Horrible experience. I went to this shop looking for a road bike to buy as a serious buyer. I was told by the shop owner that he had a giant contend 3 to sell. Initially I thought that the price offered for it was decent, but wanted to look around for better offers, so I left the store so that I could do more research. The store said that they wouldn’t be able to price match as well, which was okay. That’s not the bad part.The bad part is that when I went back to the store to buy the bike offered after my research, the store owner told me that he wouldn’t sell the bike to me despite offering to pay the full money for the bike. In my head I was like ***********…. But just said, okay I understand whatever.Essentially, I wasted my time shopping at the store and doing research about the bike because clearly the store owner can only understand his own emotions and not his customer’s. Also businesses shouldn’t have emotions, but that’s just my opinion, and what do I know, I’m just the customer.Wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you got time to kill.

Not a friendly shopping experience when trying to buy a bike. We saw a bike a few weeks ago and took a picture of it. We returned to buy or order the bike and the guy with glasses told us that bike was never there nor could it be ordered. He said he has worked there a year and only he has a TCR model in the shop, no one else! We could only purchase the bikes in the shop which were the wrong size. He didnt know about bike sizes. Here is a picture of the bike we took in THEIR shop. He is not a good person to have at a small business.

I absolutely love this shop. They have never not over-delivered on a purchase, repair, or question. Mike is full of integrity and if youre looking for a good local place for all your bike needs, this is it.

Shopping for three days for a stem. Most were too arrogant to talk in the English language and answer questions. Talked to Mike and he handled every question i had been asking for three days.Giant did not post stem length and or rise. Mike took two minutes and found out exactly what i was looking for. Im only irritated that i have to drive to go see him. Lol. Mike can you please open a bike shop in the North Bay ?

I was able to get the Bike I needed and Mike, the owner or manager, was very helpful, offering detailed explanations for questions . Good shop with friendly people.

I live closer to this one, but I go to Stay True Cycles instead. They tried to sell me a new pair of clipless pedals (100$ ), while all I needed was a new metal bolt on my shoe! (2$). Tried to play me

Friendly and helpful store clerks. Help me fit and adjust my new bike helmet. They were careful during this time and washed their hands before helping me. Also had sanitizer at the register.

Super helpful and patient. They knew I wasnt spending much money but were still genuinely happy to help me. They even showed me an even less expensive way to get my bike back on the road.

Was looking to purchase a new bike and Mike was super helpful getting me set up with all my biking needs. Very knowledgeable staff and prices are in line with what youd expect (there didnt seem to be much of a markup on bikes or accessories). Overall I have received great service, and will come back with any future bike needs.

Super knowledgeable and helpful staff! My inner tube popped and they replaced it, and also alerted me to some pretty major issues I hadnt noticed at that moment. They were able to fix the issues right on the spot! I highly recommend them for ercice issues or parts.

I love their service. Theyre fast & bother you the least about why you need this. They do everything to satisfy you & theyve reasonable rates based on time itd take to repair. Aside, I like that theyre near my home ;)

I really digg this shop. The guys are straightforward and friendly and dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. I had to take my bike to get some basic work done and found out that my rear tire was actually ruined due to some broken spokes. I dont know everything about bikes, but I like to learn and they were really nice and answered all my questions so I could better understand the damage and my options. They offered to find a new wheel and handle the other maintenance. I will definitely be back and will recommend this shop to others.

New to the area, all Giant brand bikes with what seem to be good prices. Service is excellent. My wife bought her commuter bike here and I plan to buy my recreational bike soon. Very happy with prices and service.

What a local bike shop should be. Mike was awesome! He had a rear wheel in stock for by old road bike. He made a few modifications and had my bike up and running for cheap.

Great service. Theyre honest too. They wont try to oversell you. They also have an enormous selection of giants, which are great all around bikes.

They did everything for me! When my bike seat was stolen, they had a new one in supply and installed it on the spot. They also installed a device to prevent the seat from getting stolen again, very awesome and helpful staff!

Came awhile back ago and bought a basket for my bike and the owner helped install it for me!!! Very nice and polite guy!!!

Havent tried their bike service, but every time Ive been there for parts, someone has been super prompt about helping me and getting me exactly what I need.

Good help with looking for bicycle equipment.
