We were returning home from Santa Fe when we encountered mechanical failure just outside of Big Springs TX. We were towed to this dealership for a quick repair to our vehicle. The service writer Amber was excellent and informative. They told us what was wrong with our vehicle and showed us the damage to the skid plate. While we were waiting for the repair to be completed we were browsing vehicles. Kasey saw us looking and we engaged in a friendly conversation. One thing led to the other and we ended trading our vehicle for a Ford Explorer. Carlos and Kasey stayed late that evening to complete our purchase. We couldnt be happier with our purchase but most of all we were so taken back with the BIG Texas friendly service we received. Great service does exist and it still can be found in small towns in Texas.
As a birthday 🎂 gift to herself Mom was looking to trade up her Ford escape from 2019 to 2020 when we went to Bog Spring Ford but she didnt even get close to what she wanted.... she got so much more! The service was great. Dale was a very nice gentleman that made it plain and simple to see he was all about making the customer happy 😊 and when is job was finished he passed mom off to Kimber (who just loves mom on account of she had already sold her a Ford in the past). It was Kimbers job to introduce mom to her Brand new 2021 Ford Explorer XLT!!! Mom is so adorably proud of her new baby!I only have one 😔....We werent able to get a big spring Ford accessories package yesterday....However we r supposed to go get it today....🤗😜😝🤪
The people there were very friendly and helpful. I brought my Tremor F250 there for an oil change. The only complaint is that the The tech left greasy hand prints all over my hood and scuffed the clear coat on the right side of the fender. It will buff out but they should be more careful and clean off their hand prints when they are done. Other than that it was quick and easy.
Never Again Am I Trying To Get A Vechical There..gave them all my info said they said they could help and i sent it all in i had to check on the status because i didnt here back and then said no they couldnt help then couple of days later they said they could to send my check stubs in and i did and never heard back..so very bad customer service..dont get people hopes up then o never talk to them again..never again will i try to go buy a vechical there..
When I walked inside this nice looking dealership it was nice at first site. But after the rude attitude from what I assume was a Manger (by the way he acted). He was short pretty chubby Mexican man. I just wanted to buy me and my son matching trucks for the football season. I dont recommend this place unless something changes with the management or just this angry little man leaves.
Most honest mechanic Ive seen. Saved me $300 they could have charged. By showing me door lock could be opened a different way even if door handle was broken in my clunker.
Adriana was a great sales lady. She made the whole process fun and easy. She answered the questions we had about the car we took interest in, showed us how everything work and was very patient with us during the whole deal. Barbra in the Service Center dept is with no doubt the best at customer service! Had an issue that sales allowed without my permission after purchase of a used vehicle but she made sure that the issue was resolved and fixed! Sales dept not so helpful after making a purchase!
My fiance and I are brand new buyers and we came to Big Spring Ford to see if there would be a possibility of getting a new car with even brand new credit, and with the help of Corey Potter, our salesperson, he worked to make it happen. He helped us find a car that fit our wants and needs then worked through the paperwork and into financing and made the process so easy. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership if you are wanting to buy a first car or even your second or third car, definitely make sure to check them out!
Thought about selling my truck but, was super lowballed. I take very good care of my vehicles and got a way better offer down the street. If you want to sell this is not the place to go.
Went in to talk about possibly trading in my vehicle, but the way the manager I assume was talking to his employees was a disgrace. I left without talking to a salesperson. I have always stood for morals, and when a manager treats their employees bad I choose to do business elsewhere. Get better management or forget business in this town.

Walked in their parts dept. to pick up a new reductant heater assembly for my f250. I have a background as a mechanic and worked many years at a Cadillac dealer, so I know a great deal about how things work in a dealership. I had already priced the part online both OEM ($295) and aftermarket ($150). The guy in the parts dept. didnt seem very interested to help but looked up my part and quoted me LIST price $490.91. Yes! LIST PRICE! anyone who knows anything, knows that you only pay LIST price at a 3rd party mechanic shop. When I told him that was too much and that I could get the exact OEM for less, the response was that I should jump on it at that price. These people are stuck up snobs and dont care if you spend your money there. Thats fine by me! I ordered it through Sunrise Ford in California for $295 and had it shipped for only $20. Big Spring Ford will NEVER receive my business!

