Staff was helpful ...when my wife went to cash in her perks they could not look up her membership ...so we called customer service in which you get an automated voice mail that says please send us an email...so you will not get immediate results ...the floor staff was very helpful

The store is great, huge selection. Prices are a little high on some things.The biggest issue I had was Melissa the cashier. She never told me the total when ringing me up and just stood there, when I asked the total she got an attitude and spout it off. Then she just put my stuff to the side after I paid. I had fragile items and asked if she could wrap them. She huffed and grabbed the paper and shoved them in a bag. Absolute horrid customer service from her.

My first time visit I could have spent hours in this store! Instead I put together a gift basket and got everything. It didnt even cost as much as I thought it would.

Its clean, well organized, not a lot of staff, but friendly staff! Also, was able to enjoy shopping without wearing a mask. Loved it!

Fun stuff to look at. Bought an ottoman with storage built in. Just remember to look at your purchase at all angles first, they have a habit of stocking damaged, sometimes blatantly, goods.

There were a lot of empty shelves. We were there just to look, to see what they are all about. Looks like they have a good inventory of out door chair pads.

I bought a faulty laundry basket that I guess was only for decoration, it started coming apart after 2 weeks. When I went to return it, I was told I had to call the corporation because they wouldnt resale a broken product. All returns have to be in the original condition, thats a horrible return policy.

Was there to get ideas for our home. Loved the atmosphere. Great prices for items as well. May go here for all my picture frame needs.
