I waited 1 hr outside under the sun just to get into the store. There were not enough store associates to help consumers and even with covid guidelines the store was empty! They are trying to create exposure outside of the store by making people wait absurd amount of time. They cover it up by saying that way the associates helps a costumer better. But at least let me shop inside. Terrible. I had to exchange a gift, but after this experience, I will never buy anything from them. Do not recommend.

The manager Grayson is very rude, what do you expect from a boutique headed by a bad boss and a Sale assistant worse than the manger ! Camille asked me to buy more items jwelries and ready to wear to get a Birkin or Kelly and she asked me to build my profile to get a special bag then after I spent 800,000 usd, I asked for my request she said sorry I did not promise you, and we don’t have your request . and when I show her and show the manager the text she promised me on it, in she said “ sorry you miss understand it. then she blocked me ! After I spent more than 800,000 usd !! Really !

My husband was so nice to buy me a present from this Hermès store. He thought the handbag he had gotten was the one I wanted, but it wasnt. He got a 24/24 in orange, what I wanted was a Birkin or a Kelly in any brown or dark tones. When we went to exchange or return it, they didnt refund the cash payment of almost 10k but simply offered a store credit that can only be used on store only, not online and not outside the US! We asked about such bags and were told there was a wait list, a blatant lie and mockery by this salesperson. I will have to come back with their names. Next time I went there, a few months later the sales person gets my info puts me on his list. He said chances are slim to none. Fast forward its been more than 2 and a half years and we havent been contacted, no bag is available and I am the bearer of just a lavish store credit with no possibilities of redeeming my intended gift. If I can I would avoid buying the brand altogether due to their sales practices and their imaginary wait list!

While the First Lady was very kind with us and helped us for a returning product. We were then taken to the a second person who was supposed to be a sales person. He was very rude and was not welcoming at all. Each time I asked about enquiring about a certain product or good, I felt a condescending tone and felt that I was being rushed. Terrible customer service and not welcoming at all. Hermes should really consider and revise some staff members there. After all the front end staff represent Hermes! I’ve been to many Hermes stores around the world, and the LA branch in Beverly Hills is definitely the worst!

Line took over an hour to get in and on top of that they gave me the wrong item and when I realized I had to go back and wait another hour to be told that I’m crazy and they don’t carry that product. FINALLY after arguing with them did they made things right and “ found” the correct product.

Total corruption between sales and customers, there are under table deals for sure!!! No class, no ethics !!! This people think British accent or a tie will provide that!!! I think C level Hermes management needs to come down to this hole which is run with JessyPenny mentality!!!!

Hermes are totally dropping the ball in opening up after the pandemic. Their stores are severely understaffed and the lines outside are brutal. And this isnt like Gucci or LV where the lines are long because they have hundreds of customers.... this is just 10 customers having to wait an hour because the store isnt staffing correctly. Makes for really bad experiences. P. S. If youre going to make customers wait that long for buying such expensive goods, offer some shade and water at least!

The experience at the boutique itself gets 5 stars. I purchased from Olivier and he was fabulous. Elegant and respectful. He went beyond my expectations so that I can get what I wanted. I will be shopping from him again. The man at the door with the appointment list is also very welcoming and sweet. Other employees are professional but not friendly. But Im ok with that. So I think the experience really depends on who you get.However, the people who pick up the calls are simply horrible. 0 stars for them. Ive had to call 3 times to get a call back. Every time I called the listed number at Beverly Hills, I only got rude people who treated me badly as if calling them was a nuisance. And the third time I called, I showed my frustration because I knew the things I wanted were popular and would quickly sell so time was of the essence, but this rude lady actually said, well, were all busy. Guess what? So am I. If youre too busy to treat your clients with respect, why dont you stop taking calls altogether?So, average 3 stars for a luxury brand because of the people who answer the phone. Its such a shame, because once youre there, it is a wonderful experience. But getting answers to your inventory inquiries and making appointments must surely be part of the whole experience.

