Management & employees were all very helpful. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had going into a cellular service store! They answered all my questions confidently & helped me switch my plan! Can’t same the same about the AT&T store across the street unfortunately.

Terrible customer service. Brought a defective phone from another store. I wanted to buy a new phone probably for more money and the sales associate just kept repeating that I would pay a restock fee for a defective phone instead of showing me something that I would like.

Normally I go here for all my shopping, but your employee decided to lock the door at 7:55pm. I understand you guys close at 8pm, but I tried to get there as quickly as I could. If you locked up that early, then you should change your hours of operation to close at 7:55pm instead of 8pm. When I went to go attempt to open the door, with it being locked...your employee was zoned in on their phone and looked up like I was bothering them. Ill continue to shop at this location, but not after 7pm because who knows how early your employees decide to lock up the store.

In the past I had very very bad customer service. But, today I was very pleasantly surprised. The manager was there and he was so nice!!! He made me and my grand daughter feel comfortable, and he wasnt trying to sell me stuff at inflated prices either!

Jimmy and John are amazing! Everytime I go in there, they are always so helpful and dont try to push me to buy something I dont want. I have never had a better mobile experience! If you are interested in T-mobile, go see Jimmy and John!

When the guy there says We can give you a free case for your new phone. What he really means is we can charge a monthly fee to pay for it. THAT IS NOT FREE! That is called lying! Dont trust that guy!

T-Mobile is good, but avoid this location! Dismissive jerk tells me its obvious you dropped or cracked your phone when I was having display issues and tries to upgrade me instead. He had no idea what he was talking about. Filed a warranty claim directly with LG myself, they took care of everything. Went to Brookpark location since then, they seem 10x more knowledgeable. Avoid this location!

Went in on a Tuesday night with a smashed phone and Jimmy gave me all of the options straight up. I was ready to commit to two years of paying off a new iphone 7 but he could tell I wasnt happy about it (only 32 gbs, not the same color, not a 7 plus which i would have preferred). Instead of pushing me to make the sale for himself he encouraged me to simply replace my iphone 6 with the JUMP insurance I had and come back at another time when I could buy the exact phone I wanted. Super helpful and super friendly!

Read Bretts comment. Same thing happened to me. I was told I get a FREE case ($39.99) and a FREE charger ($59.99) with the purchase of a new phone. He also put a screen protector ($34.99) on new phone (I thought it came with phone) without me asking for one! He will only tell you what your monthly payment will be. The FREE accessories are added to monthly bill. I returned case and charger for a refund and contacted BBB.
