Lady was very rude to me and my fiancé we are a lesbian couple we wanted rings an a charm for my new bracelet, we wanted help. She looked at us crazy and went to another person. The lead manager was sweet and toke her time with us. But the others were not professional at all. I will not go back here..... I dont like the service
The attention from the staff is awesome here. Shout out to the assistant manager Demi, for her help and her patience in helping me choose my gifts. Very accommodating and understanding. Gave suggestions, as well showed me some extra things the store was doing. They personalize jewelry! Got a couple charms personalized on their very cool engraver machine they had. Which from my understanding this store is the only one who does this for now. They engrave in a couple minutes. When arriving at the store you will have to stand outside and wait til they let you in. Overall great experience, will return soon!
I was insulted by a sales person named Kia. For being a Pandora Club member, I wanted to take the opportunity to have access to their early sale. She said that I didn’t have any access to it because I didn’t have the Pandora credit card. So I read and showed otherwise the email from my phone and she literally turned her back to me - while I was talking - and made a face to her coworker and walked away while she was checking her cellphone. I am NOT giving any penny to this store anymore and I strongly recommend that anyone of you should go to another one. It is not worth it the trip. Trust me. I have never been disrespected by anyone like that.

This was my first time shopping at the Bethesda store as soon as I walked into the store there was a wonderful young lady named Ifto who immediately offered her assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she was so excited to help found everything that I was looking for I will be going back again and pray that Iftu is available to help me then.
Visited Pandora at Montgomery Westfield with my young granddaughter, to build her a special bracelet for her birthday. Kathleen helped us for over an hour as Sadie selected each element. Mgr Annalisa extended promotional courtesy. They made it a very special, heartwarming event for us. And SO beautiful!

Really low selection of jewelry here. Came here to get a ring i saw only. They had it but they only got 1 lil book that shows all they got. You would think since its a pretty big mall there would be a lot of traffic coming in meaning they would have a bigger selection but they dont.
Ohhh I like EVERYTHING there is so beautiful there was young lady that very helpful she look Ethiopian or African-American she was very tiny but she was very helpful she was always very attentive and friendly I love it! I would recommend everybody and anybody keep up the good work!

Called the store several times during the evening, left a voice message, no return call. Called at 8:30 pm and received the same message that no one was available to take my call-seriously? Is there only one person employed or are you so swamped with customers that you can’t answer the phone or return my call? I wanted to make a purchase if the item is available. Not traveling to your store if the item is not in stock. Regardless, you lost a sale.
Pandora has a beautiful displays. I enjoyed visiting the store for my first time.

I walked in with my boyfriend and 3/4 associates were busy helping other customers. After a few minutes of standing there one approached and asked how she could help. I told her I just wanted my jewelry cleaned, she took it back and told me she’d be right back. As we’re waiting for her I’m looking at the bracelets on display and pick one up because the charms were pretty. One of the other associates quickly came and stood in front of my boyfriend and I and didn’t say anything until I looked up. I knew it was because she thought we were stealing. I told her we were just waiting for the other girl to come back with my jewelry. She said ok and just stood and stared. I felt uncomfortable so I moved over to the jewelry which was covered in glass and was pointing rings out to my boyfriend because I just wanted to look while waiting instead of just standing there awkwardly. She didn’t move. She stood watch. This is the second time pandora associates do something like this because we’re minorities. I guess it’s a nationwide training to racially profile customers because the first incident happened in NJ, now I see MD is no better 🤷🏻♀️
I used to be assistant manager at a different pandora location and learned all about good customer service. Now this one is the complete opposite and I’m wondering what kind of training they received. I went there on a Thursday night and was helped by Gloria. She didn’t ask me any questions and didn’t help me make a decision. I could tell she didn’t not care for her customers whatsoever. I only bought 4 charms and told her I’d be back on Friday so I could make my decision over the bracelet. When I went there on Friday just to buy that one bracelet I was waiting for over 40 minutes. I was not greeted, many associates walked passed me just ignoring me. And I understand that you’re busy but that doesn’t mean you can’t greet me or check if I’m doing okay. When I worked at pandora I had the manner to greet every single customer and told them I’d be with them ASAP. On Friday however, I saw a few associates just standing around or even having their phones out. What a No-Go!!!!! I saw a person with store manager tag and she walked passed me multiple times and just stood there. Like what are you doing? I get that you have designated sales people but when you’re busy why don’t you jump in and help out for customer satisfaction and just doing some teamwork? So finally after waiting for 40 minutes Katherine approached me. I asked if Gloria was there because she helped me Thursday. She ignored my question. She wasn’t able to find that bracelet for about 15 minutes, she was probably new, not knowing where the products are. Horrible customer service. Horrible training. Horrible management! Just get rid of every single employee in there and start over. 😒😠
Kiya was wonderful and she provided top notch customer service. Shes very efficient in your store. I really enjoyed seeing the owner helping the customers. I will always shop at this location. Great store and better customer service.
The manager just has a nasty attitude period. Over the phone and in person I’m truly not sure what’s wrong with her but she makes me not even want to shop there! Idk what her name is but she had red hair and freckles she honestly needs to be fired
This WHOLE STORE is 100% Pandora.Called for directions. Discovered it was inside the mall. The person gave us the best place to enter, the best place to park, and her name.When we arrived she helped us find exactly what we wanted. She listened very well to discover our needs. She knows the Pandora products very well -- and you can tell it not only by her retrieving the correct bracelet, charms and spacers; but also by what she was wearing - creative uses for Pandora products.This store is very busy; those working there made their work look easy and all the their customers seemed to appreciate the knowledge, expertise and caring help.I would definitely go there again when I am in the area.

