This is the best Starbucks in SoCal, hands down. I’ve been to several other locations and the staff here is very kind and quick with drinks, even when it’s slammed. I will definitely make a stop anytime I’m in the area.

Nice friendly staff

The only famous person I seen was myself, when I looked in the mirror. For that aspect only, this is a 5 Star establishment. The drinks were alright, the food was average and the atmosphere was rushed. People were reading movie scripts, which seemed legit. However, reading a script in Hollywood instead would have made a better impression on me.

My daughter and I have frequented this Starbucks prior to the COVID-19 shut-down. I have noticed though a growing number of homeless people inside this location recently. A lot of the regulars come here. I cant wait until it opens back up.

What can I say? Starbucks is Starbucks. Its just good coffee. But, what stands out at this one is the service. The staff is very friendly. They are happy to help you and they do it with a smile on their faces.

Has good food and coffee and tea and the staff are friendly and helpful and its a good place for familys to go to and have a coffee together and they also have drinks for kids as well and the cakes or desserts are nice and fresh and the place is clean

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this Starbucks has consistently disappointed me. I go to Starbucks a lot, and I’ve worked in similar positions like this, so I try and smile when I order things because I know how crazy it can get at coffee shops. However, every time I’ve been met with a sour attitude. It’s a little rattling...They also seem to water down their iced teas with water; perhaps this is a CA thing? In WA no Starbucks I’ve been to does this. When I apologized and asked them to remake it without any water added, the girl poured out the top 1/2 inch and added on top of that. Not exactly remaking it, because 80% was still the same watered down consistency. Still diluted.Also, whenever I get a breakfast sandwich it’s burned. I understand sometimes it gets busy and you can’t get to it right away, but it always seems to happen when it’s pretty slow.... and the employee just sort of tossed the sandwich at me when it was done.I would recommend instead going to the Starbucks at 9811 S Santa Monica Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210! They are excellent! And only a few blocks away. Super friendly and always seems to make good drinks. Have not had one burned item there. And the seating area is very spacious :) :) :) five stars for them!

This Starbucks is packed 80% of the time! But the staff is really fast and cheerful. It also helps that you can do pick up on the app. Theres not a ton of seating, and its usually taken so if youre going to do work, make sure you go early. Theres parking just past the store and its free for 2 hours if you get in before 6 pm or $5 flat if you get in after.

Starbucks is in no way the best coffee in the world. In fact, given the option I will usually try a different coffee shop nearby before going to a Starbucks. Except for this one. Prices and taste are about the same as all other Starbucks coffee shops around the world, but service is what give this shop the five star rating. Whoever has trained these employees has done an incredible job. Though generally busy, the employees take every order and every upset customer with smiles and kindness. I went to go pick up a coffee (which I received as well as an extra free coffee) and when I returned I found a complimentary chocolate crescent waiting for me at my table. While this is not the case for every customer. I was definitely happy with this Starbucks just for the people that work there. I wish i could do more to repay them for the insane amount of love I felt reverberating from them.

First class chain coffee store the staffs are the best of their attraction they are wonderfully friendly and mind opening. One of the boy who was in the place for taking order I was wearing a Chelsea jacket he was a Chelsea fan too and interesting was he was also wearing a Chelsea jacket and became happy finding me in the middle while giving order he was like Hey before you say anything let me show you this, he took out his apron and showed me his Chelsea t-shirt I was so shocked and happy. He was one of a guy in Rodeo drive my damn luck. Rest were so douche.

Awesome spot to do some work online, pay some cards, or hopefully have a friendly discourse with some friendly people. This is Beverly hills so expect that not everyone will be wanting to chat.

Parking is metered and not plentiful,so it may be best to avoid this location on the weekends. There is public parking available across the street for $2.25 every 15 minutes,or $22.50 for the day. Nice place to sit down and enjoy a latte or frapp with friends. They dont have those cozy couches some places have,though. Other than that,cool spot!

