Turned up last week to pick up a thank you card and wrapping paper. Lights on but nobody home. Tried to revisit and no one answered the phone. Is this store out of business?

Made a special trip here on a Saturday afternoon, sign says the store is supposed to be open until 7, yet the doors were locked and no one was in the store. No one picked up the phone either.

Everything thats good in a neighborhood store, like a friendly and helpful staff. You wont find a desk or chair - nor any office machines. But you will find a much better selection of papers, pens, cards, folders, art boards, and the like - than in any depressing big box behemoth. And better prices in many cases. Its a pleasure to shop here.

This is a great place to get a lot of your paper craft items and unique gifts. Customer service is adequate generally. The employees could learn to smile more and try to seem genuinely concerned when speaking to customers.

Loved this place. Not only do they have a myriad of cat items, but also llamas.. you name it cards, wrapping, misc gifts; this place has it all, plus great staff

This store is really great for finding super cute party supplies, decorations, cards, and very cool gifts and such. They also have beautiful balloons that they can inflate at the store. And the staff is super nice and helpful!

I love paper source. its the best place for cards & gifts without a doubt, as well as supplies for making cards and gifts. I give it 4 stars because I think its overly expensive. Other than that, highly recommended. Always good quality and always unique.

Get rid of the fake Etsy nonsense; stop using unlicensed images of Beyonce on things; cease the efemmeera (ephemeral whimsy products that claim feminism but do nothing for women) and youd have an excellent store (again).

Love the stuff they sell and how friendly the staff is. But the location and orientation of cashiers desk and line has a very odd flow to it.

I kicked off an order on March 31st to get wedding invites printed for a July wedding. I even upgraded to 1 day shipping to expedite the process, since our wedding is coming up really soon and we need to let our guests know the details.Currently, Im sitting here with a pile of envelopes with no ETA for when the invites will be printed or shipped. I want a refund! I could have gotten my cards printed at the local copy store weeks ago.

Awsome fun for the painter in me

Nice people working here, but way overpriced. $35+ for the cheapest pair of scissors? I found the same ones at Michaels for under $20... Also, parking can be hard to come by on busy weekends (their lot seems to fill up quickly).

I went here to get craft supplies for a friends wedding. They literally had everything I needed and some stuff I didnt need but bought anyway. The staff was really friendly and helpful, pulling ladders out to get items off shelves for me. I didnt need any fancy paper, but the reams they had here made me want to get some. There are endless crafts you could do with some of their more beautiful specialty papers. A gift certificate here would be an amazing gift for the crafter in your life.

Good collection of stationary for any occasion. You get papers for all shapes and sizes. The staff in store here goes out of the way to get you the product you are looking for.

I came here yesterday to pick up a specific size of envelopes. When I asked the sales associate if they had them, she proceeded to try to sell me on other items. I had to press her to figure out that the answer was a simple no, we dont have that product. I asked her if she had anything larger than than that size and once again, rather than telling me no, we do not carry anything larger, she tried to tell me about other irrelevant products. She then became upset and snapped WELL FINE! when I didnt play along with her chatty follow up What is the project that you are working on? She was also visibly upset when a co-worker of hers found me browsing and was able to answer my questions in a direct manner. It should be standard training at this location that if they dont have what a customer is looking for, they should be direct about this and not try to up-sell the customer unless there is truly a viable alternative. Try listening to the customer instead of dictating the conversation and you might not get so frustrated.

Not bad but this is geared much more towards dabbling in cutesy crafts than real art.