The manager Kiya was the worst manager ever. I was there last Friday night with my daughter. We were told to sign in because they are busy or whatever. But then people who just got there were being helped before us. When I ask her that I needed assistance and we were there waiting she responded with an attitude that someone will be helping me soon. I Wonder how she was even a store manager with that nasty attitude. The sale associates in Tyson’s Corner and Pentagon city are way better.
Tiny store, but has everything youre looking for. I just had an issue with my Pandora ring and the manager was very helpful over the phone, and set aside a replacement for me to pick up.
I came to this store about a 2 months ago and stood there for about 30 minutes and ended up leaving because no one wanted to help me. After 5 mins of standing there one lady looked at me said Well be right with you and I said ok she was nice. I went on to look at things. Then another lady who was almost done after 20 mins said Ill be right with you. Again ok I waited. Then she finishes up and walks to the back. Then comes back out looks at me, Im looking at her, and she helps someone who came after me. That was it I left. Then Saturday 01/05/19 I went early morning and waited again about 5 mins and asked if they could clean my bracelet and she turned and asked someone else can we clean her bracelet. Mind you they are not busy. The other girl pointed toward the exit at the sign 60% off sale. And the one I asked turned back to me and said oh NO sorry were running a sale and cant do them when theres a sale. We are too busy. REALLY! CAUSE YOU WERENT BUSY ENOUGH TO GO THOURGH ALL THAT AND SINCE I HAD BEEN THERE NO ONE HAD COME IN AFTER ME! NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. I wasnt expecting it to be cleaned on the spot. I thought shed tell me come back in a couple of hours but instead said The sale is over tomorrow. Come back Monday. You think that I work in the mall. I dont even live near Montgomery Mall. If I could go on a weekday I wouldnt be in there on a Saturday. Done.

I had an awfully humiliating experience at this location. Store manager Kiyah is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful in every way. I went to pick up my bracelet that I had dropped off for cleaning, and upon retrieval, the store associates were unable to find the bracelet, which was extremely inconveniencing. I literally had to wait for close to an hour for them to find my bracelet. Then, finally, after my bracelet was found, Kiyah brought it out wrapped in a napkin and just simply threw it down to me. She did not prepare a ticket/receipt verifying the cleaning or any type of documentation. She conducted the transaction without any service whatsoever, so I informed her that restructuring and implementation of organizational protocol was necessary to provide customers with efficiency. After providing my feedback, Kiyah dismissed and yelled at me in a very outrageously belligerent manner. She disrupted the store and acted extremely disrespectful. I then submitted a report to corporate detailing the incident but have yet to hear back from them. Altogether, Kiyah singled me out, embarrassed, mistreated, and humiliated me. So, as a result, I will never support this location or corporation ever again. Kiyah is incompetent, unprofessional, ignorant, and inadequate to manage, and something needs to be done to remove her from abusing her position. It is ridiculous.
