Came in last Friday to get my plan & phone upgrade. Isaac Mora was very accommodating and thorough in his assistance with me. Not only was he helpful but his customer service was beyond stellar πŸ‘Œ. He even stayed well after his shift just to insure everything was set up accordingly.

Was switching from Sprint to T-Mobile, with phones. Isaac was really patient and helpful to get us through the entire process with 3 different phones. And, he even called me back to make sure we got the promotions offered.

Please go to another store if possible because the customer service is next to none here. My situation never got resolved and the manager Erica never even got up from her seat to assist in the situation. Im assuming the loud facetime call was more important then helping me (the customer) resolve my issue.

Pretty terrible customer service.Made an appointment online yet was made to wait for 15 minutes. After waiting I was attended to be a rude and disinterested representative who seemed all too eager to see me out.Avoid this place at all costs.

Lance was very attentive and helpful in solving our SIM card problem. The only short coming is it only took visiting multiple stores (both El Cerrito locations and calling the Emeryville store) and sitting in the Berkeley store two hours.

Was not happy with the customer experience at this store. I dont know the name of the salesperson, a tall black man that was very short with all the answers to my questions. He was more interested in snapping his fingers loudly to the music playing and singing along. One of the questions I asked was which phone do you think is better, this samsung or google pixel? I dont know, Im an Iphone user was his answer, then kept snapping his fingers.

Im a recent T-mobile customer after leaving Verizon. My phone was less than a month old when I left Verizon and bought it at Verizon. I have independent insurance for my phone through essuranty, but when something went wrong with my new Pixel (and it was still under warranty), obviously T Mobile couldnt do anything for me because i hadnt bought it or insured it with them. Verizon wouldnt honor the warranty because I wasnt their customer anymore, even though it was a new phone and still under googles warranty. The folks at this T Mobile location were AMAZING. They tried a hundred ways to trouble shoot my phone, let me use their phone to check on my daughter at preschool, and start my insurance claim for the phone. They are just so nice. Im so glad that I have T-mobile, and this store is just exemplary!

Horrible store. First they refused to do my JUMP ON DEMAND upgrade, saying my account has reached its credit limit. I later did the upgrade online with no problem and received the phones. I was told Jump on demand has nothing to do with credit. In the store, they told me there is absolutely no way to upgrade until I pay some stuff off. Then I went back to return my old phones, and they said since I ordered online, I have to ship them back. I contact customer service again and they tell me IT HAS TO BE RETURNED IN THE STORE. And they have no clue why this store is refusing to accept the old phones. Please drive an extra mile and go to a different store!

Dont go to the physical store for things. Needed a new sim for a new device and they asked for $25, which is apparently how exorbitantly its priced now. Asked for it compd and dude said they dont do that now because 8 billion was just spent on infrastructure blah blah blah. Declined, went home and called customer service. Asked for a free sim card and am now getting a free sim card without any bullpoop. Thanks for nothing employee guy at this store!

One guy, Yoshi, who granted was helping a customer, looked me in my eye and still said nothing. 10 minutes later Juan approached me to help. First impressions are everything and I will not be returning.