If you shop online you get the option to return products to your original payment method. If you choose to shop in store you will get a heat stroke waiting to get in the store and only can return merchandise for store credit (which can NOT be used online). Additionally, the managers and staff both lie every shot they get.

I was gifted an Hermes bracelet for my birthday only 4 months ago. It BROKE on its own while literally sitting on my wrist (clearly poor manufacturing on their behalf). Today my boyfriend had taken it to this location and the employee says they can not fix it and that we have to pay $120 to get it fixed and it needs to be shipped back to France and it will take 6-8 MONTHS?????!!!?? The Employee then suggested my boyfriend try fixing it himself???!!! This is the most absurd and horrible customer service I have ever heard of. My jaw literally hit the floor when he told me this. Needless to say, wont be buying from Hermes again or recommending to anyone.

Never going to buy anything from that store again. Placed an order online, received a phone call from the store two days after it was supposed to be delivered. Went to pick up the order and guess what, apparently it’s harder than buying a nuclear weapon. Providing a CA driver license with the same billing and delivery address which is matching to the info provider at the moment of purchase - not enough. Overall bad and very disappointing experience. Didn’t feel right.

I visited the Hermes store for my birthday to buy a belt, bracelet, and a lipstick and got top quality service from a friendly sales associate named Jeff. The experience was nothing but pleasant and they gave me top service and showed me around the store and were nothing but attentive. This store has never been anything but excellent and I plan to visit over and over again. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Went in to purchase another silk scarf to adorn my Victoria II and was disappointed with the service. I love the quality of the goods, but definitely prefer the store I went to in NY over this one. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Also the man at the door wasn’t busy but didn’t hold the door open for anyone (including my husband who was pushing a stroller) and that was just pretty rude ... Overall, love my new scarf and love the brand but the service at this location was lacking for a luxury store.

Very rude staff. They forget to call back and set an appointment. You’ll probably have to call 3-4 times and get frustrated, talk to the manager, and then you might get an appointment. Then you do FINALLY get an associate appointed to you. Upon reaching someone greets you outside to check you in. From then you have an hour to shop but it takes your appointed associate 10-15 mins to come to you. These 15 mins are wasted. I came in with my list of items ready so I could be in and out in the least time possible but even then it took the associate about 16-20 minutes for the associate to bring out one thing. Also, when asked for water my associate told me that they can’t give me water because of the pandemic but then they were handing out water bottles to all other customers. Rude, rude, RUDE. It’s crazy how such a prestigious brand is allowing its reputation to diminish.

Not too pleased with customer service here. I was picking up an item I had reserved and purchased earlier. I arrived with my wife about 2 minutes prior to closing. They had a guard at the front door. They let my wife in, but wouldnt let me in, as I took about a minute longer to park the car (right in front, luckily). I could see her pleading with a gentleman inside. He then opened the door and said we both had to leave. I was pretty livid - my wife is a sweet and calm lady, and here he was ruining her day. I calmly explained the urgency in needing to pick up an item for a baby shower the next day. Time was of the essence. He understood and despite some protest let us back in.I was so astounded I didnt even get his name. I guess there is no point in shaming him on the internet anyway, my review should be enough.

This store is definitely one of the biggest Hermès stores that I have been to. Level of service is on par with the ones I received in France and Italy. Ray, a Selling Supervisor, made sure that we were taken care of. If we were only based in LA, I would made sure to ask for Ray every time.

I have visited many Hermès boutiques before, but the service at this location was the best I have ever received - which is somewhat shocking considering I was a tourist shopping on Rodeo Drive. Perhaps I just looked the part, and Im sure my slew of designer shopping bags I had accumulated during the day didnt hurt, but the several SAs who helped me were all exceedingly polite and talkative. The lovely SA Danielle, who finally helped me find the coveted color and size KDT I had been searching for for over a year treated me as if I could afford to buy a Birkin. The amazing first time shopping experience I had at the Rodeo Drive Hermès boutique solidified my confidence in the brand, and made me so excited to start my relationship with the iconic fashion house.
