I love this location. Today the young lady made the best caramel marvel! They are super attentive. And showed the best customer service ever. Other coffee shops need to take note. These ladies were super cool! They seemed to also be aware of their normal customers too. Kudos Ladies.

The ladies are pleasant and consistent at making drinks and getting things out in a timely manner for every order. Ive been on 3 different shifts and all of them help create a great experience. I was never a fan of high by when they first opened. I learned to like High by because of them. Because I havent memorized their names, I will just say they make the best Mocha Iced Coffee!!!

I’ve been here on a couple occasions and I have to say that the staff is amazing. It’s one girl with shorter hair in the morning who makes the ordering so easy! It’s also a girl with red hair who works in the afternoons that makes the best lattes so efficiently. Overall this is a great coffee shop in the area

I typically have my wife stop into this location, but today I did. I was beyond impressed... extremely courteous service, and to the point.I was having a rough start to my but that person behind the counter was A-1. I will be sure to only get my call here now! this explains why my wife was so easy going about always stopping in. It’s great ppl with great coffee. I frequent this location regularly and spend a few hours here almost every week. The owner takes great care in making sure everything is the way it should be and it is apparent when you walk in. Never had a single problem with anything Ive purchased here or any member of the staff. On critique I will give to this location is that the music can be a little repetitive, try branching out more.

This is a great meeting spot. They provided plenty of tables and chairs inside, as well as outside under a large awning. I also love their variety of coffee and treats, very delicious!

I really like Big B and I like their coffee So, yesterday, when I arrived, it was very nice and clean inside. The employees were very polite. The atmosphere was great as always. I ordered a large caramel Marvel with almond milk and an extra shot of espresso. The waitress made my coffee just the way I wanted it, however, when she sat it down on the counter it was Dripping all over the sides of the cup and into a puddle. I I asked: is it customary to serve it that way? She said no and started wiping the counter but left the drips on the cup. Kind of disappointed in you Big B. I am one of your biggest fans. You still have time to redeem yourself, lets try it again next week.

A little disappointed in this location. On more than one occasion my drink has been made incorrectly (putting in regular milk instead of coconut milk, no whip or drizzle, or flat out the wrong drink all together). Sometimes there are too many personal conversations going on to get the order right I suppose. I have only come here in the afternoon or evening, so this is the staff I am referring to. Also, a general lack of knowledge about what is even in a particular latte seems to be prevalent. I try not to stalk the counter but, if I say coconut milk I expect to get that and when someone is flapping their lips to the point my drink is made incorrectly there is an issue. Do better please.

Staff is very nice. Nice clean and modern look inside. Decent music mix on the radio albeit kind of loud.

Atmosphere is nice, clean and quiet perfect for a coffee shop! And the ladies taking my order was so sweet and helpful.

Coffee itself was as expected a good quality. The three yiung girls behind the counter were having more fun than together than providing superbe customer service.

Coffee and food is great one of the supporting managers who is a part owner I believe has a grouch Grinch personality that he should sweeten up a little bit to make the mornings a little bit more festive, but thats his personality issue

Staff is super friendly! Good sandwich. Store is immaculate.

Sooo glad i found this on my way to work, after having multiple awful interactions at tim hortons on 12 mile and evergreen, tried going here, great idea! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very fast, and their coffee is much better with a variety of flavors. Only wish they had a drive thru, as i hate the cold.. 😂

Miya, Lauriah, Brittanie, Sole are AWESOME!!I was tired, irritated and undecisive but these ladies showed this old hag patience and some much needed sympathy. Lol .( I love everything that bigby has to offer) so these ladies surprised me with a Caramel marvel ( i think thats what its called .lol) and it was great! The owner was on site and made sure that the store was clean, that is a MUST for me!!! And it has an automatic door!!!!! No pushing or pulling therefore my hands stay clean for my coffee!!! And theres s health store nect to it so you can get youre snack on to offset your guilty coffee indulgence.

First time at one of these establishments. Fast service, great coffee. Smaller seating area, but clean.

This location used to be my go-to Biggby as it is close to me but the quality has really taken a dive recently. The first time my drink was wrong I gave it a pass because everyone can mess up from time to time. Then they messed up my drink with my wifes and she felt sick the rest of the day because she has a dairy allergy and needed hers to be soy. Even still I gave them one last try and I wasted my free drink on a latte where something was very off about it; not sure if it was burnt, had no syrup or was just made wrong. I will have to find another Biggby to head to moving forward.

Not too thrilled with this place. Work close by and have gone dozens of times. The past 3 or 4 times, they have messed up my order. And the owner has a perpetually bad attitude it seems. Considering going elsewhere in the future.
