What great Customer Service! They had all our paperwork ready to go! They went over all the controls, helped me load it up, and got us in an our in 45 minutes! Highly recommend! They even gave our whole family really nice Yellowstone Polaris hats! Great service from everyone up front, to Melissa in the office with the paperwork!

Contacted service 2/2/21, made an appt 2/16/21 to drop off my polaris for upper door installation. Polaris was dropped off, informed they were a little behind.It is now 3/8/2021 and it is STILL NOT DONE. I have called several times. Last two calls, one placed 3/4/2021and 3/8/2021, for status and updates, and each time I get the typical he is pulling it in todayI will take my business elsewhere at this point, esp if they cant abide by appts to some degree.

Received notice from Polaris of a safety recall. Called dealer for appointment. They said they were not accepting appointments because their service dept was so backed up with work. They advise bringing UTV into dealership and leaving it for an unknown amount time weeks or months?? Recall notice advised not operating the UTV until repair is made and owner can not make the recall repair. This is not acceptable. I bought this UTV specifically to plow snow in winter. Polaris should offer other remedies to this recall in this region other than dealer. Perhaps approved independent repair facilities of other UTV products.

Dropped my atv off for service and diagnosis with a 6 week wait which was frustrating but acceptable with no immediate need for it. 6 weeks pass and I hear nothing from them. I call and am told they will get to it the following week. Hear nothing from them the following week so I call and receive the same answer as the previous week. On the eighth week I had not heard from them so I reach out once again and am told the atv is in the shop and to await for a call that same afternoon for an official diagnosis. Did not hear from them so I call them that evening with a response of my atv is in the shop for diagnosis first thing in the morning and to wait for a call. I did not hear from them the next morning so I go check in person only to see my atv untouched still sitting outside. After being lied to twice of my atv being in the shop waiting diagnosis the following day I am told it will get in the shop that afternoon and to await a phone call. I receive no call and make a visit that evening before close to see it still sitting outside. I picked it up and will bring it to elevated power sports. Roy with service lied to me 3 times in a 24 hour period and held it there for almost 9 weeks. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not waste your time with Yellowstone Polaris!

Ive been to this place twice in 2 years looking at kids ATV helmets and was ignored both times. Its pretty sad when you walk in and employees are to damn busy talking with each other and wont even acknowledge you after even after making eye contact. Its good to see that some things never change with Yellowstone Polaris.

I had a 2017 Polaris general that I put a full cab on and a heater I never thought anything about it the vents didn’t blow all the air. So then I bought a 2019 Polaris ranger put a full cab on it with heater did the same thing did not blow air out of all the vents so I was in my friends and his vents all blew air so I took it to a different Dealer to have service and I had them look at why the air was not blowing out of all the vents turns out all the hoses were not hooked up. I do not recommend their service department at all also had my unit service there said it would be a couple weeks it sat there over a month.

On August 05, 2019 I dropped off my atv to be repaired. I was told to expect it to take 2 weeks to get done. I was good with that, then more then a month later I never heard anything from them. So on September 08, 2019 I went by the dealer to see what progress had been made. And I was told that it hadnt even been started on, and that the tech who is going to be working on it went on vacation. 🤬 So I picked up my atv and took it elsewhere to be repaired and had it back within a week. I dont recommend this place to anyone. I have two Polaris ATVs and because of their service Im now looking into switching brands. Thanks Yellowstone Polaris for nothing !!!

They over charge buy 200% This will be the next business to go out because you can buy the parts on line and have them in two days for 34 dollars and they want 112.99 dollars for the same part. thank god I dont own a Polaris.

Was very happy with Robert and Chad in sales and Roy in service was also very nice and helpful. My frustration is with the new Polaris General Deluxe UTV I purchased. The unit has an oil leak that came from the factory that way. The engine cases were not completely sealed, which is the cause of the leak. The other problem is a noise in the clutch. I was told it might be my fault, that I burned a belt. I worked in R&D for a major UTV manufacturer for 6 years and know the precautions you need to follow not to burn a belt on flat ground in just 69 miles. I hope these problems get resolved in a timely manner. It kind of takes the fun and excitement out of having a new UTV.

Called and asked for service, talked to a Brenen in Service and explained to him that I was in a bike trip from Canada and I noticed a small leak in my front brake today and asked if he could have a quick look at it to see if I should be concerned. His response to me was that he couldnt as he was the only Tech in service and that he was busy and they were closing soon. Not very happy that a dealership of this size is more concerned about their wellbeing than a customer. I will never ride thru the city of Billings Montana again and definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever.

They will totally rip you off worst service Ive seen in any shop left bolts out on snowmobile suspension but charged twice as much as it should have been. I will never step foot in there again and will definitely let everyone I know about their service. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. I wish they had negative stars. Watch the bill they bill for work thats not done.

They do,not care,about existing or,potential customers.they will leave you waiting at the,service desk for,and hour.if you have no other choice,and,decide,to have maintenance or warranty work done.expect an unwashed machine and,for them to have no contact with you whatsoever.also they will take 6 months,to do a 3 week job.that is all.
