule I did not get a chance to open it up until now! I called slumberland to see if we could return it and they said it was past the 5 day cutoff and even if we where in the 5 day cutoff they would only give us in store credit. I’m very disappointed. So, we got home and opened the box. The mattress was inside a heavy plastic bag then tightly shrink wrapped to fit in the box. We didn’t take it out of the plastic until it was inside and when we laid it out on the bed frame we seen that it was dirty! We did get ahold of the manager and there was some miss communication the first call around. But we called again resolved the issue of the mattress.

The mission statement of slumberland is To improve the life of each customer. One of the core Values Slumberland promotes is to treat one another with love, dignity and respectOn April 2nd, I place an order and paid up front for said items. When I ordered Dennis said they should be in around the first week of May, which is perfect because I have family coming in in June. I received multiple messages after saying that they are experiencing delays but that my order would be in by June. I received another phone call from Sarah saying that, unfortunately the bench has been delayed until August. The chairs came in this past week (end of May) and I went to pick them. I asked if I could purchase the bench, due to limited space additional chairs would not fit. Sarah offered a few alternatives, but I could not pay even more money for the alternatives. So we left disappointed.When we got back home (which is a good distance from Billings) my husband started to put the chairs together and in one of the boxes all 4 legs were labeled right and so now I am down a bench (which seats 3 or 4) and a chair.I am beyond disappointed. I feel like the Mission statement of improving the life of each customer is absolute BS.

The sales member was very helpful when I went in knowing the of sofa I wanted but wasnt sure about the extended wait for delivery. She showed me other options in the price range and was very knowledgeable about the differences between them. I was never pressured or pushed toward a dramatically higher price range. She was very patient as I consulted my wife regarding the best choice and in the end, made the decision to stick with the original model and accept the delay. Extremely professional especially given the oddity of shopping during the pandemic. All options for delivery and damage protection were explained but left to my discretion. A very pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a sofa online at first then received a call from Slumberland notifying me that my order wouldnt be in for about 5 to 6 weeks! They offered to have us come into the store to find a piece that we liked that didnt have as long of shipping. So we were able go to Slumberland and take a look, and they managed to get us into something better than what we had found online for very close to the same price! They were also able to take the payment I had already made online and apply it to the instore purchase we found. Way to go Slumberland! I wont hesitate to come back for any furniture needs!

Not too happy when they told us they made the decision to order the more expensive base without our consent that we decided against because “it was about the same price.” The only reason I was told was because I noticed the remote was different from the one they had told me I bought on the day of the sale. They then proceeded to tell us the Memorial Day discount wasn’t applied and took off the extra expense of the higher end base as a cover up. I only know this because on my original receipt the discount was already applied. We ended up getting the higher end base for the price of the cheaper one, but I find it really annoying that they tried to screw us over because of our age and lack of experience.Edited to add response to reply:I don’t think you understand what I’m trying to say. The day we bought the base we had agreed on the less expensive base. The salesperson put on our receipt the most expensive one (the one ordered) and told us that it was the less expensive one. The only reason I noticed a difference when we went to pick it up was because the remote was way fancier than the one I was shown how to use the day we bought the bed and base. When I mentioned it, the salesperson said “it was about the same price.” And there was an applied discount of $484.50 on the original receipt. We were told that was the Memorial Day sale discount. Maybe it wasn’t added in your system but I have physical proof on the original receipt. The second receipt we were given on the day we picked it up showed another $500 taken off after I had mentioned something about it and I can only assume it was the price difference in bases taken off.

She took our needs and our sleeping patterns into consideration and found us the perfect mattress (and pillows!).She’s very knowledgeable and I really recommend her if you’re looking to replace your bed, or if you’re having sleeping problems.In addition to her ability to find the right product, she’s also really personable and easy to talk to. Buying a mattress is a fairly personal endeavor, and it helps when you don’t have a super rigid salesperson walking you through the process.Personnel aside, Slumberland was a great place to shop. They have a wide variety of mattress styles and brands to choose from, and they offer discounts and sales often. I wasn’t shopping for other kinds of furniture, but in the future I’ll probably come here to do that.