I was wanting a truck without four wheel drive (which evidently makes it much harder to find around here!) and they finally found one for me with the options and color I was looking for. I was pleased with the price and how quickly they went to pick it up. I will probably buy from them again when its time for our next vehicle.
My grandfather broke his key to 2015 F-150. I bought him a brand new key and the lady said they were not going to cut it.because we did not buy the key from even.though its the same key and flob. Then the lady told him the machine cost $5000 and they wont cut it cause it was still.not.there key they issued to him as replacement. So obviously he was upset because he is trying to save money instead of spending $300 for a new from a dealership but has to find someone that can key it for.him..Luckily the Ford house in Stanton said they will do it for it him because that shoulda have been issue..My Vet grandfather said thanks but not in some kinds words.

I live in Oklahoma City and have been looking for a vehicle for my wife. I found a 2013 Ranger Rover via FB Marketplace, at Big Springs Ford. The photos looked great and it was exactly what I was looking for...or so I thought.After a few emails with someone, I talked to a salesman on the phone. When I asked him point blank if the vehicle had any damage, he said it was in good shape, but had normal wear and tear. I agreed to purchase and they arranged to have someone make the 5 hour trip to bring to me.As soon as it arrived, I took one look and was quickly reminded why used car salesmen have the reputation that they do. The $23,000 Range Rover was a busted piece of junk. Scratches, dents, faded paint all over. There was about 15% paint left on the grille and the right headlight lenses was completely ruined. The inside was just as bad. Glovebox handle was falling off. The glass cover for the speedometer was cracked. The console was falling apart and tint was bubbled up on the back window. The check engine light was on (which I was told about ahead of time), but by the sound of the engine, it became pretty obvious that it was worse that what I was lead to believe.I felt bad for the two gentlemen who made the 5 hour drive to OKC, but they assured me that they were getting paid either way. 😂I took pictures of the vehicle, so if you’re looking at the highly edited and misleading photos of it online, let me know and I’d be happy so send you photos of the broken down Range Rover that the guys at Big Springs Ford think is worth $23,000.
I went in for service on my 2018 Tansit van. Because of all the oil field work. They are 10 weeks out on appointment. You have to leave your vehicle there for the 10 week or you go back to the end of the line. They are a small town dealer overwhelmed by the oil boom. The parts department was very helpful with a door release latch I needed. They got it in the next day for a reasonable price. Im sure if I could get my vehicle in for service. They would do a good job.
Had no trouble at all tracking down the Ford Edge ST my wife and I were after. We got exactly what we wanted, with no compromise, at a price that was better than what we walked in expecting. Been great about their followups! Would definitely recommend !
My experience with the sales folks here have been either bad or mediocre at best. I actively wanted to buy local and support a local dealership, but they were unwilling to budge on any price. I understand holdbacks, rebates, and MSRP. I also understand that I went to another dealership and was able to make a deal.
Love this dealership! If they say they can get you in a vehicle they are telling you the truth! This has to be the only dealership that I have ever been to that actually tell you the truth! Anyways the staff here are friendly and so willing to work with you. Our cousin came in and bought a truck from them the next day after we bought ours and other members of our family may come to purchase vehicles through them as well.
A few weeks ago I tried to buy a truck here. I noted the sticker price and began talking to the salesman. Went for a test drive and went inside to talk numbers. Salesman priced it at the sticker price and would not budge off the price. He said that was the vehicle price. Never seen that before at any dealership. Went to another dealer and bought a truck

Read all these reviews, not just the first few. I dealt with Mr. Gary Howell and had my devotion to Ford thoroughly soured due to the whole situation. I went into that dealership with the intention of buying a brand new mid-sized ranger. I didnt need anything more, and didnt intend to spend more than $39k. His salesmanship was good enough that I bought in to the value proposition of a full size Lariat 150, 2018 at $49k. I saw a lot of the ploys at work, but what he offered me was a legitimately good deal for the options on this truck, and took my ENTIRE day that I took off from work to talk me into this truck. Had to come back the next day just to get started on the paperwork. Gave me the keys and everything, for what seemed like a done deal. Then, he drug through that entire business day putting off our appointment to call us back to the dealership 20 minutes from closing that Saturday to inform me that he COULDNT deliver on that price he promised me. The only recourse was that I pay $4,200 more than what he spent all day selling me on. I gave him the keys right back and am currently the happy owner of an ALL NEW 2019 Ram 1500 optioned out just as much as that year behind new 150 for $42k. Keep in mind he spent a good deal of time trying to save face about how he wasnt giving up on this sale, and his DM just wouldnt approve that price, and someone dropped the ball on that information. Told me hed call me back Monday with an update. Its Wednesday as of this review and I signed on this RAM yesterday with no such courtesy from Gary Howell. Anyway, read down these reviews, my situation doesnt seem too unique. Go to Star Dodge in town and do your business with Bonnie or Kasey there instead, unless you like liars who insult your intelligence.

