My wife an I had an amazing experience today at the Billings store. Gary, gave a perfect product presentation, no pressure, no overselling, and allowed us to leave to think about it. We left to run some errands and upon returning Brandon jumped into to help until Gary returned.The process was amazing, along with everyone we encountered.Gary, thank you for your service in Afghanistan, and in the store!

Gary was very professional, nice, informative. I t like that he took the time to answer all our questions. I like the we got to try all the beds not just one. I also liked the number of pillows that they had to select from. We are still deciding which bed to get. We will be getting our next bed here. Thank you Gary for the great experience.

Best customer service I have ever had. Gary was so knowledgeable about the beds and answered all my questions. He also helped me get a new pillow. After a week figured out it was not the right fit for me. Gary returned it with no problem and I have a perfect one now. Jayne is also amazing so helpful with my questions.

The Billings store personnel was great. She was very informative, helpful, and patient while we made the decision to purchase a sleep number bed. We havent gotten our bed yet but we are so excited for it to come.

Brandon was very helpful and great to work with. He knew his products and was not pushy in any way. It was great that he said even the less expensive beds are high quality he didnt push us into a higher priced bed. We were able to try out all of the different beds to make an informed decision. Highly recommend! Cant wait to receive our new bed.

Wow what an experience, most mattress stores have you lay on numerous brands tell all the great things that never work when you have it at your home. No pressure but they tell you what that product can and will do and have sometime to try all the offerings. Staff was outstanding and patient to ensure the product was fitted to you,

I walked in, wanting to buy, again, the same pillow I purchased in Bellevue, Washington, probably 8 or so years ago. The clerk patiently looked up my name, cross referenced i . And I walked out with the exact same pillow. I couldnt have been happier.

Some of our friends had told us to try a sleep number out because my husband and I cant agree and the firmness of our mmattress. Erin took really good care of us letting us try out the different kinds of beds and giving us a great experience. They gave us all the information we needed to make a choice on which one we would go with!

This place is just outstanding. Theyre phenomenally helpful and respectful. This gal there Jayne, gos so far above and beyond to help folks that come in. She really is an impressive professional. Now fortunately, I dont know how I got on before my sleep number bed. SOOO Worth it. Should have gotten it years ago. . Thanks sleep number. Oh, but do watch out for their parking lot, its a bit cramped, and a bit of a pain in the arse. But thats non coinciquental. How this helps.
