Carl was professional, kind, and communicative. He did a great job navigating delays due to Covid and making sure I knew what to do. He also has a great relationship with the rental car company down the street and did a great job coordinating with them. He also was great in helping me figure out where the store location was. The storefront is a satellite of the Rockville shop - it is clean and well kept and easy to go into and out of, especially for downtown Bethesda! My car looks as good as new after a collision. Would definitely recommend if you need body work done. They also went above and beyond and did some light detailing on my car - there was some sticky residue on the windshield from a prior service elsewhere and they removed it! They also did some cleaning on the inside of the car - vacuumed and dusted. It was a great touch! My car felt brand new.

A few weeks ago, someone crashed into the back of my wifes car at a stop light causing a significant amount of damage. To make things worse, the at-fault driver did not have auto insurance. Once we contacted Imperial, they worked closely with our insurance company to make the transaction as seamless and stress free as possible. They were extremely communicative and transparent from the moment we scheduled our first appointment, until the day we picked our car up. Their customer service, pricing and work were all impeccable. I took my 2011 Audi A5 to Imperial Auto Body for a front bumper repair. While I was there, I also had them look at my rear bumper to provide an estimate for fixing some damage existing from before I purchased the car. Due to the extent of the damage on the front bumper, they had to replace it with a new one; the back bumper could be repaired. In both cases the work was immaculate. The fit of both bumpers as well as the paint jobs were perfect. They finished my vehicle on time and when I picked it up, my 10 yo car looked brand new.IAB was great to work with, communicated well and often, and reassured me that the work has a lifetime guarantee for the car. I couldnt be more pleased and while I hope to never need them again, I wont hesitate to choose them for any body work in the future.

I had pretty bad damage to my front left fender. I worked with Karl to get it fixed and can’t thank him and Imperial enough for being honest and transparent throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to make sure I was kept in the loop if anything needed to be changed and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

When I got my car back, it truly looked like new inside and out! Imperial Auto Body of Bethesda, DC, and on Lofstrand are the best autobody shops on the East Coast. I am not kidding. I have been to many dealers and custom repair shops. They do anything you could imagine, they specialize in Land Rover repairs (Aluminum), and are certified to the highest standards. They treat me like a brother, seriously. I would never take my car anywhere else, period.

My wife didnt have time to drive to Rockville, so we didnt know about this, but Imperial has a satellite office in Bethesda, Maryland. We made the appointment, dropped off the vehicle in Bethesda, and they took it from there, when the car was done, We picked it up back from Bethesda, and the insurance company had paid Imperial directly on all repairs, so we didnt even need to make any payments, they handeled it all from beginning to end. How amazing and courteous can a shop get to make there customers. Everything came out perfect, like usual, now I have had 3 vehicle repaired at Imperial Auto Body, and all 3 vehicles have turned out great. no complaints, no worries, no problems. Imperial once again made it such a cinch for them to fix my car, I was in bethesda for lunch, went to Imperials bethesda location, the gentleman there, Karl, had the rental car setup, i was in and out. I had the insurance pay them directly, when the Porsche was ready, I meet them in Bethesda, dropped off the rental at there location, picked my Cayenne up, washed, vacumed, cleaned... Then I went conviently to white flint mall for holiday shopping. So easy, and they have such high service, its a family business, so the owners are involved, and make sure everything is to their standards. Thank you Imperial for making this Satelight office.