They mess up all the time. I have a super easy order. Today I did a mobile order for a drip coffee and I plain bagel with cream cheese... I received burnt coffee and a plain bagel with no cheese..

Amazing employees on top of their great service, you wont be disappointed with your experience! Only downside is there are no outlets and seating is very limited, best time to go to sit and enjoy your hot beverages are at night when limited amount of people are there.

Ive worked around this area for several years now so Ive been here plenty of times due to the walking distance - and Im finally writing a review.. this Starbucks is, most of the time, one of the slowest locations around. Theyve forgotten my order multiple times, and the afternoon crew near the end of the bar (preparing the drinks) arent too friendly if you inform them of a mess-up on your drink or if they forget an order. Theres one barista in particular (she was working today, Thursday 9/26/19 around 2:30pm) and shes usually not nice to me if something was forgotten. :( lol. I suggest going to the Starbucks on South Beverly instead - theres less of a rush, you dont wait very long for your drinks, and the baristas are much friendlier.

I like a lot of things about this location but mostly, i like its open at 4:30 am.

Trenta iced coffee, which is usually $3.75, is fifty cents more, because its Beverly Hills. True story. I was offered half and half with my drink, but, they didnt put it in there. No one was in line except a guest speaking with a cashier, once he was done dealing with her he walked away. I had to wait for someone else to take my order. This is a common thing with customer service in LA, and its remarkably annoying.

Love this Starbucks in the midst of it all. 2 hour free parking in the Crate and Barrel underground parking. only 2-3 tables outside with minimal seats for people watching. Great Baristas, avoid the lunch rush and grab a Flat White and walk around Beverly Hills from here

Lovely Barista was patient and helpful. Sandwich was warmed up just right, tasted as fresh as one can expect from such fare, and the cold brew was less acidic than Ive experienced at other Starbucks.

Your average Starbucks. I have noticed that this particular locations tends to skimp a little bit on the drink sizes. They pack the cups with ice and leave little room for the actual drink. Not only do you get less for the price, you also get a watered down drink very quickly. Unfortunate.

I recently learned how to place an order via the app so I can walk in and pick up my Venti Macha Nonfat Latte. I inadvertently selected the wrong pick-up location. I walked into the N Beverly location and explained my mistake to the cashier and received my latte with out a blink of an eye!! Thank You Starbucks!

I came in with my trained service animal. Not an emotional support dog. I gave my friend some treats, and I was told I couldnt feed her. I explained they are treats as rewards. Not a bowl of food on the floor. Technically its feeding. Get over yourself.

A year ago I gave this location 5 stars . Today i got my mother a dirty chai latte and myself mango dragon fruit refresher. The cute young man behind the counter with the hat was very sweet I asked him the chai Part is it premixed or how does it come in . He explained it in detail and showed it to me 😁 and said it with a smile ! Good job!I asked for an extra pump of chai in the dirty chai latte and extra dragon fruit in the mango dragon fruit . I also said I would like to redeem my birthday drink. Right away he caught on and said with enthusiasm happy birthday!! When I received my drinks I said thank you to the staff and in closing he said happy birthday again !! I couldnt help but smile . Good job!!! Normally this location is average . It not only brightened my day I may have to return on monday again 😁😁😁. Thank you to that staff member.i dont tip but I did today lolol

I’m here every almost every day, and i order same order which is 2 Americano with one extra shot for one of them, all staff who works there is amazing but today on July 7th 2019 the one who took my order was really upset or I don’t know what’s wrong with her, she need to be little smiley face and patient if she loves her job, if she’s upset or angry, then it’s better to get some days off until she becomes fine .But over all that, i’m still love Starbucks.Thank you

I was there for an hour with my friends recharging and the place was great overall but the amount of people in line all the time was a bit too much, it was about 10-15 people in line the whole time we were there, the good thing is that the place is very spacious, they had restrooms and their service was very fast.

Definitely one of the worst Starbucks anywhere. Dirty dining area and filthy bathrooms. Toilets dont flush. Old worn-out tables and chairs. Slow service with a very disorganized serving area.
