I am bias because I completely love Louis Vuitton but my experiences here have been wonderful. I got a practically private tour of the store and was shown some amazing pieces. This is a place to go when youre looking for the Louis Vuitton experience people talk about. I usually take quick trips into LV to see what is available or to pick up items I preordered but this is truly a place to immerse yourself in everything that is luxury shopping! Its huge and has unique pieces, jewelry pieces, as well as a lot of ready to wear! Gorgeous and refined!

I absolutely loved this location! The virtual queue system is so nice. You just sign up with your cell phone at the front and they text you your space in line. You can check the status of the line while you browse either inside or the store while you wait or outside on Rodeo Drive. Our client advisor Wyatt was fabulous, patient, and helped us pick the perfect pieces! I can’t wait to go back and add to my collection!

One of the best Louis Vuitton stores in the United States. First and foremost, it’s important to elaborate that the quality of LV bags are incredible. The staff and service were seasoned in a sense of knowing the styles and fabrics of every single bag and item in the store and the history of the brand. Upon arrival I was approached virtually immediately. The concierge is rathe and nifty. This is probably the best LV in California. I will definitely return.

My family came here on July 4th this year to purchase a bag for my mother. We were met with an amazing sell rep who helped us out from the start to finish. She was great at explaining and being patient with my family by providing Vietnamese translation since my parents have limited English ability. The sell rep was knowledgeable about the products and quick on her feet to answer any questions my parents had. We ended up buying several items from the store and are very happy with the purchases. Unfortunately, we didnt get the sell reps name but I definitely recommend for her to get a promo/raise for that bilingual ability and great customer service! I would come back here with family after this great shopping experience.

I went there to shop for a bag for the wife. I checked in up front via the QR code. It was a 30 - 35 min wait to get seen. I was able to look around in the store which is 3 levels. I found a seat and waited. It did take about the full 30 minutes to get seen which was ok. I already knew what I wanted and they had it in stock, so that made everything perfect.Thank you Erica for all your help.

They have a very efficient wait-list system where they’ll text you when it’s your time to enter. You are ‘assigned’ a personal rep that will show you their goods and answer your questions as they may come up. Finally managed to purchase a small wallet/pocket organizer that’s been out of stock online (it was even the one left they had it on display on the wall). If your looking for something that’s difficult to procure, they could potentially help you.

If I could give this location zero stars I would.I visited this location on 8/30/2021, it was my last day in town and I purchased a pair of shoes. I expressed concern about having space in my luggage so the rep (Wyatt) offered to ship them.I accepted (for an additional fee of course) and asked for expedited shipping.On 9/2 I still hadnt received a shipping confirmation so I tried calling the store and had to request a call back (never received). The same day I sent a text to Wyatt asking for an update.He responding the next day on 9/3 stating his manager tracked the package and that it would be delivered on 9/7. That didnt make much sense for expedited or even regular shipping but there wasnt much I could do so I left it alone. Still hadnt received the shipping confirmation, only a picture of a screen from Wyatt via text.On 9/7 I still hadnt received the shoes or the tracking information via email. I called again requesting a call back (ypu cant call the store) and text Wyatt.I was then informed by Wyatt that the shoes would be delivered on 9/8. I expressed that I would be out of town and should cancel since I purchased the shows for NYFW.The offer made byvWyatt was to request the shipper to return to sender and refund my money. Never once offering another solution such as shipping to my destination or picking up at another location.I never agreed or accepted this option. However Wyatt took it upon himself to make the decision. I found this out when I called again and text him on 9/9 only to be provided with this information. Letting me know they were returning the order and would refund my money. I have since made it clear I would be filing a dispute if I did not receive a refund.As of todays date 9/17/2021, I have not received a single email about the order or shipping, have not received the shoes, have not received a refund and have not received a call from the store manager or even a representative.Avoid this location, I have been a client of LV for many years and I will no longer shop there after this nonsense. I will be filing a dispute today with my bank but I think its ridiculous that I have to waste time on something like this.Hope this stops the next person from being screwed by this location.

