I highly recommend Quattro Auto Body to anyone who needs to get their car repaired! My three-week-old 2019 Subaru was unfortunately rear ended, and I decided to take my car here to get it fixed. Bryce and Kevin were extremely helpful and transparent through the whole process. Everything went seamlessly using the insurance (Allstate) of the person who hit me to pay for the repairs. I used Allstate’s Quick Photo Claim, and Bryce ordered the bumper for my car right away based on that initial estimate which helped speed things along. And most importantly the team there made my car look good as new again!

Not sure where all these good reviews came from but my experience was awful with them. If you really want to trust your car to these unprofessional people, good luck! Be aware you will regret and all they are going to do is ignore you. There are many excellent body shops around who cares and follow up with you if you are not pleased with the service. Avoid this body shop by all cost! Just look at their reviews 22 only. There is a reason why.They might also follow up on this review and typing some nonsense. So do not try to explain what you have done said it all.

My friend brought her car to repair and estimate. She regret that she brought her car. When she called to talk about their poor service they just ignored and hung up on her. We should have checked their reviews on Google and yelp before bringing the car. Please do yourself a favor and check another body shops. We found several of them with more than 100+ excellent reviews.

The location is very convenient but the service is terrible. Actually worst than that: I didn’t accept some obvious bad work and they had to do it again, after some difficult discussions with a very rude Mr.Daniel.It took time, it was never completed and by coincidence some “new” problems appeared: front lights didn’t work (and of course I only realized it after dark when the car was no longer in their shop), the trunk somehow had a problem that didn’t exist before and so forth. Coincidence or retaliation for having to correct the initial work ? I can’t say but I will never go back.Why should you take the risk ? There good (at the same prices) alternatives in the area (Bethesda). Avoid “Quattro”

I made an impromptu stop to this service location and on the door it said “By Appointment Only”. Not only did I get friendly, smiling faces and excellent service, it was on the spot and complimentary!! Thank you Quattro Auto Body for making my day!! Would recommend this business 1000 times over!

This place is absolute top notch! They have to be, after all they have been in business in the heart of Bethesda for decades. I was really surprised to find out how competitive their prices are. The staff is phenomenal. If you baby your car as much as I baby mine, go here!

Very friendly. Took my car in immediately with no wait time. Did all of the repairs I asked for. Car was returned thoroughly cleaned and I had no issues with the repairs. No attempts at all to change the original estimate. Very good quality work, easy location, professional front office, and no hassles at all.

I have used this repairer before with. a better result. For this repair, the communication was very poor and a job which should have taken 3 weeks took 5. They did not start the repairs until they had the car for 10 days even though they had been fully paid by the insurer. Finally, once completed, it was noted there was damage to the hood that required another visit. Even though I called and left a vm and sent an email and also had the insurer call, they seemed to have no record of this. Next time I will go to the insurer guaranteed body shop.

They were very friendly, completed the job on time, the price seemed quite fair, the workmanship was excellent. If I ever need body work in the future, I would go back. Wish all auto shops were this good.

Bryce was very helpful and professional. I needed a pre-inspection of a car that I wanted to buy in the area and he proved to be a great asset.
