Just buy the picture you can tell why I love this place but… Got a pair at the Berluti in New York and wearing them out the first time, dinged them on a curb at Starbucks… Painful (Photo included). I was heading to Beverly Hills and thought I should take my shoes there to see what they could do. And Lance was terrific. He fixed the shoes, so well I just had to buy another pair. The scotch and champagne was the perfect touch as well!!!

Pleasant and helpful personal

Every time we are in town we head to Berluti and spend HOURS here. The staff are incredible and thoughtful. My guy was shopping for Berluti, and after several hours of champagne and such, I got walked over to Valentino by one of the staff (since my honey was busy shopping) who had secretly called ahead to let them know I was coming and they had everything I wanted ready for me! Amazing service unlike anywhere else. I love you guys!!!!