Best experience ever, I’ve been to many Louis Vuitton around the world but rarely get such experience.They didn’t have what I was looking for but the sales rep gave me a tour of the whole store, told me about the history of it, the facade made in to look like Épi leather and I even got to take a look at rodeo from their rooftop which was amazing.

Make an appointment to avoid waiting 40 minutes or more. Arrived when it opened and there was a line. They adhere to Covid-19 guidelines: masks and social distancing at all times. Ernest was friendly, helpful, courteous, professional, and ever so patient from the minute we met him until my daughter completed her purchase and we left the store.

The concierge was not helpful and seemed bothered by my interest in choosing a handbag. He was distracted, not interested in looking to find products to show me and kept saying they were limited in stock. This clearly wasnt the situation because other concierges were showing handbags to cients. In fact, the handbag I ultimately selected was one that another concierge showed his client. Once I made the selection, he rang the bill and didnt give me the receipt. He stated he would put it in the box which he didnt. Then, he helped me created a profile which I never received the emailed receipt either. Now, before I leave CA, I have to call the store and figure out how to get a receipt. I waited on hold 2 hours today and gave up after trying to call the Louis Vuitton store. This is not the experience I expected after paying the amount that I did for a purse and wallet. I NEVER dreamed I would be calling to beg for a receipt. The concierge never gave me his name or a card. My friend bought a Prada purse for a little less money (which was still a signficant cost) and she was treated extremely well. The gentleman was nice, so helpful and made it an amazing experience. Unless I can get some help from Louis Vuitton, I would highly recommend Prada if you want the red carpet experience

It was a long wait to get inside the store. Obviously due to COVID-19 only a few people at a time allowed in the store. I waited about an hour 1/2.. 😭there were LV SA checking people in and asking precisely what you were there to purchase. If they had your item available you were moved to another line to get in the store. Once I was in the store things went by smoothly. I only rate 4 stars because they ran out of boxes. I wanted the whole experience of unboxing my speedy 30. But I was told they will mail me a box. So, yeah.

Let me take you to the beginning, because thats always the best place to start...Once upon a time in 2013, my husband bought me my very first LV bag, a bag that is so coveted and loved by me. It was one of the happiest evenings of my life. Since 2013 my handbag collection has grown. I always though that LV would be my 1st choice for handbags and that I would pass them down to my nieces or future daughter-in-laws when the time was right.BUT...Earlier this week as I was sitting waiting for someone I was meeting, I looked in my bag and saw that it had ripped. I never heard it rip, I dont put anything heavy in the bag, dont put water in the bag, and all of a sudden it ripped. If you look at the pictures, the rip doesnt look like wear and tear. It looks like poor craftsmanship.I brought the bag into the store. The store associate didnt look at the damage closely at all and started to look stuff up in the computer. After several minutes he says to me that its $480 to fix it. And that it would not be free because I bought it in 2013. Had it broke in 2014 they would have fixed it but because its 2018 they will not. So what he is saying is that, your handbag should last you one year, but beyond one year you are luckily if you still have a decent handbag that you spent thousands on.$480?! Roughly 30% of the price of the bag new? Why would I pay that? Also, why would the store associate not look at it closely? Im so disappointed. My husband buys me a new bag almost every year, at $2,000+ for their bags, and me being 40, and having at least 20 to 30 more years of life ahead, maybe more if Im lucky, Louis Vuitton is losing a large client in me.I will not buy another bag there again. With all the choices in luxury bags, I dont need to be treated this way nor should I have to worry about buying a handbag from a company that doesnt care about their customers. The two sales associates that I interacted with at this store acted like they were holier than - remember Pretty Woman? When she went in the store the first time? Thats what they treat you like.I hope its just this store in particular and not at LV stores, but Im out as an LV customer. O-U-T.

