I have made multiple purchases from Fashionphile even though their prices are higher than the competitors. I have contacted them on 3 occasions. 2 out of the 3 were ignored and I never received a response. In the 3rd occasion, it took them 3 days to respond with an abrupt canned answer of sorry cant help you.I will never shop from them again. Considering the price point you would except polite, timely customer service. Not recommended.

WATCH OUT THEY SELL FAKE STUFF

I sent my bag ($800 value) to this company, and they claim that they lost it and refused to pay me. After more than 30 days of investigation, they told me that I have two accounts with them and thats why they messed up. However, they told that they sent my item back, but I never receive it. They sent my item to someone else. You never know what they are doing. Keep telling lies. Avoid this company for sure. Now I think I feel hopeless to get my money back. Avoid this company if you dont want to experience the same.

Process was quick and easy. They offered me a fair price for my pieces.

This is really a bad company. No ethics, no integrity.....just flat out bad bad people who don’t care about their customers. The location is very hard to find since it is a really tiny door. The black lady with curly hair ( who is the buyer) is awful. They have 3 guys in total only, the other two are boys. Dont try to even bargaining with this lady buyer. She is very Mean and arrogant, never think about customer and she is a racist. I never go again.

I purchased a Louis Vuitton mens wallet that says excellent condition. The price was just right for a discontinued item. I received my order promptly but the wallet was not authentic. I owned two of the same wallet that I purchase from the Louis Vuitton store in South Coast Plaza and its not even close. The size is longer, the material thinner and the quality of craftsmanship was way far inferior. I can tell its a total fake. I returned it personally within 12 hours to their store and was promised a full refund by Jamie the associate who received and processed my returned merchandise. She even told me that I will get an email in a few hours but never got it. I called them and Jamie promised me the same thing again. I dont believe they even care. Theyre fast in getting your money but will give you a hard time getting your refund back. CONSIDER THIS A WARNING TO EVERYONE.

I have bought Chanel and Louis Vuitton items from Fashionphile, and have had a perfect experience. Every item I have received was better than described. I paid way less than Yoogis Closet or Realreal. There was one item I had been waiting for the Chanel Boutique to get, but it was never available. I called Chanels customer service to see of they could locate it and was told I should wait to get the boutique experience at my nearest boutique. Well, it came up on Fashionphile! I bought it and took it to be authenticated. No problems...every item I have bought from Fashionphile has been verified as authentic from an independent authentication service. So much better than waiting and the item is absolutely flawless! Also, Fashionphile sends wonderful dustbags... thick cotton, not some weird see-through weave. I highly recommend Fashionphile!

Logan is very rude. He was talking to me as if I was a bother to him. The phone call was less than a minute and he manage to hung up on me. Very rude! I will not be doing business with Fashionphile because of Logan. He should learn manners if hes the one that is answering the phone.

Got a great Vuitton Tulum bag. Customer service and shipping were fantastic. The price was very fair and having guaranteed authenticity assurance was critical.

Went to consign a Chanel GST and a Chanel necklace and made an appointment, but ended up waiting for 40 minutes in their showroom. When I asked for an estimate of how long it would be until they were available, they were unhelpful. Would not recommend you waste your time, consign or buy from realreal instead.

I was worried they wouldn’t be able to buy my Prada from me. It was severely damaged with the saffiano leather rubbing off, peeling, and cracking. They offered me a price anyways. I’m grateful I could sell a bag that I feel was too damaged for me to wear personally.

The Lady buyer is awful. Dont go there. I asked the boy to help me carry packages to the valet parking across the street, the packages are heavy, but the lady buyer is rude and said No for him. I asked them to hold the door for me and she said No. I assume she doesn’t have any customer service experience then with the rude and arrogant attitude. I end up carrying my stuff for two trip to my parking in the end. I suggest if you are not dying for money, don’t go this hell to beg for the cash. Everybody has identity and so do you. Don’t lose it.

I experienced Fashionphile from the point of view of a seller. I called for about 3-4 weeks leaving voicemails and finally got a response. I made an appointment to go in and have my bags assessed. I was shocked to learn that turnaround is quick. My bags were looked over and I received a check immediately. I declined to sell my Louboutins since they were giving me $40. They do lowball a lot but its the nature of the beast. A great experience overall once I finally got an appointment.Whatever pricing they say they give you on their website for a particular bag- EXPECT WAY LESS. Its a pretty cutthroat business the business of things. Makes you rethink the whole buying from a new perspective- dont get owned. Best of luck!

Youre practically paying full price. Might as well pay that extra $50 for a brand new Handbag. This is not consignment at all.

I just wanted to update my review. Since my initial visit to Fashionphile, I have now sold my bandoliere from my LV speedy and my zippy coin purse. Each time the staff has been so super friendly, and I am constantly amazed by how fair their price is. I have sold with other pre-loved stores before and had to wait for payments, been haggled down, and treated poorly. Fashionphiles service gives you that lux shopping feeling even in a selling environment. LOVE you guys! You have a customer / seller for life!I went to the storefront after hearing good reviews about Fashionphile from Minks4all’s YouTube video. I sold an LV neverfull gm in damier ebene. The price I received was fair. I received a check on the spot. The entire process took about a half an hour which was fair considering the bag needed to be authenticated. The woman at the front desk was exceptionally kind and professional. The buyer that assisted me was professional and helpful. I will absolutely purchase items from Fashionphile in the future. The storefront was beautifully merchandised, the location is great, parking is easy (for LA - there’s free 2 hour parking on Cañon if you’re willing to walk) and the staff is kind. A+ in my book.

Their customer service is horrendous, i tried calling over 20 times and no one has answered the phones. I have no idea how these people run their business. They really need to learn how to answer their phone or amend their business times.
