This is the best stocked LUSH I’ve found post-COVID. Not even the online store seems to offer as much as this particular LUSH shop did. And all of the sales associates bothered to say “hello” and offer assistance during my twenty minute shopping spree there. Really awesome people and fantastic products.

This 5 star review is solely for summer! she is fantastic, so genuine and so warm!! BUT on the other hand, i do also have to mention that the other woman who was much older, wearing glasses and had red/brown-ish hair (i didn’t even bother to get her name because she was so short and cold with my partner and i which made us both feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome) must’ve been having a bad day or something because she rose her eyebrows and rolled her eyes as to indicate that she was annoyed by the questions that I had asked about certain products! (AFTER SHE HAD JUST ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP).i get that there is currently a huge stock shortage issue at this location and it must be stressful to work retail, most of all it is probably very repetitive to have to answer the same questions often BUT it is a job that revolves all around customer service and it needs to be done well.on a lighter note, i was ready to leave the store, but summer came to our rescue and saved our shopping experience by recommending great alternative options for the products that i was looking for which were all out of stock. she even gave us some samples! which we loved! i was going to rate this store 1 star but because of people like summer who work at this location, i’ve decided not to because every company has some bad apples. :(

The products look great. But the store experience is terrible. If you like to be bossed around at every single step of the way, this is the store for you.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I realized I forgot my wallet when I was about to pay and the staff suggested I order online for in store pick up instead of going all the way home to get it. Worked great! They also seem to have good covid safety measures in place.

Lush is usually my happy place. Being able to touch and experience the various was halted at the entrance. I had to tell the sales associate what I want and she brought it to me :( Didnt really like what I purchased but...

I always Love LUSH products. Their clay masks do wonders for my skin and they are all very reasonably priced. All the associates are always very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Even when I didnt anticipate buying anything, I always leave with one purchase or another.I recommend BIG shampoo & conditioner, Godiva shampoo bar, all the clay masks and the Therapy massage bar.

The staff member I spoke with she is all about the sales.. I will return for more products COVID 19 table awaits you upon entrance...

Customer service is very poor. After saying hi to me no one came back to see if l needed help. They were at the counter chatting so l walked out of the store. The store at Columbia is awesome

I went in with questions and left with answers, one purchase, and two samples. Both employees there tonight were super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back after trying the samples! There are so many things to try and smell and touch. It is like a toy store for millennial girls (and boys, and anyone who wants to feel good and smell good)!

As always Lush never fails to follow through with their promise of quality products. My boyfriend loves the honey soap bar, and the massage bar and Im a huge fan of their bubble and oil bombs. 10/10 worth the price

What can I say. I love this store. My 9 year old loves the fizzy bath bombs. The staff is sooo helpful and nice. Love their product, especially the rose jam and honey lip balm. My faves.

My best friend and I had the most wonderful experience today at Lush in Montgomery Mall, MD. We were warmly greeted by Ari, who listened carefully to what my friend was looking for and recommended products. Not only did he tell her what would work, he explained why by going through each ingredient while testing it on her hand. After Ari helped us find what we needed, we started chatting with Heather C. We had remembered her from a few months ago when we were shopping, and somehow, she remembered us too! We had great conversation while standing in the store, and I can’t get over how personable and fun Heather is. All of the employees are so kind, friendly, and awesome. They are all so knowledgeable about the products and it makes the shopping experience so incredibly easy. I can’t say enough good things, especially about Ari & Heather C. They are truly phenomenal employees!

Great store. My girlfriend goes all the time and they give reasonable sample sizes if youre curious about how a product works for your skin. Customer service is great and employees are well informed.

After my experience last night I dont even want to give this store 1 star. It was clear to me very early on that I was targeted as a shoplifter. I worked retail for 15 years so I am more than familiar with shoplifting deter tactics. I wanted to express my frustration and make it known that their suspicion of me was incorrect but I left the situation alone. I came to the conclusion that it was not worth my energy. It wasnt until after I spent over $100 and tried to fall asleep last night that I recalled an event from the evening that has my soul infuriated!!! Towards the end of my shopping trip the young lady helping me decided to nonchalantly lift the blanket off of my 5 month old daughter. If you are a mother imagine how difficult it was for me to fall asleep knowing that someone was not only comfortable but well trained to invade my childs personal space in order to protect company assets. I am beyond infuriated and Im ready to return all of the items I purchased! I have a very beautiful daughter that people are very attracted to. As a new mother its very difficult for me to speak up when I feel people are too close to my child. While I want her to be comfortable around people its extremely annoying that grown people dont understand boundaries especially when it comes to children. So to know that my and my childs boundaries were violated because I was mistargted as a shoplifter is very disheartening and has made me very unhappy. I will be taking my complaint further than a Google review.

Ari was literally amazing! Spent way more than I anticipated, but got SUCH awesome suggestions on products from Ari and the rest of the staff. They really know their stuff. A+++ customer service.

Loved the store, it was my first time in. I couldnt commit to buying the shampoo bar with avocado, so the sweet girl working there gave me a sample. It was awesome. Ill be buying more products, unfortunately most will have to be online, the closet one is to us in Texas is 2.5 hours away, Ill just make a weekend of it, itll be worth it!

I would give this location a 4.5. Customer service is great. The staff is friendly and they do not follow you around making unnecessary suggestions. This location also has a large selection of items.

Absolutely love lush products and always save so I can splurge I drive about a hour and a half to the nearest store just so I can smell all the products and make my decision that way and I always leave spending more and more every time which I do not mind one bit because the products are worth it but I do think that if a customer is spending almost $500.00 at once on products that they should receive some free samples of products they express interest in but dont want to commit to quite yet thats why they are there i understand that Im already spending a lot of money already so why bother but thats exactly why the employees should sneak them samples in there thats one way to keep a customer coming back I have also noticed that if you shop the UK website you can get almost triple the amount of products for the same price you just wait a while longer to receive them which I will probably be doing from now on.

I stopped in yesterday on a quick break from work (Im self employed, but I was between appointments) and was lucky to be helped by Nani. She greeted me immediately, asked a bunch of questions about what I was looking for and my skin type, and she helped me purchased 3 AMAZING products: cleansing face soap (Fresh Farmacy), toner (Tea Tree Water), and moisturizer (Enzymion). So far, Im loving them!Yesterday was not my first trip to this LUSH location, but it definitely left an impact that made me want to leave a review. The other gals and guys working there seemed very friendly, fun, and helpful!Already looking forward to my next trip back. :)

Called for directions to store, and salesperson was so vague in her directions: after several attempts ro find this store, (calling back for hopefully better directions, from someone else to answer the phone), I just gave up and went ro find a Lush store, further down the road!All she kept saying was that the store was in the mall, failing to say the NAME of the mall, how to get to the mall; she sounded like she was missing a couple brain cells, or did she inhale too much of her own product???