Wow, what to say about the Rodeo Drive Louis Vuitton store. Well, first off, the jewelry is absolutely terrible. It’s some of the most low end jewelry and clothes I’ve ever seen. Everyone around me in the store seemed extremely poor and didn’t have nearly the money that I had. The only good thing about the store was probably the very cheap prices at the store

Thus, the Louis 2 line collaboration between Virgil and Nigo was right up my alley. I didnt let the street hikers escape my grasp. They arent cheap... but then again if youre shopping at Louis you arent cheap either🎩💎💰

There is a very good variety of merchandise at this particular location. The only reason why this specific location is a 4 star instead of a 5 star is due to the lack of service. The service is definitely not designer quality. For example, I asked questions and had to repeat myself multiple times before this employee finally knew what I was referring to. If it were not for the large variety of products at this location, I would recommend seeking a different location.

This is one of a few stores open at night while window-shopping. I came upon shoulder bags which caught my attention, but I had to think about which one to take as there are other choices elsewhere. I also checked out 2 pairs of sunglasses & a small bag which my cellphone couldnt fit through.

The one on Rodeo is huge and will always have something for you. I LOVE Megan and she has helped me many times with the items I want. Shes very reliable, trustworthy, and will get the job done for you!!!I love luxury bags so I have my SAs for every brand I love. And Ive come to realize that while the item itself is important, its also the wonderful SAs that will make you keep coming back to that brand. Megan is that kind of SA that makes me want to shop here out of all the many LV boutiques around me.

It is truly a work of art and the building is just so beautiful! Donna was so patient with me and interactive! I was deciding between two bags and she encouraged me to get the lesser expensive bag! That really proved to me that she wasnt trying to upsell me or be ingenuine. Highly recommend going to this location and especially to Donna!

Here at Louis Vuttion Beverly Hills, There are three spacious floors of money black holes. I mean... luxurious items of all shapes and sizes. This location carried a large variety of items in store that you wouldnt see at many other places or required ordering.The service was excellent as expected. I was sipping on Perrier and trying on random items as they searched the multiple stockrooms for an item I had been interested in.After checking out, I asked about buying one of the shoehorns they use for testing but was told they are not for sale, but they often mysteriously disappear. She left the horn behind and disappeared as quickly into the sunset. I think that was her saying that it was okay if I take it. She did give me a symetrical wink. Which in my neighbourhood means two thumbs up.Nicest Louis Vuitton store I have been to in North America. Although My personal favorite so far has to be the Louis Vuttion Singapore Island Maison.

I have shopped at the BH location of over 30 years and I have seen the dynamics change. Some staff greet you and offer assistance while others just ignore you. Customers are looking around while those with small children are more focused on what they want to purchase and their children are allowed to wander the store. That behavior makes for less than a pleasant experience.

Just got done sipping off some mighty fine champagne at Lous Vuitton while awaiting the location and bagging for purchase of my new designer Neverfull MM with custom print! The staff are amazing professionals, and the sleek, huge 3 story store is an imposing masterpiece of art and design. The prices are high but the goods are top end, and they do repairs at minimal cost to us! The location is neat too because it’s not in a mall or somewhere else like that. Free 2 hour parking nearby, next to the Breguet Watch place!

We sat at the counter for ten minutes waiting for assistance. Even just a simple “hello, we’ll be with you in a minute” would have been fine. Instead your security people were the only ones to be polite and say hello. So we’re at Coach now buying a hand bag and wallet for my partner. Never buying your products again. When I first walked in, I thought the customer service was going to be great. I had been greeted at the door by a tall nice woman. However, when I went to the men’s section not only was I not greeted or acknowledged but I was followed around by some tall white man. It was very obvious that he was following me around. And why? Most likely because of the color of my skin. If you’re gonna follow people around have the decent courtesy to AT LEAST say “hello” or “can I help you?”. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

In LA, or anywhere for that matter, when you’re dealing with sales reps at high-end boutiques you never know what to expect.There was no high pressure sales tactics, the associate was very in tune with what I was looking for, and made great suggestions for pairing certain items with others. Also, was offered champagne while shopping!I ended up making two purchases and will definitely be back. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the bag I purchased! It’s an amazing conversation piece, which I wasn’t expecting.This is a prime location, and I believe the flagship store for LA, so you’ll see your share of tourists but nothing annoying.
