I first discovered Benheart when I was in Florence. After buying a jacket from an incredible salesman, I was greeted by the energetic owner, Ben. With him was a woman who was planning to open up a branch in Beverley hills. Now it seems that her venture was a success and that the spirit carried over from Italy. I ordered a wallet from this location and once again the customer service and quality was phenomenal! Keep up the good work!

When my wife and I heard that Benheart opened its first American store in Beverly Hills, we were so excited that we visited the store a day after our anniversary, and we were so glad that we did. When we walked in, the first thing we noticed is how the layout of the store is exactly like the store we visited in Florence. We felt like we were back in Italy! The craftsmanship, the quality of leather, the attention to detail, and of course, the customer service, is outstanding!Dominic and Kelly greeted us, and we connected instantly! We shared our story of how we learned about Benheart while we were in Florence, and they shared their story of how they met Ben and how the Beverly Hills store came to be.Since my wife didnt get a leather jacket while we were in Florence this past June, it was now time for her to get one. One of the beauties of buying a leather jacket from Benheart is customizing the jacket to her liking! Besides being measured for a custom-fit, my wife wanted a specific color. Dominic helped my wife find the color she wanted, and my wife also picked the lining as well. All of this info gets sent to Italy to be handmade. She cannot wait to receive her new leather jacket!As for me, since I already have a leather jacket from Benheart from our time in Florence, it was time for me to get a pair of shoes. Kelly was fantastic in helping me with the different styles, and even shared stories about the shoes. There was a limited edition color that I liked; however, they didnt have my size, so I found one in another color that I love! I even had my name put on the shoes - nice touch, I must say.All-in-all, my wife and I spent at least two hours having great conversations with Dominic and Kelly. One of the things that makes a purchase memorable is the experience. And our experience, thanks to Dominic and Kelly, was truly remarkable!I highly recommend this store for the selection of leather jackets, shoes, belts, bags, etc., The quality of the leather, the craftsmanship, and of course, the service you will receive.Oh, yeah, as for the shoes that I liked but they didnt have my size, I asked if they can find out if Italy has any left. The next day, they told me they had one pair left, so of course, I had to order them. My wife also got another pair of shoes since its only right that we have the same amount of shoes and jackets from Benheart.
