It seems like the staff there is not just being mean to one specific customer, it’s all of us. We went in to buy a card holder and we did purchase it eventually because of the design and the history of Goyard. However, the staff is rude and threw the card holder at the desk. I know it’s COVID but you could have done it “nicely.” Also, the lady behind the cashier desk has the worst service ever and acts like somebody borrows money from her. Please DO NOT spend your money and time on the most horrible place. Walk away before you wait in line. To the staff there, you work there doesn’t mean you own Beverly Hills. Ciao!
My experience with this store was beyond Amazing, Everyone was super friendly and professional specially Sally she went above and beyond be sure to ask for her she was awesome and so helpful!! Thank you for the great experience and i will not be going to any other location but this!! Sally you Rock!!
I was some what hesitant to come to this store because of all the bad pervious review. I took a chance and came. Let me tell you. I was treated as royalty. Roger was extremely kind and acknowledgeable of the product. I couldnt decide on which purse to purchase so he helped me with that. I was unsure of the color and he showed me all of the color swashs to decide from. The young lady who rang up my purchase (sorry I forgot her name) was supper sweet. I would recommend this store as a great store to purchase your next Maison Goyard items.😄

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The store is not big, but when we walked in nobody greeted us or paid attention to answer any of our questions. While checking out, the salesperson had wrapped up the wrong bag and made it seem like it was our fault. There were also other customers in the store that were very upset about the service. The staff was incredibly rude. Will not be coming back to this location.
Absolutely the worst Goyard store and employees in the world. Love the brand. Hate the Los Angeles branch. Corporate needs to come and see for themselves. 0/10. Take your shopping elsewhere (even if it means flying to San Fran and NYC to buy Goyard)
Very bad experience! The salesperson didnt mention their refund policy to me at all on purpose when I booked the bag. Two days later, when I went to pick up my bag, I found another one was better. I was told that I couldnt exchange the one I prefered later unless I gave up my refund and accepted their so-called store credit even I never picked up the bag in the first place. Also, I was not feeling they were trying to satisfy customers with being cold and ego. Never come back again!PS: Remember they have a very STUPID refund policy! Never saw this before! They just print the policy on the very bottom of the small receipt.
They made a mistake on the charge, called me to drive back just to charge me more money. For a luxury brand this was completely unprofessional.
Hate to say this but this store has the WORST customer service ever. I wanted to make a purchase via phone and the sales associate isn’t very helpful and very demeaning. How can you tell your clients to just look it up online if they were gonna make big purchases.
Walked in on a Sunday afternoon at noon when they opened for the day and was greeted by a friendly staff that pointed me towards the item I was interested in. Jason was a pleasure to work with and Id highly recommend asking for him when you stop by. 10/10.

The worst customer service I ever had . I purchased this watch holder and never used it once . When I went to go use it the snaps that the watches snap into broke the very first time I used it . Then when I brought it back they want to tell me they need to send it in as a repair instead of exchanging it. Repair from goyard takes months to get returned back to you and that’s all they had to offer I spend 10’s of thousands of dollars a year with. Ridiculous policies. No longer giving them my service.
Terrible Customer Services. I waited in line forever and no one greet me. The service attitude in store is also terrible. Avoid this store if you can.

Worst customer service ever! I don’t know why these people act like if they own the product. I went to buy the Saint Louis PM. Anthony the sales rep nor the lady at POS did not mention to me that the plastics on the handles had to be on if I wanted to do an exchange. A week later I wasn’t happy with my purchase because the straps are not long enough to sit on my shoulders. I live in San Diego so I called the store and they told me I couldn’t exchange my purchase. Never buying from Rodeo. I will travel to a different goyard if I purchase another item.

I heard from my friends about the queue to enter to the store but I might get lucky. Entered the store right away. The store shows closing time at 6pm but it opened until later, which makes the shopping experience in the weekend more delightful.The store is very crowded but sales assistance still manage to greet you well. I asked one of the assistance to show me their card holder. I love the texture of the leather and bright colors of their products. And also love the premium of the brand. Totally should not miss out when you visit Rodeo Drive. No photos inside the store.
Great looking stylish woman bags/purses n wallets. Quality of products is outstanding n they fully stand behind there product. Had an issue with my purse n they resolved it. I loved the product will defenately go back
I was assisted by Jamison( sorry if that’s not how to spell your name) he was very nice, and helped me find the perfect luggage bags. The ambience of the store is very nice too, would definitely return.
While the products are incredible, the service at this location was not spectacular. I felt rushed to purchase even when there were no other customers in the store, and didnt feel particularly welcome even though I was actually purchasing and not simply window shopping. This is surprising for a low-volume, high margin business.
Always pick up some accessories when passing by, beautiful patterned canvas and classy colors, practical and long lasting. The service at this point is also very good, enjoyed shopping here every time.
Received bad service and the attitude from the slaesperson was so indifferent to us that we gave up the thought of buying anything. We are clearly treated much better by staffs from every other stores that we shopped in this street. Would recommend to buy goyard products in other cities (NY is much better) than in LA boutique.

I was very happy with customer service there. The sale person was VERY nice to me. They didnt treat u like u didnt have money. They were sweet and approachable. I liked that because i hate the feeling on walking into a fancy store and the saleperson looks at u up and down. I will definitely come back to this store.

Sad that I have to agree with many people here . We went in here asking for help because my bag’s handles are sticking together and melting . (Known issue with these bags) HOWEVER !!!! I felt attacked and discriminated by some short Asian lady and someOther older men . . First they ask proof of purchase for a bag I bought 4 years ago!!!! Who keeps receipts for this long? Second I told them I bought my bag in Barney’s & both keep interrupting how it wasn’t true because Barney’s didn’t carry these bags 4 years ago. So I wonder if they would of done the same thing if I was Asian or white ? ? By reading the comments below I see this is an issue where customer service lacks here !!!!! Corporate needs to hire people that can handle all ethnicities and diff types of issues .

I have had no issues with buying from goyard in the past but this is the first time going to this location. they never pick up the phone or return calls. also customer service felt very rushed when trying to discuss options.
Had to take them to small claims court over a defective bag it broke in 4 days ! I won the case . They don’t stand behind their products please don’t shop there . Save your money and time
The representative on the phone was much more helpful than when I arrived. When I did get to the physical store, no one acknowledged me nor helped me. Needless to say, I left without purchasing.
Disgusting customer service by one of the ladies today. Not only did her bra show, but she was so condescending! She didnt even know what the material was made of, she shouldnt be working at that store! She was utterly disrespectful to another customer and had no manners what so ever.
The red wallet is high quality, is a reasonable price for designer, and is a perfect item to flex on your friends.

Went there from Newport Beach to see the new store and buy blue goyard bag but sales people wasn’t helpful at all choosing colors, shipping information etc. I asked the price after tax Dory sales girl was laughing while calculating it for me. I’m disappointed at their service. I left because they wasn’t helpful choosing the right bag.

Ive called the store about 10x. Each time, the recording is the same ...to speak with a specialist, please press 1. I press 1 and the next message is, The number you dialed is not a valid extension and then the whole thing loops. Ive tried all different numbers since then and for any #s other than 1, it just disconnects.Please fix & I will fix the rating score.

The ghettoest Goyard I’ve EVER been to. First they made me wait outside for 20 minutes and then once I purchase a tote, it has a stain on it. Horrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