HORRIBLE. Buying a vehicle they helped. As soon as you get the vehicle they will no longer help you. I have called dozens of times to get the code to my door and nothing . I ordered floor mats and still haven’t received them.While doing business a guy told us we couldn’t afford a certain vehicle so we need to look else where . I would have went somewhere else if I knew they would not help us after getting the commission
I called and spoke directly with the sales manager Joe and he beat the best price I had found on a 17 f-150 and gave me more than expected for my trade. Ive heard bad things about this place, but this is my 4th car to purchase and by far the easiest best experience Ive had any where else! I recommend to go straight to Joe and already have an idea on what you want to pay for the car by researching other dealerships. He will find a way to match it!
I bought a new truck from this dealership since then I haven’t been able to get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve tried 4 numbers from the website and nothing. Been unable to get my plates or the 5th wheel hitch that was promised and paid for at the time of purchase. Shameful

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and it broke down on me the very next day while traveling to San Antonio. I contacted the dealership and they refused to accept any responsibility for any repairs or towing. I was willing to go half on the repairs since the vehicle was used. After taking the vehicle to a Ford dealership in San Antonio they had informed me of several other problems the vehicle had. I contacted the used car manager at Big Spring who once again refused to accept any responsibility for selling me a lemon. Needless to say I will never go back to this dealership again. Silly me for thinking that I could trust the sales personnel at a dealership. Stuck with a lemon!

We purchased a used truck from big spring ford over a year ago and financed it through one of their lenders. Well when my husband went back to trade up they found him what he was looking for heres where my dislike comes in. They didnt finalize anything with the lender and gave my husband the truck... him under the impression it was all set. 4 Thousand down and papers signed, they call us wanting more money down on the truck two weeks later because we moved. They knew we were moving we purchased a home and updated our address with them. They demanded a grand more... with purchasing a new home a thousand dollars was out of the question. So they told us to return the truck for a refund of our down payment. They refunded under half of our down payment (took almost $2200) and claimed it was common business practices for driving the truck and putting miles on it. (Hmm thats why we bought it right? Work truck) I will NEVER buy from here again. Gary the sales manager was rude and disrespectful towards me when I started asking questions and saying I was going to check with my lawyer. The only reason I give them one star is because of Christine our sales person. She was absolutely wonderful towards us in this process her boss on the other hand needs work.
When I bought a used car from them I wrote down a list of things I want fixed that I found wrong they assured me they were but instead I had to go get them fixed myself for around $500.oo. Also when they gave me my car detail I had to go back and claim my jumper cables from them but my 2 CD disk were not to be found and my check for $2.98 was missing from my center console. I will never do any type of business with these people again! Nor refer them! I tried to keep my business local but not ever again. signed... David Stives
Worst experience of my 53 years and I have bought and traded over 50 vehicles so far in my lifetime. Rudest people Ive ever encountered. Talked to me Like I was a piece of trash. Belittling and degrading. Inefficient and unorganized. They need to figure out that they arent the only car dealership and they werent doing me a favor I was doing them one. Went to Midland instead and bought 2 vehicles from Rogers - never even walked into that dealership except to sign my papers 24hrs after I contacted them online with what I was needing and looking for. Stay away from this place. Theres a car on every corner - dime a dozen. Giving them a 1 star was even generous. Now I know why there was never anyone else in this dealership every time I drove back over there 😳OMG - I was just reading they young lady below Jennifer who was speaking about her husbands experience - they did the same to my son and I $5,000 down signed papers financed thru capital one 3wks later no contact from them no tags so I called the salesman Julian and to my surprise financing NOT done and wanted yet another $5,000 total of $10,000 which I gave then wanted even more information sent me a text that if I did not comply they would call police on me and report the vehicle stolen that I had signed finance papers on and had in my possession plus put $10,000 down - these people are a piece of work and total crooks

I recently (November 2016) went in to purchase a vehicle. Sales people attempted to sell me a used vehicle at a way higher price than a brand new one. Sales has not changed since new owner took over. Sales is horrible and try everything to rip people of there hard earned money.

I purchased a Ford F-150 last year since then this vehicle has given me more problems than a child and well I went to trade in they never told me it had been in an auto accident what a surprise also every time I would try and talk to Hondo he was on vacation,at lunch, or would never call us back not sure why there advertising is everywhere and why people trust them they really need to learn how to treat people not everyone gets to sit behind a desk some people have to work really hard for their money and to be taken advantage of is wrong I know you guys are trying to sale cars but be honest people
