DO NOT use this location for UHaul services. They do not take the time to make sure that equipment is available for reservations, nor do they take responsibility for not having the correct equipment. I was sent on a wild goose chase looking for an Auto Transport that I had reserved a MONTH in advance. They do not care for their customers, and do not call back like they say they will. Im glad I have moved from the area so I have no reason to be using their services again. Im happy that I can be told by an employee multiple times that it was not their fault for the difficulties with the reservation, it totally made my situation better, NOT! This location needs to learn how to properly run a UHaul facility or remove it completely.
