We really appreciate a salesperson who gives us the room to make a decision and he did. Chuck also went above and beyond by getting me more on a trade in for my old vehicle than what i had asked for. This was so easy! I hate dealerships with the fire of a 1000 suns but this was a cake walk. No pressure, no drama, no issues. Mike was very outgoing and very helpful. I did not feel pressured like most used car dealerships make me feel. Jay was also very professional and did not pressure me into anything. I bought a 2008 Hummer, test drove for quite awhile which was nice. I never put it in 4wd to make sure it worked, I went home and tried to put it in 4wd but it wouldnt transfer. I called and talked to Jay and he said well you bought a 4wd truck so you have to have the 4wd working. I made an appointment at Point S where I live to look at it and Jay will cover the cost to fix it which is awesome and the right thing to do. Jay also fast shipped me a door handle that was broke and a power steering cap that was missing.I get that Im buying a used truck so its not gonna be perfect but both Mike and Jay were were complete professionals and down to earth. I will come back and give Car Factory a 5 star review when the 4wd is fixed. Jay also gave me a very fair amount on my trade in as well. Clowns! Will not even let you test drive without a pending sale. When someone walks in with $15k cash you let them drive the car. They were not friendly at all. It took a lot not to tell the guy off. Go somewhere elseUPDATE:Went to another lot and found a great car. This dealer allowed me to take the car for a few hours to look it over. I bought the car. This vehicle was $5k more than the one I was interested in at car factory.

Excellent service & buying experience. Went to see a different vehicle but Chuck got my wife in the Tahoe she REALLY wanted. He got a loan thru a local credit union at an incredible rate. They practiced Covid safety measures by completing application outside in shaded are. We are very pleased with this dealership & would highly recommend.

There’s a salesman named Chuck, he misleads customers. Mentions that he’ll meet them, you make plans and he then pushes you towards the website to apply first. Keep in mind he doesn’t know my credit score, doesn’t know what I’m trading in, or how much money I have down. Terrible customer service skills, I wish I could share the screen shots of the messages. Chuck is not a sales man, he’s losing their company business.

Last month my husband and I got a Dodge journey from here. 150 miles later the transmission went out. We return the car lot with the journey and Jimmy was great. He offered us another vehicle or gave us the option to get our original vehicle back. The vehicle that was a option for us was another journey but the lot had only received it that morning. We gave is some thought. Being that they only received the vehicle that morning they hadnt had any time to look it over for and potentially problems. The windshield was cracked and it needed to be cleaned. So in the end we got out original vehicle back. The staff was very considerate and nice.

It is great place to purchase your next preowned car or truck. The folks are the best I wont ever buy fro. Anyone else.

Dru my sales manager, was great. He wasnt pushy and just made me very comfortable and when I asked to run the numbers he did. Even then he worked with me and never pushed to sale me the truck I came home with. The test drive was great, never pushed to get back and let me get the feel for the 2010 F150 I came home with. Sales personnel trickory and DO NOT give them the keys or fob to ( Supposed) to drive your vehicle for quality purposes.. they WILL NOT let you ride along... I know X workers they told me they get a few miles out with your vehicle and Really Put the foot to it.

The people were great but if you dont have credit you wont get a chance on driving a vehicle off there lot. Unless you have a co-signer with also great credit.

They sold a 40s plymouth four door (supposedly all redone) to my friend, a 70 year old 100 percent disabled veteran. He just wanted an old car to toodle around in. The engine blew after three weeks. They told him it was a 340, when in fact it turned out to be a high mileage late 70s 318. A new engine and many problems later he still hasnt been able to drive it. The car was doctored up just so it would run and the body work was done to make it look better than it was (lots of bondo). Theyre the types that give bad car dealers an even worse reputaion.
