I needed a couple keys programmed for my 2016 Sea Doo Wake Pro.I prepared myself for a 2 week wait for an appointment but when i called Elevated power sport, Lucas informed me there was no wait for an appointment and I could just drive up with the Sea Doo in tow and they would program the keys on the spot. Not only did they do exactly what they said, they also did fit or less than i though it would of cost. Great shop! I had to bring my Spyder over on a Saturday from Helena for service. They were very accommodating, even though their service department was closed. Left my Spyder there for a week and needed to pick it up on a Sunday. Lucas from the Service Department came into the shop, even though they were closed so, that I could pick it up on Sunday. Lucas communicated with me several times that week regarding what I was needing done. Great communication. I was very happy and impressed by the whole experience. Before this, I was considering taking my machine to Spokane for service but, now I will continue taking it to Elevated Powersports! 5 Stars!

Bought a special order item from them (Marlon 1605 ATV pull behind trailer) and couldnt pick it up for a while and they were great about it. Although I didnt buy anything, the service was outstanding! My son and I came in looking at kids ATV helmets and was immediately met at the door. I didnt catch the salesmans name, but he was extremely helpful and patient with my picky son. We had a great experience while in there. The other ATV dealerships in Billings could learn a lot about customer service from these guys.

Wish I could give this team more stars as they ALL deserve it!! We were in town from Oregon to do a week worth of riding and our Can-Am 570 went down. We took it down to the shop and they never once hesitated to take time out of their schedule to pull the codes and diagnose the problem for us. The time they spent trying to locate the part needed to get us back on the trails was impressive! With our timeline and location of the part we couldnt get it fixed in time...so they gladly offered us to use their demo model so we wouldnt miss out on our last ride! Hands down one hell of a stand up company and staff!!! Thank you for all you did for us!!

Purchased a Husky from them this week. Sales and Service very friendly, helpful, and customer service minded. They were able to get me out fairly quickly. Could use a little more selection of clothing and accessories.

The staff were so patient with me when I went in constantly to ask and ask questions about purchasing a spark, mostly Alan! I bought it and am more than happy I did, no regerts! No high pressure sales they truly just want to help you recreate (extreme!). They have me for life (lucky them).

Allen, Alex and Brett were great to work with. Allen and Alex helped us with the purchase of our new quads. Brett did the walk through on the mechanical end, explaining in detail break in period, oil changes and general questions.

Went in for riding coat and pants. they had what I wanted and lots of size. You need snow gear stop in easy to get in and out of.
